 Chuck Norris Died Today, so The Son and I were Teasing his Dad that, Hey, you're Tougher than Chuck Norris!   *LOL*  There's a lot of Bad Jokes about Chuck being an immortal and Tougher than any Human, that have circulated over the Years.  And The Man is a HUGE Chuck Norris Fan and watches old reruns of "Walker Texas Ranger" still and all the time, which, it's so Cheesy and Badly Acted that it's more a Comedy than an Action Sitcom really, but, most Sitcoms of that Era are/were.  Of coarse Chuck was 86, so, he had a good run and stayed fit into his Old Age, so, was quite a Role Model for Fitness and Health into your Senior Years.  He hawked a lot of Exercise Equipment and knew the same Styles of Martial Arts from the Military that The Man knows.  Which isn't so much the Art of Self Defense as the Art of Killing.  Big difference.

I remember when our Kids and The G-Kid Force were Little and he Schooled them all on how to defend themselves, I was a little nervous, coz, like me as a Kid, mine aren't Right in the Head.  So, you didn't wanna make them Little Killing Machines, so it was a fine line to show them how to best defend themselves and not just go around Killing people they felt Threatened by!  *LMAO*  My Dad had a Military Martial Arts Friend when I was little too and did the same thing, had his Friend Teach me some basic Skills to stay Safe from an Adult who might pose a Threat.  But, by Age 10 my Dad told his Friend not to Teach me any more maneuvers or give me more Classes coz I sent a Boy who was a Bully and Senior in High School to the ER really fucked up coz he beat up my Grade School Aged little Brother and I went Bananas on that Guy.  So I didn't have the Temperament to use my Skills with any Wisdom when I went full on the Warpath with whoever posed a Threat.  I still lack the appropriate Temperament to actually.  *LOL*  If you pose a Threat to me or mine my Intent is to Neutralize your Ass and Eliminate that Threat.

Even in Psyche Lockdown that Big Young Insane Murderer found that out quickly when he decided to Square Off with me in the Lunchroom.  *LOL*  I think they sense it or see it in your Eyes that you are not Victim Material and it might be best to choose another Victim then and not make an Enemy of you, I dunno?  I just know that only an Hour in to being there in Psyche Lockdown, the Scariest fellow there had backed down from me and so then everything was much Calmer and copacetic for everyone else there and established my Dominance.  Which is how I fucking LIKE it to be if I'm gonna be anywhere, especially in Lockdown Involuntarily and being Held against my Will with Mixed Company, Young and Old, Male and Female, of which the Insane are Housed with just those of us having some Caregiver Burnout or a Suicide Attempt.  It was worse than being on the Streets of any Rough Neighborhood I'd ever experienced... and I didn't Like it. 

 So, it worked out nicely that the Big Young Homicidal Insane Maniac Dude they were also Holding against his Will, waiting to be determined Clinically Insane in the Court System, and I, had that Situation play out quickly, within an Hour of my arrival.   So that we had an Understanding of each other and no more fucking Situations between us.  Neither of us had anything left to lose or fucks to give... but he decided, when Questioned Calmly by the New Crazy Old Lady, that he did NOT in fact want to Die Horribly tho'.   I would have made it Legendary Horrible, I had decided in that instant.  I had even formulated a Plan on The Fly to take him Down Horribly and permanently.  Over a fucking Brownie he tried to take from me, that I couldn't even Eat coz it was Chocolate... and I just then calmly gave away to another Crazy Person right in front of him, after I wouldn't let him Threaten me and just take it from me!  That's a level of Crazy I guess the Insane Respect, I dunno? *Winks*

Could it have gone very Badly?  Of coarse, it can ALWAYS go completely Sideways, Life just can on the turn of any Dime.   But I Bow Down to no Man, it's how my Dear Ole Dad Taught me to Be... 'tis always better to Die with Honor than to be Enslaved by anyone who doesn't Value your Life anyway.   Which is why most Indigenous Tribes, no matter how Small, were very difficult to make Enemies of or Control.  And our Government has never Liked that about them, and why they tried to commit Genocide against them.   And it's also why all my Indigenous Relatives and Friends know that this current Administration wants to finish the Job and they Plan to Resist.   Since the MAGA Cult is quite capable of reverting to that kind of tactic with any other Humans they deem problematic or undesirables, and we should Resist with every ounce of our Being, to the last Person, if that's what it takes.   Cults are Crazy, just like that Insane Murdering Motherfucker was.

