To Conform Or Not To Conform... That Is The Question

 

The Man and I had completely forgotten it was VA Nurse Day and so we had to rush Home from doing Environmental Cleanup this Morning!  She waited for us, so, we didn't have to cancel.   His BP is down some and his Diabetic Numbers were actually really good.  So, he's on the right trajectory for now.  She's still concerned about his BP, it's still high, just not as high.  We ran into our Neighbor Rob at the Recycle Center, he was setting up a Job with them and said he'll now have some Work for he and The Son in the Morning, paying Cash, an all Day Job and he'll provide the Transportation, so, that was Good News for The Son to have some Side Work while Unemployed.  While doing Environmental Cleanup I ran into a Middle Aged Homeless Guy, and his Dog, he was probably in his 40's and said for the past Seven Years he's traveled the Carnival and State Fair Circuit for Work.

He too used to be in The Trades as a Young Man but said past Forty, nobody really wants to Hire you anymore.  I told him that's what I've been telling The Son, whose getting mighty close to 40 now.  He was doing enuf Side Work he could find, after the State Fair was a Wrap here last Month, to get himself to New Orleans, his next destination.  He was telling me he sees a lot of Seniors now out gleaning Aluminum Cans for extra Income.  He said Two different ones come to that particular area very early, so, if you're not there by 7:00 a.m. you're outta Luck.  *LOL*  We see the Older Asian Lady all the time that he told me he sees around 6:30-7:00 a.m. every Day, she Walks to where ever she goes.  The other Guy he sees is an Older Hispanic Man who gets there around Daylight.  We see him quite often where ever we go too.  So, I knew about the Two Seniors he was describing.  If we see them we don't bother with an area, knowing they already got it covered.

Sad to see a Middle Aged Man over 40 whose Worked Hard in The Trades all his Life, now being Homeless and having to do Migrant Work doing the Carnival and State Fair Circuit to get by.  He said you never expect your Life to play out like that, but, here we now are.  It's pouring in Rain again, it's been that way off and on all Day and in Cali they got as much as 12 Inches of Rain in a Day and folks Died!!!  The Clouds dumping this Rain are coming from Cali's direction to Arizona.  This is NOT the Rainy Season and Monsoon Season was over, so, this is Unseasonal.  The Son was grilling Hot Dogs and heard the Storm coming and turned up the Grill to get them cooked just in time!  *Whew*  It was like Hurricane Force Winds with Rain going Sideways and Zero visibility!

This was the aftermath, I was afraid to go out and Photograph the thick of it, coz Honestly, it would have been no visibility to Photograph anything but Whiteness blowing Sideways... it looked like thick Fog and Rain in very High Winds.  It knocked Palm Fronds off and threw them several Hundred Feet away, all the way onto the Front Porch...and those are heavy, so would have been like projectiles.  Luckily I hadn't Parked where I normally Park or it would have landed a lot of these on or thru the Windows of my Truck!!!  For some reason I knew a Storm was coming and thought about Debris blowing, especially from the Palms, so had deliberately Parked on the RV Garage Side away from both Palm Trees flanking our Property, just in case.  *Whew, dodged a Bullet/Flying Palm Fronds there!*  Sadly, The Daughter had just Raked the whole Yard and Manicured it just Yesterday!!!  *Ruh Roh*  So, that made her Manic and Angry.

  

Bad Storms tend to Trigger her Mentally, and she gets very Schizo, so, she's out running around in them like an Angry Wet Hen!!!  We finally coaxed her back inside where it's safer from flying Debris.  I still have to go pick Princess T up from Work so Hope this subsides very soon, I don't want to be out Driving in it, even short distances.  But, we had nice grilled Hot Dogs while we watched the Storms.  *LOL*  Hopefully there will be a lull in the Storms while I pick The Granddaughter up from her Work a Block away?   The Son downloaded more Pixs of his Trip up North with Girlfriend and her Kiddos, her Son HATES being Photographed so his expression had me LMAOROTF.  It is really Beautiful in Northern Arizona, The Man Loves it up there, good Hunting and Fishing.

