More Strong Opinions... I Got Loads Of 'Em To Offload

 Our Exterminator came to do their regular Inspection and gave us a Heads Up Warning that some Neighbors in the Community have had severe Termite Infestations and damage... Splendid.  I sure don't need another major Situation for property Maintenance and Arizona is rife with Termites and a Colony can spread out over the size of a Football Field.   Like the Killer Bee incident of last Year that a Neighbor had, if a Neighbor doesn't take care of any Insect or Rodent Infestation it spreads to other Properties.  You can't Trust that people will take care of problems they have or even can afford to, so, it's always a risk.  Luckily he didn't see any evidence at our Property, which was a relief, but, a lot of times Termite problems are invisible, like when they get inside of Walls.

We'll keep vigilant about it and the Treatments are included in our Retainer we pay for Monthly with our Exterminator.  But, they do set Termite Traps for about Two Hundred and when I can get around to affording that, I will.   I have too many expenses we incurred over the Summer and also need the Septic Pumped, which is close to Four Hundred, so the Termite Traps will have to wait for now.   The Properties with the problems were a few Streets over in our Mini Farm Community but the people had extensive damage that Insurance doesn't cover.  You never want to have entire Walls torn out, which, they had to have done, the Termites made Swiss Cheese out of their Stick and Stucco Homes.  We have burnt Adobe Brick, Bricks and Stone don't get infest, but Wood, Paper, Drywall do.  Our RV Garage and She Shed are Wood Structures.

Anyway, it's always something, isn't it?   Our Niece whose living in Oklahoma is coming to visit us and will be here by Thursday.  She'll be staying with us thru the Weekend and Couch Surf here.  She has a Sister in the East Valley, living in Chandler, but, would rather stay with us than with her Bio Family.   I hate that we're Broke right now so can't really do much except hang out here.   Also, Autumn is my favorite Season with so much to do and I absolutely am bummed that we're tapped out financially during it right AT the Holidays.   Princess T did get her Birthday Gifts she Ordered Online and I Paid for while I still could afford to.   She was Jazzed and got a lot from Shein, her Fav ultra-affordable Online Shopping Platform.  Very Trendy and Quality Fashions and Accessories, everything fit and exceeded her expectations.

I did get myself a Vintage Paper Mache Jack O'Lantern on an E-Bay Auction, Surprised I Won it since usually it's stiff competition for them.  My Opening Bid held up and Won it against only One other Bidder.  It has a Face on both Sides, which is unusual.  The Paper Insert looks like a replacement, you can Buy the new Paper Replacements for these Vintage Lanterns now, since, a lot of the original ones didn't Survive or are seriously falling apart or damaged.  It's not a large one but will be a nice addition to my smallish Collection of them.   My Collection has some that are very Old and some that are relatively Vintage and it doesn't matter that much to me what Year they Survived from so long as their Condition isn't too rough.   Even Reproductions of them are expensive from the Manufacturers that Specialize in Vintage Like Halloween Decor.  I bought some Halloween Vintage Style Paper Arts Decor in a huge Box Lot from an E-Bay Seller too.  Pictured in the last Post, I'll keep some and Sell some, so that mine will be Free to me.

When you Buy in Bulk with Lots like this at Auction, the Price Point per Piece is lowered considerably.   The Manufacturer of these Products has been renown for Classic Cutouts for Halloween for as long as I can remember.  I'm so glad they're making Modern Repops of the Vintage Favorites we have fond Memories of Halloween Past.   This Box Lot of them has everything and I Scored it ALL for what most Sellers were asking for One or Two Pieces.   I Bookmark Bulk Sellers and Buy from them often.   I have some Rural Sellers Bookmarked who Sell me my Zinc and Milk Glass Mason Jar Antique Lids in Bulk Lots.   It can bring the Price Point down to about Fifty Cents per Lid and most Antique Mason Jars are missing their Lids.  And even Chazzas tend to charge too much for Mason Jars with those Lids.

With knowing my Budget is so strained that we can't do much, I'll probably have more time to be Home and just Create Blog Posts to occupy my Free Time doing something enjoyable.   There's always the possibility Sales will be Stronger leading up to the Holidays and ease the financial strains of unexpected expenses you have to cover and have no control over.   I'm packing the Showroom and Pricing to Sell, in order to stimulate Trade and encourage spending.  But you can only do so much if people are fearful about the Economy, Politics, the Future and what it holds.  I do think it's Negatively impacted Retail Sales and folks are struggling with just affording necessities and keeping their Heads above Water right now.  Everything has increased in Cost, including but not limited to Essentials.   So, discretionary spending has obviously been impacted.  

The Daughter and Andrase decided to just go back to Friend Status, they've been Friends since early Childhood.  He's been helpful and put Money in her Account, knowing she got Laid Off and can't afford anything at all now.  Her Account is very close to Zero otherwise and all her Needs are now on our Dime again.   So many Americans I know who've lived Abroad have said if 45 gets re-elected, they're leaving and going to Live Abroad again.   The Daughter said she'd definitely go back to Mexico, becoz even that wasn't as corrupted as a ReTrumplican Presidency.  Nobody in America will want an American Dictatorship should it actually come to that and shatter any Illusions the Ignorant have of what living in an Autocracy and/or Theocracy is really like, when Freedoms are completely Lost.