Sorry to go so Dark so early in the Post, but, that's where my Stream of Consciousness just headed right away this Morning.  My Dear Friend Kendra just got out of Facebook Jail, where she'd been for Weeks coz of her Political Views and Criticism.   She'd been unjustly Censored, when none of the Far Right ever are for what they Post Politically.  Coz I see their vile Political Views all over Zuckerberg's Platform, along with Hard Core Porn.  When he once Censored me and put me in FB Jail for showing an 1800's Cabinet Card Tasteful Nude in a full Vignette... so... go figure!!!   I have shown Imagery of that same 1800's Cabinet Card here in The Land of Blog and not even my more Conservative Readers had to Clutch their Pearls over it or ask me to please take it down coz they couldn't handle it.  *LOL*   She's doing a Full Monty, but, please, it's not distasteful, and it's an 1800's Nude, when things were a LOT more Conservative than Modern Society, and they could clearly handle it!   But, 2025 FB couldn't.   *LMAOROTF*

And then I have to Wonder, are the same folks that might have complained or Moderated that Image be MAGA and perfectly Fine with their Dear Cult Leader and his Cronies buying Children to Sex Traffick?  Coz I gotta tell ya, these White Christian Nationalists sure have a skewed version of Christianity and interpretation of Jesus and God that they follow when I see all that they can be in Support of and condone!!!  It lines up more with Demons and Devils from my perspective.  Seriously, even the Church of Satan has voiced some Reservations about those folks, and that speaks Volumes, doesn't it?   Which of coarse spawned some hilarious Memes about comparing Satan to Donnie Two Dolls and that Ole' Lucifer was like, I defer, that's some fucked up Evil shit he's doing!

I took The Man out for his Belated Anniversary Meal {See Below}, we went to "Applebee's" and I picked up my Check from the Antique Mall and deposited it.   A Heat Warning is is effect so I took him right Home before the Triple Digits hit, coz it was already 98 Degrees by Noon.  I'd gone to the Discount Grocer earlier in the Morning, as they Opened, Gas in Peoria was already at $5.79!!!  Yikes!  That's a Dollar increase since just Yesterday in some areas of the Metro Cities!!!  It's hovering at about $4.79 on the LOW Side Locally.  This is spinning out of Control fast coz transporting everything will spike Inflation and the Cost of literally everything, along with the ridiculous Tariffs and the Cost of this ridiculous Illegal Ego War.  I do hear tell that some Active Duty Military are refusing to be Deployed since the War wasn't Legally Waged. 

 They do not have to follow Illegal Orders and our Patriotic Senator, Mark Kelly, reminded them all, and us all, of that Fact.  That's why Donnie Two Dolls called for our Senator to be EXECUTED!  Let that sink in for a Moment!  An American Military Patriot and Hero, having an American Draft Dodging Criminal President calling for his Execution!!!  You can't make this shit up!   Anyway, we still know a lot of Active Duty Military and Pray for their Safety and Well Being during all of this Fuckery.  It's absolutely Disgraceful how this Administration is making a mockery of War as if it's some Video Game they're Playing and not with the Lives of our Servicemen and Women, and of Civilians being also killed, like the almost 200 Innocent Iranian Grade School Aged Girls blown up in their School!!!  That's a War Crime and all this Administration would even say was a belated Ooops, we had Old Bad Intel, after unsuccessfully trying to blame it on the Iranians!

As you can see we had the Appetizer Special they're running, loads of Choices.  I had the Chicken Wonton Tacos, Boneless Buffalo Hot Wings and Honey BBQ Riblets.   The Man opted for another Flavor of Riblets, their Crispy Popcorn Shrimp and Mozzarella Sticks.   We took most of his Home coz he's still got a very poor appetite right now.  His Kidney Docs did finally call and Schedule an Appointment but can't get him in 'til late April, which is Fine, March is already filled up with Appointments.  And they Scheduled him for their Labs too which are Two Weeks before the Appointment, so April is already filling up with Appointments now too as well.  *Whew and Le Sigh*  But, at least now everything is Scheduled but our Taxes, which, I got to gather up all the Paperwork for that and get us in to get those done too before the 15h of next Month... AND get my Military ID Card Renewed since it Expires in Mid-May!  I should be at the Age now where they Issue me a Permanent one.