I don't like to Drive in Bad Weather, and I like even less to be Cold, so I never make Trips up North once Summer is over.  *LOL*  But the Kiddos still like to go up there and see the Changing of the Seasons.  When we lived in Maine and Upper Michigan I saw enuf Snow for a Lifetime, don't Need to see or experience it anymore for the balance of my Lifetime.  I don't have to Shovel Sunshine.  I've lived Internationally and in all kinds of Climates, Countries, and States here in the U.S., I prefer the Desert.  I've felt more at Home and at Peace in Arizona than anywhere else I've ever lived and so I'm Happy to stay put here in the Lower Desert.  It's not for everyone, but no place ever is, but, it is for me, so, this is where I've remained once I decided Global Nomadic Living for me was finally over and I wanted ONE Place to call Home. 

 When I was a Global Nomad for the 1st half of my Life any place we were was considered Home and only temporarily.  So, you formed no Attachments to any Place/Location.   And you basically formed Attachments only to People you knew you'd probably sustain Relationship with from a Distance and mebbe never see each other again in Real Daily Life.   I've got Lifelong Friends who were also Military and we only were together in Real Life for a brief Time Stationed somewhere, but sustained Long Distance Relationship for a Lifetime.  Often if they passed thru Arizona they'd stop by, knowing they'd always be Welcome.  Many now are also Retired Career Military or their Parents were.  My Dad was Career Military and so was my Husband.  Dad Served 27 Years in the Air Force.  The Man Served 39 Years in a combo of Marines, Army, Air Force and DOD.   He briefly wasn't Military after Vietnam and was an Undercover Narcotics Cop infiltrating Outlaw Biker Gangs... and a Paramedic in a Big City.  Then went back in.

Well, with the Sideways Rain and High Winds we had some minor Flooding inside The RV Garage Mahal.  Nothing was irreparably damaged, but I do have to dry out a Native American Runner Rug and move some things away from the Side Door just in case we get another downpour like that Today?  I really need to Sandbag inside that Door again but Mando took all those Sandbags and used the Sand for the Mosaic Rock Project.  I was able to mop the Water up and just hope putting some Plastic on the Outside of the bottom of the Door will prevent another intrusion of Sideways Rain?  I propped an Old Bathmat and Carpeting Swatch up against the Bottom of the Door.  It has Weather Stripping on the Bottom of the Door that is Brand New, but the Rain came so hard it even breached that.  And I did it just in time coz it's Raining again.

I was talking to one of the Young Male Co-Workers of Princess T and he said his Grandmother isn't getting her Social Security Checks anymore on time either.  Arizona is one of the States, like some others who are Blue or Purple Swing States, that this Regime is messing with a lot.  But, the Red States are gonna be hit hardest with SNAP and Insurance Medical Woes coz they are the poorest States and rely the most on Government Programs.  A lot of the States he's messing with, like Cali, actually Subsidize a lot of the poorest States with the lowest GDP.  Gross Domestic Product per Capita in Red States is significantly lower than in Blue States.   Most Blue States have higher GDP due to larger Populations, bigger Major Cities, more diverse Economies, and are hubs for Tech, Finances and Industry.  They generally pay higher Taxes as well and pay more for everything.  Even tho' they have less Citizens reliant on Government Programs than poorer States.  So, a lot of MAGA rely on Government Programs their Boy is gutting.

I'm not even sure most of them realize how easily they got Conned into Supporting and being Loyal to someone who would screw them over more than anyone they'd Voted against?  But, some folks are their own worst Enemy and their Choices reflect that.   So, I can't feel particularly Sorry for anyone who was adequately Warned and still proceeded with Eyes Wide Shut and relying upon unreliable Sources that told them what they Wanted to Hear rather than what they Needed to Hear.  You can't talk Sense and someone out of something, that took no Sense to get into.  Ironically it's typically folks like that who want desperately to blame anyone but themselves for what their Choices created for them. So, finding any handy Scapegoat to blame and Hate makes them feel less accountable I guess?  Or responsible for their own lot in life, mostly dictated by their own Choices, their own fault, or due to circumstances nobody they blame had anything to do with whatsoever.

