Princess T's Co-Workers were so overjoyed she was back, that their obvious Delight and relief was humorous, yet Touching. In Real Time it's Saturday the 23rd of August, and she'd been out since last Thursday. First on PTO for spending time with Matthew and Friends, to bid him farewell, then she got the Flu that same Weekend and was contagious for Days and Sick as Hell. I'm wondering if she caught the Flu from being at a large Resort Hotel that Weekend for a couple Days she spent there? People come from all over and some States and Countries are having worse epidemics of both The Flu strain going around and the newest COVID strain going around too.
Even at Urgent Care they always ask if you've been out of the Country, or Traveled to other States, which, she hadn't, but she might have been exposed to Travelers at that Hotel? Resort Hotels are of coarse filled usually with Travelers, not Locals. Anyway, we did find out the Spilled Tea about Why her Friend Matthew as leaving Arizona for a while. He Won a Scholarship to NAU so is moving up to Flagstaff to finish his College Education now! He's super Smart and always did well in School, so he was already on some Scholarship to attend University here at ASU, but I suppose the NAU opportunity is better or completes what he wants to do? She will miss him, they all will, but they're all Happy for him.
He's been working at Jobs, like at SUBWAY and Home Depot, since High School, but, he wants a Career and is certainly Corporate Material. He does not distract himself with a Boyfriend even, he's laser focused on his Career and Higher Learning Goals. I found it hilarious that Princess T told me at The Resort, Matthew had Rented Two Rooms, one a Luxury Suite with a King Sized Bed that she, Timmy and Matthew Shared... and they all got the Luxury Treatment. And their Four other Friends who came, Three Girls and another Guy, got the Downsized Room with Two Double Beds to Share. *LMAO* She said the Rooms came with a really nice Breakfast the next Morning.
And, when she and Timmy left the next Day, everyone decided it was a Wrap, so they only got Charged for the One Night there. Which saved Matthew more than he'd intended to spend on seeing his Friends one last time. Coz he wouldn't let anyone else pay for anything, tho' they all offered to split whatever the Cost would be. She said Matthew had told her and Timmy, that when they were leaving, there wasn't much Point now to Entertain the rest, coz the Two Funnest and Bestest Friends would be gone already. *LMAO and Awww* They are like the Three Musketeers, or Triplets, that Trio of her and her Gay Boy Posse. The Four other Kiddos were High School Friends they Like, but, aren't as tight with. She told me she was Bored with the other People after a Day spent with them. *Bwahahaha*
She thought that she, Timmy and Matthew would have had far more Fun if they'd just made it about the Three of them hanging out together to bid him Farewell. *LOL* But, of coarse the other Four Friends were gonna Miss him and so it put Matthew in that awkward spot of Inviting all Six People. And tho' "The Triplet Posse" isn't a Party-All-The-Time bunch of Kiddos, when they are alone together, they just have more riotous Fun coz they compliment each other's personalities more and enjoy the same things. I do understand, there are some Friends you just always have more Fun with regardless of what you're doing together, or even NOT doing. Those Three can do Nothing together and have the Best Time Ever. Their Essences are just elevated when together.
Anyway, so she'd filled me in on the whole Sendoff for Matthew, I like hearing her Stories she Shares voluntarily with me about what she and her Friends do. A lot of Kids don't do that with a Parent or Grandparent, so I'm Honored she wants her Grandpa and I to know every detail. The Man isn't great with hearing Stories, coz he gets restless if the Story is too long, and like me, she goes long when she's Sharing a Story. *Winks and Laughs* We can practically see his Eyes Glaze Over and we do Laugh about it and speculate how much of the Story actually got Heard and Processed before he Tuned us Out and pretended to still be Listening or Engaged? *Bwahahaha* Here I can't tell when you all Tap Out when I go too long... but I'll bet few of you get thru an entire Post, God Bless those that do manage to, you's, Soldiers, am I Right? *Bwahahaha and Winks*
I realized at The Event I didn't really stay long enuf to even take a lot of Blog Fodder Imagery. So, I've almost used up what I took already, and I wasn't that entranced with even some of those once I downloaded them and thought, Meh!!! Today was Bulk Garbage Day for folks to set big stuff out curbside and The Daughter spied this Onyx Colored Marble or Granite Topped Coffee Table with Four Drawers, Black Wood with Wheels...heavy as a fucking Boat Anchor & big!!! She and I almost dropped our Ovaries in the Road picking it up and loading it onto the Truck! But Adrenalin is a Junquers Best Friend when you Score something Free and Heavy. *LOL* It just needs dusting off, it was purged out of a Mini Farm that is For Sale here, I'd seen the Listing Pixs and it was beautifully Styled with Urban Farmhouse Expensive Furnishings. This is an Expensive Table. Don't know why they're not Selling it or Donating it instead of being Landfill bound potentially? Some people don't Care and have more Money to Waste than they should have.