I'll fuss with my Tax Paperwork over the Weekend and get it gathered up to take in to our CPA.  It's not that it takes me long once I gird myself to do it, just that I always Dread The Process of the doing of it.  And resent it, coz, Billionaires aren't paying theirs and it chaps my Hide that us regular folks are funding the Government and not the Wealthiest of Taxpayers who just aren't paying their Taxes at all and contributing!!!   The Meme Below expresses my Sentiments exactly... and like my Friend Kendra, I do circulate my Political Opinions now militantly and boldly becoz far too many Americans are not being part of the Resistance and thus Democracy is in peril.  If you know and see something Wrong and do or say nothing, you are complicit, it's just that Simple.

Anyway, we had a good little jaunt out and it tired him out even tho' it wasn't much.   I got my errands done to stock up before the cost of everyone goes way up and my Check deposited.  So, that's enuf Todaying for a Friday Morning in Real Time.  *Smiles*  I plan to price some Inventory but likely may not get it in for the Weekend???  After Dark if it Cools off enuf I might take it in since our Antique Mall is Open until 9:00 p.m. and I didn't foof the Showroom for the Weekend or tidy it up coz I had The Man sitting in the Truck when I picked up my Check, with the Air Conditioner on, waiting on me, so I rushed in and out this Morning.  He wouldn't have been up to going in while I worked on my Space.  I have Vintage/Specialty T-Shirts and Collectible Toys to Price and get in there.   Those all Sell well so I'd like to get them in there for the Weekend, when it's busiest.  And Car Race Fans are in Town and so are Spring Training Baseball Fans right now.

With the Heat Advisories, some may Opt to leave and go Home early now that it's already well over 100 every Day.  The Tourists are not used to that and so many of them are White as Ghosts, so, they Toast out and have Heat Strokes and Heat Exhaustion easily.  The TV is already Warning how many Guests to the State are flooding Emergency Rooms with Heat Related Emergencies.   The Locals usually know better and do better, plus are acclimated, but, it is dangerous and you can't be foolish and not pay attention to your Body Warning you it's overheating, dehydrating, and in crisis.   If you go past Heat Exhaustion into Heat Stroke, it can and often is Fatal.   I'm seeing a lot of Race Fans and Baseball Fans since we live so close to both PIR and the Spring Training Grounds for various Teams, and the Stadium, and so many are already seriously sunburnt Red as Boiling Lobsters!!!

It was 106 again this Day, I'd priced a bunch of Inventory for the Weekend and decided to ask The Son to watch his Dad for me and go put it in Stock.   My Sales were very Strong for this 1st Week of the 2 Week Pay Period, so, all Body Parts Crossed it stays as Strong for Week Two.  I Sold some decent priced Primo Merch for a change, so I know the Tourists are still here and spending, probably the Baseball and Race Fans in Town coz only Die Hard Sports Fans would stick around for their Sport during this Heatwave in March and not say Fuck It and go back Home!  And it will be a brief Window of Opportunity for them to drop their Money here before they do.

The Daughter did finally Call me and that Call did NOT go Well.   So, she called her Dad while I was out at the Antique Mall, his Call with her went better, coz he isn't the one that found the Contraband in the 5th Wheel and spent 8 Hours cleaning the mess she left behind in it.  So, he's like, you got a LOT to put Right with your Mother.  And that's the Truth, so, we'll just leave it at that.  Her Brother and her Daughter had heard my end of the Call with me, they just both said they were glad it wasn't them on the Receiving End of that Call... but, since I was still Yelling loudly, they knew I wasn't in Homicidal Mode of going Dead Calm on her Ass, but they both did come out of their Rooms when it was over and say... that Call was her, huh?  *Bwahahahahahaha*  The Man did not come out of our Room to inquire, he let me come back to Center and then tell me much later she'd Called him next.  So, how did THAT Call go then Hon... since mine did not go Well.  *Smiles and Winks*