Social Security claim Payments will be received Tomorrow, so, that's a relief, I can get Bills paid on time, including paying for the Meds I just received, if the Auto Pay hits Tomorrow, we'll see if it does?  That's one less thing to worry about at least.    LATER:  Yep, the Social Security Payments hit in the Morning. *Whew*  I feel relieved, it was stressful being that close to the wire financially becoz we hadn't received a lot of our Pensions to get thru the Month and pay the Bills on time.  Especially being able to be paying for my Meds, es muy importante.  *LOL*  And, I can put Gas in the Truck this Morning after taking the Granddaughter to Work without asking her to cover it for me.  *Whew*  The Dashboard Lights were going off reminding me how many Miles left before I ran out of Gas.  *LOL* 

So, the Epstein Files Saga goes to the next level now.  The delays I have to Wonder why they needed that bided Time?  So, not so sure they're not up to something to continue with a Cover Up.  I mean, what's been released in the way of E-Mails thus far already shows that even slimy Pedo Epstein said Donnie Two Dolls doesn't have a decent Cell in his Body and can't be Trusted, which, speaks Volumes coming from another Low Life like Epstein!  And, I still don't Believe he, or perhaps some of the Victims, committed Suicide, as claimed.  Very convenient that they should be Dead, to those wanting to Silence them Forever, just sayin'.  There are so many ways to make and fake someone's "Suicide" by actual Homicide, it's not like it hasn't been done before... even successfully.  So many Questions surrounding this obvious Cover Up attempt, to Protect a bunch of prominent Pedophiles, and so few Answers.  Very Rich folk tend to Believe they can Buy anyone they want or need to.  Sadly, often they can.

And just Why is it do you suppose the Ghislaine Maxwell got transferred to some Country Club Prison that doesn't even accept Inmates with Convictions such as hers?  That's also quite interesting and other Inmates have been Punished for Questioning Why she's even there and getting such preferential treatment that no other Inmate is getting.  I think she's being kept comfy to be Quiet about what she knows and could spill the Tea on, coz Offing her would look more than slightly suspicious and definitely not like some Accident or "Suicide".  Still, it's a risk for whoever she's Covering Up for so long as she has Breath, so, we'll see how long her Life is or just how comfortable they have to make it so she keeps her Mouth shut?   Not that I don't think others who are Bad Actors don't have Tea to Spill on Donnie Two Dolls, they definitely do, Putin among them IMO.  But, he's Useful to someone like Putin, and others, so long as he's still the U.S. President and can be Bought.  And we all know he CAN be Bought and has been, over and over again.

So, Moving On now to the BIGGER Issue Nationally of... Affordability.  You know, that Word that was foreign to Donnie and he called "THE Affordability" like it's a brand New Word not previously in his vocabulary.  He is not Paying for anything he can make other folks Pay for anyway, so, it's all quite the foreign concept to him that YOU should be able to Afford what you want or need.  It's never stopped him from spending recklessly Money that he doesn't even have.  He's blown thru more Money recklessly than probably any obscenely Rich person in History... mostly Owing more Debts than even a Billionaire could satisfy and Pay Off his Creditors... so, he just hasn't.  The number of folks and Businesses, Banks, and the IRS he Owes and never Paid, is a virtual Laundry List from way, way back when.  

 He Bankrupted more than One CASINO... Bankrupting a Casino is a very Special kind of Financial Stupid and Incompetent.   The whole Point being the folks who Gamble at them are to Lose all their Money, not the Casino!   But, he Cares not becoz he's always siphoning Money off someone or something somewhere in The Big Grift and Long Con.  If it's YOUR Money he's Gambling with or spending Recklessly and Greedily for his own pleasure, Why should he Care?   And I'm Surprised only by how many folks seem Okay with that, not that he's doing it, coz he's ALWAYS DONE IT.  Anyone whose done any Due Diligence at all can check out his Track Record of Criminal Activities and who he's ripped off since the 1970's, it's not hard or complicated and it's no Secret.   But, enuf of the Political Shitshow of America that's gone Off Rails entirely. 

Tomorrow is the Christmas Event at "Sweet Salvage" and I'm going for the Inspiration mostly.  We're probably not Buying or Exchanging Christmas Gifts this Year, nobody has the Money to do it, so I don't want any of the Family to feel bad or obligated to even try to, it's not necessary.  We enjoy the Holidays mostly as a Holy Day, which is the Reason for the Season, not as only a Commercialized Money Maker that it is to some.  I don't Care personally how or why anyone Celebrates anything, that's their Right and prerogative to, or not to, as they please and I support their Freedom to.   Any Celebration is usually a Positive and enriching thing.  So I'd encourage anyone to Celebrate whatever is meaningful to them and brings them Joy to Celebrate.  However they choose to is fine, I don't Care about Why they are, that's personal to them and none of my business.