It's a good thing this fucker has Wheels on it tho', coz once we get it on the Patio Slab we're Wheeling it into The RV Garage Mahal or Back Patio area! Carrying it is an Ordeal and The Daughter was having troubling holding up her end and she's pretty damned Strong. She was surprised I could hold up my end longer without Tapping Out, but, I'm pretty Strong too for an Old Broad. *Winks* I still got Biceps and Muscle in my Arms that rival some Young Guy's Guns and I could probably still knock a Sucker out if he stood still enuf and didn't dip and swerve to miss my Knockout Punch. *Smiles* I have knocked people out Cold if I make contact before... The Son said I was the first person he ever saw Knock someone out Cold with One Punch, he thought I'd killed them! I have knocked The Daughter out Cold when she was Psychotic once and was going to get Physical, so now she knows better. So, she even told Cartel in Mexico the ONLY Person she Fears is me... and they knew she was so Crazy she wasn't afraid of anyone or anything. So apparently I became Legendary with her Stories about me being Crazier. *LOL* Which I think is hilarious.
Needless that was great leverage for finishing Raising Teen Boys, so The Son nor The Young Prince ever gave me reason to get Physical, just in Case I went totally Mental. Allen was also told, just don't, she Blacks Out when she goes Mental and she will hurt you. So, they all gave me some Due Respect after knowing I could do that when I wasn't even really Mad, just Squaring Off with someone initiating a Confrontation with me that might get Physical. I don't give a Fool a Chance to hit me first and so my 1st Hit gotta Count and Drop a Fool like a Rock. So they ain't getting back up either. *Bwahahahaha & Winks* I'm Old now tho' and would rather just Walk away from confrontational folks. I don't have it in me to go Rounds with anyone or accidentally Drop and Kill some Fool if I had to engage in Self-Defense and make sure they never got back up. *LOL* I'm too Old to Run away from anything or anyone, so, I have no Choice but to Stand my Ground now I'm Elderly and have No Shits or Fucks to give anymore. But, I also Bow Down to no Man. *Bwahahahaha*
So, anyway, once we got it Home The Son was out of the Shower so he lifted One End and The Daughter and I lifted the other End and he said, this is too fucking heavy to carry far. So, we set it down here for now and will move it to the RV Slab later when it's not so Hot and Humid, it's Crazy Hot and Crazy Humid right now so anything that Physical is too much. But, sure am Glad we Scored it and a Man had driven up when The Daughter and I were loading it onto the Truck and asking if we needed him to Help. But, by then we already had her End IN the Bed of the Truck and only needed me to keep holding up my End and slide it in with it's Wheels, so, he was slightly Late in being any real present Help. Nice he offered tho', he probably thought, look at these Crazy Women! *Bwahahahaha* It's so large I couldn't even close the Tailgate and The Daughter had to ride with it in the back to ensure it didn't slide out as we went back around the Block to our House, not many Houses over really, from the one For Sale. If any of my Kiddos had the Money, I'd have them Buy that Property in a Heartbeat.
It has not only a completely Remodeled Interior in the Main House that is Urban Farmhouse Style, but has a Barnlike Structure in the Back that is a Barn Below and is Two Story with the Upper Level as an Apartment. The Landscaping is all Dead coz it's been Vacant a long time now and not Maintained or Irrigated, but it's a very nice Property. The Son said those Custom Cabinets came from his Shop he Works at, it's the Dove Grey Line and very Expensive. I think they cheaped out on the Countertops, I'd of done them in Grey Cement rather than whatever it is they used that looks cheap. Or I'd of done Granite like what we have on ours. But the Appliances look New and higher end. The Tile Floor is the Original 1971, I don't Hate it, goes okay with the Remodeling and Color Palette. I J'Adore this Kitchen, I Love my White Kitchen, but I also like Grey or Black Kitchen Cabinetry.