In fact, she hung up on me, which is the Wisest thing to do if you can't shut the fuck up and stop Talking, which is only digging yourself in deeper, it really is.   If what you're about to say isn't an improvement over Silence, I highly suggest you just shut the fuck up actually.  Listen, I can take you ending the conversation any kind of way much easier, when you know you are just pissing me off more by what's falling out of your fucking Mouth.   See, I'm really big on Honesty and Trust, if you have broken Trust with me with deception and dishonesty, you gotta know Earning it back is gonna be rough, coz I won't be Played.  She knows now she's Lost my Trust and I feel it was misplaced and I was deceived, I don't like deception or Lies, I can handle your Truth, whatever it is.  And respect you more if you come Clean with me and Own your fuck-ups.  Don't try to throw anyone else under the Bus to deflect blame either.  And don't dare try to make yourself out to be the Victim when you did the fucking Crime.  Or were an active participant in any way. 

 I'm very Evidence and Proof oriented too, so I'll never make a False Accusation against anyone, no matter how Suspicious I was, how many Clues you dropped that raised Suspicions, or how many other people will make one without the Evidence and the Proof to back up an Accusation they might make.  Sometimes they could be Right, but they could be Wrong without Evidence and Proof.  And I always make sure I have a Strong Case before I Accuse anyone of anything.  I won't Convict anyone without Evidence and Proof tho', but once I have it, you're fucked.  Better you just Plead Guilty or No Contest then, than try to cop a Not Guilty Plea with me.  Listen, I don't know whose Contraband it was or who brought it in and onto my Property?  But, that is where she was Living and so she's responsible for whoever was stupid, reckless and foolish enuf to have it there, period, full stop.  Case Closed.  I know Substance Abusers relapse, it happens... a LOT.  Often, TOO OFTEN.

So the Disease is not exactly what will Wind my Ass up, this ain't my 1st Rodeo with Dealing with someone Addicted, so I'm no Fool.   I'm not Stupid, so don't try to deceive, deflect, Lie, or Play me for a Fool.  THAT will get you in so deep you may never dig yourself out of the Hole you dug and jumped into, burying yourself.   Your Disease causes a LOT of Collateral Damage and that Winds me up way more than how disappointed I am that a relapse happened AGAIN. 

 And the Well Being of everyone in the Wake of your decisions is what I have to run the damage control behind.  That involves my Grandkids and what it all puts them thru and always has, they are the hapless Victims of the Substance Abuse Issues any Parent has.  They can roll with the Mental Illness part coz that wasn't a Choice.  Deciding to Drink or Drug WAS a Choice... Yes, it becomes a Disease, but a Choice was made that led to that and Accountability is what I'm all about.  Every Action has a Reaction.  Every Choice has a Consequence.

You don't get a Pass with me just coz now you've got hooked on something and everyone else should be long suffering about it.  Fuck that and whatever your Enablers may have said everyone you've hurt with it ought to FEEL or how they should Receive it being your constant.  If they're not personally Living it, then I would tell them to go fuck themselves too.   To their Face, coz you either Choose to be In The Life, or you Choose to be In The Relationships... it's either, or... coz it's Rare both are going to Play Well Together... or End Well at all.  If you've ever Lived with a Drug User or Alcoholic or Habitual Gambler, you know it wrecks every Life around it... the Wake of it's destruction on other Lives is far and wide.  The Road to Hell is paved with Good Intentions, but you can't get Clean and Sober FOR someone, that's on them.

 So, at some point the other Lives have to cut you the fuck loose until you get your shit together and hold onto your shit so that you're Safe to be around.  Nobody has to Feel Guilty about that, except mebbe the Addict themselves.  Nobody else has to go Down with the Ship either.  They do have to Go for Themselves eventually.  We've all suffered and made the Sacrifices that the Collateral Damage has caused for something none of us even Did.  My Heart has Ached for all the Innocents that it Touched and wrecked, leaving me to pick up the pieces time and time again.  We all Love You, Want you to Be Well and attain sustained Sobriety, but until you are... it's No Mas.  Tough Love.  But we all know you can get the Person out of the Mess, but if you don't get the Mess out of the Person, they just fall right back into it.  That's the unfortunate Fact about this.