I needed to Order some Checks from one of my Banks and couldn't Believe what they're charging for a Box of Checks now!  Christ on a Bike, I know a lot of Younger folks don't use Checks anymore, but that shouldn't inflate the price like it has.  I remember when they used to be Free, especially for long time Customers, Retired Bank Executives of that Bank, or someone who had large Deposits there.  Not now!  I'm glad I don't use that many and only order them perhaps once every couple Years or so.  *Whew*  Coz what they charge now is ridiculous.  The same with Stamps, they've gone way up and I had to get some of those Today now too, since we had gotten Paid but I didn't have enuf Stamps to send all the Bills out.  I went to the Litchfield Park Post Office, which, is a more affluent area nearby, lots of Bougee folk live there.

 

I actually prefer going to the Post Office in Da Hood of the Old Barrio we once lived in at the Historic Property, less Drama and a Headache folks there.  Well, wouldn't ya know, I go in and there's only One other Customer and she's MAGA... resplendent with her MAGA Gear, the tRump Cap, the Shirt, and The Attitude.  *Eye Roll*  She was Older and giving the One Post Office Clerk they had there grief about something, being a real Karen about it.  She kept at it so long a bunch of other Customers now had come in and lined up behind me.  The Gal directly behind me looked like a Gang Chola, but, tho' she had her Face and everything Tatted up, the Black & Grey Realism Tattoos on her Arms were gorgeous, real Quality Art.  I could tell she was getting annoyed at this MAGA Bitch and I didn't want a Morning Showdown to go Down at the Post Office, so I struck up conversation with the Young Gal about her Tattoos as a distraction for both of us.  *LOL*

Coz, I ain't gonna Lie, I was getting annoyed and impatient myself, that Bitch was holding everyone up from being Served.   And overhearing her Complaint and agitation, it was utter Nonsense, and something that the Clerk couldn't possibly be responsible for or help her with.   Apparently she was letting some Friend who was out of the Country get her Mail delivered to her House and some of the Junk Mail for a Free Steak Dinner at some Senior Seminar for Selling you something, had come back after she'd filled it out for "The Friend".  That alone was Weird if The Friend was now living out of the Country, how could she attend this Local Seminar?  I think this MAGA Broad just wanted a Free Steak Dinner by pretending to be her "Friend".  *LOL*   Anyway, the Clerk was getting frustrated coz she could see how many Customers were now being held up in Line and she was the only one, no Backup!!!

 

The Gang Gal, tho' she looked like a real Hard Case, ended up being a Nice Young Woman towards me, but was giving MAGA Woman the Death Stare.  *LOL*   She told me the Artist who'd done her Tattoos was one of the original who had perfected Realism Tattoos and was Famous on the East Coast, in Boston, where she was from.  We then talked about Boston's Pizza, which, she sorely misses, and that I'd lived on Cape Cod, which she's visited.   MAGA Woman during all this time was still arguing with the Clerk incessantly!   Finally some other Employee came out of the recesses of the Back and realized, oh shit, look at that Line, and that her Co-Worker couldn't get rid of this Problem Customer wearing all her MAGA Gear and being so confrontational for no good reason.  The Clerk didn't know why this Junk Mail was sent back to her, they're not responsible for that, she suggested she call the Company that rejected it.  But, said that becoz it wasn't even HER Mail, they might not discuss her "Friend's" Mail with her due to Mail Service Confidentiality?  *LOL*

 

The Co-Worker helped me, I only needed Stamps and to slap 3 Stamps on some Bills and Mail them.   And even as I saw the Gang Gal who'd been behind me get Served and leave, MAGA Woman never left, just all the other people who'd been in Line behind me were leaving, so, she was still clearly there arguing with that Poor Clerk!!!   I had told The Man why I'd been in there so fucking long and we waited a while to see if MAGA Woman ever exited Stage Left, she never did!  Still in there making a Scene and being Drama and a Headache.   She was Lucky I'd distracted the Young Gang Chola, coz she was a Big powerful built Girl and clearly could have handed even a full grown Man his Ass if she Went Off.  *LOL*  She even had Tattooed Eyebrows, Tattoo Black Lip Liner, and the Teardrops beside her Eyes... some Serious Flash.   Even tho' her largest Tats on her Arms were done by that Famous Realism Artist and were Gorgeous {All Religious or Aztec Scenes, and Nahuatl Words, which tend to be Coded Gang Identifiers}, she also had some obvious Prison Tattoos.