  All The Daughter's Friends in Mexico have told us they also think both Assassinations are Faked, they're not Believing any of it.  We are in Agreement about that, way too suspicious and convenient a distraction and to make him seem like a Tough Guy and Fearless, to his Base.  When every Foreign National we know in various Countries say how Fake it all is, it's only some Americans even Believing it's legit and not Staged to make him relevant and get Coverage he's been lacking.   Now it's all the News are talking about at the exclusion of all else and once Stunts like that have the desired effect, and tie up valuable Resources, they are likely to overdo it.   He's great at Wasting Resources, especially at everyone else's Expense.   He'd Bankrupt America as surely as he's Bankrupted so many of his own Businesses.  Besides, it's our Taxpayer Money, not his.  And he's completely reckless with other people's Money, ask all the people he Owes and didn't or wouldn't repay when he Lost all their Money and squandered it. 

 And he thrives on instilling Fear in the masses.   The fact he is professing to be Unafraid and "In Good Spirits", if he's an actual Target, means he's either more of an Idiot and impaired Mentally than we even thought, or, he's in no real and present danger and knows it, coz he fabricated it all.   If anyone made an attempt on your Life Twice in Two Months, any Normal Person would have healthy Fear.  They'd also realize they've really pissed some scary Bad Actors off who now want you Dead and deeply contemplate Why that is?   So, he'd at the very least temper his toxic vitriol that might be making people think he's a dangerous Threat to everyone's Well Being and way of Life.   And he is, but, some will act upon it if they strongly Believe they should or have to... on both sides of the Aisle actually.  Look what happened January 6th becoz his side Believed their Election was Stolen, regardless of Evidence to the contrary.  And he's STILL an Election Denier, so are most of his Base.

To the point that they on either side who've been radicalized and think they're being Patriots, are willing to do something so extreme and face serious Criminal Charges or their own Death by Sacrificing themselves for their Cause.  His Words have incited Extremism and Violence, making it Normalized, let's face that unfortunate Fact.  He's potentially reaping what he's sown or further inciting retribution and revenge for something he's Faking.  The Pixs coming out of the Shooter, well, he looks Fanatically "Patriotic" in that Over The Top way that some are when they're practically wearing the Flag in all pieces of their Wardrobe and hanging out with folks who looks like Doomsday preppers or Militia.   He has a Criminal Record and is a Felon, so shouldn't even own a Gun, let alone a Military Grade one.  

They said he's furnished Weaponry to Ukraine, even tho' he isn't Legally entitled to Own any himself!   So... he's Gun Running and yet stayed under the FBI Radar, that's Interesting.  So how a Guy like him gets hold of that much Firepower to even give away Abroad and get it into Countries and out of ours, well, checks and Balances are clearly not working, are they?  How is he traveling Internationally with Firearms of Military Grade caliber, might one ask?   Yep, so many Questions, so few Answers.  Is he a Mercenary, if so, whose Bankrolling him and Hiring him?   Or, was he Hired by the Alt Right and not someone actually trying to stop them, just give the appearance of doing so?  Oh Yeah, I could come up with loads of speculation to fill the Void and Vacuum of no Information too, anyone can... and will.  I heard even Elon had to take down a Post asking why the Opponents haven't been Targeted for Assassination!!!   Yeah, could it be that's the actual purpose of all this False Flag appearing attempts at their Guy?   So many Questions... No Answers.

I don't know what Thoughts everyone else is having about all the High Drama constantly playing out in our Nation, in fact, the whole World?  But, I find it to be exhausting and Emotionally draining, to the point of making you almost Numb to it all and exceedingly Cynical and Distrustful about what's behind all of it?   I don't Trust so easily anyway, you have to Earn my Trust and if you break Trust, Earning it back is on you and it's not gonna be easy and you have to put in the Work.   So much bullshit is being spewed that it's confusing to a lot of folks who lack discernment and don't investigate Claims and Fact Check what they're Hearing.  And when you See with your own Eyes and some are telling you not to Believe what you Saw, that's Rich and a stretch, isn't it?  Yeah, but I SAW it and it's not like I can now Unsee it.  So, don't tell me it didn't actually happen and now expect us to Believe something you just Made Up to explain it away.  *Eye Roll*

Now on to more Uplifting Topics... do we actually have any to report?  *LOL*   Yes, I do, my "Halloween Wars" is back on TV and right now they're recapping the Older Competitions, but, I am enjoying watching them all again... and looking forward to this Year's Contestants and Competition.   All the Baking Halloween Shows I'm binge watching too, so, lots of good TV for me, most all on the Food Network.   And along with my NetFlix Series I've been binge watching, I'll watch more TV than usual thruout Autumn and be entertained while I stay Home more.  I will still be attending my Halloween Events tho' and The Son said he's going to pay for my Desert Botanical Gardens Membership renewal for me.  They have Autumnal Events there that I don't wanna miss and Autumn at the Gardens is lovely Weather to walk around Outside.