It's always uncomfortable when someone is making a big ole' Scene, a total Karen and being unreasonable.  You never really know if it will escalate into violence or if someone else will be Triggered and go Mental on the Troublemaker's Ass once they've heard or had enuf of the nonsense.   I wasn't in the Mood for Drama or a Headache coz the Post Office had only JUST Opened, I'd gone early to be in and out quick since I only needed some Stamps.  I was gonna get enuf to even send out my Christmas Cards so that I wouldn't even have to venture near a Post Office during the Holiday Season.  *LOL*  I was only the 2nd Person in the Door but of coarse MAGA had to be the 1st One and a big Ole' Pain In The Ass... Oy Vey!!!   Anyone whose STILL a MAGAt I almost expect them to be Trouble and act Entitled and expecting unmerited Privilege tho'.  I think we all do at this point, seems they're Angry and Bitter at the World and spoiling for a Fight all the fucking time.  *Eye Roll and Le Sigh*

Granted, I do hear that some of the disenchanted ones who are Waking Up to having been Scammed and Played, are now Burning their MAGA Gear.  I do think his Hold is waning and he'll soon become a Pariah, as will any Hangers On who'll Go Down with him.   I can't wait 'til the whole damned Movement is just a part of Bad History we're over and done with and don't have to endure anymore.   Anyway, after Stamps and Ordering Checks at The Bank, we did Environmental Cleanup for the rest of the Morning and Afternoon, coz it was overcast and only in the 60's.  Very easy to be out and about in, we got so many Aluminum Cans we filled up the back of the Truck and will have to go back to the Recycle Center Tomorrow to turn them in for Cash!  I didn't expect to get as many as we did, but with the Weather Cooling so much, people had obviously been Outside more and drinking, Picnicking, Fishing, Hiking, Bike Riding, BBQing, Recreational Vehicle using, etcetera.

The Man enjoyed himself tremendously, but was obviously having a hard Day of it.  He was doing Weird shit like spinning around in Circles in the Parking Lot of a Park, looking like he didn't know which way to go next, or what to do?!  After about Three Spins, I asked him what the Hell he was doing?  He couldn't answer that Question, I had to instruct him of where to go next and then off he went in that direction!!!  *LOL*  Didn't wanting him spinning so much he'd get dizzy and take a Fall!!!  Some days his level of Comprehension, Confusion or Mood Deregulation is worse and this was one of those Days.  He was obviously enjoying being out a lot, and doing what we were doing, but, if you talked to him at all he was responding almost angrily and snarky to Simple Questions.   

I had to tell him he had to Calm Down and use his Inside Voice or I would assume he was getting too Tired and needing to go Home and take a Nap?  *Winks*   It Works like a Charm to diffuse him and get him back to Center, just like it would with a Small Child getting Cranky whilst out having a Good Time but starting to Emotionally unravel and have a Meltdown.   I think he was Tired but he was having a Big Time and didn't want to go Home yet, and, I knew being out in the Fresh Air and Walking around is good for him.  He Loves hunting for Cans and finding little Treasures, which, you almost always do, people lose or leave behind all kinds of things when they're out.  The River was running fast and high after that huge Storm we had Yesterday, more is coming Today too.

   

Princess T was upset coz she got Dress Coded at Work Today for wearing her Cute New little Bellbottom Leggings.  She had a long Hoodie over it so you couldn't even see her little Butt, but I guess if she lifted her Arms and Hands up high enuf, someone was clearly looking at her Ass.  *LOL and Winks*  I told her she's just too Sexy for SAVERS, so, quit being so Scandalous.  *Smiles*  And that made her Smile.  She said all the Spanish Speaking Ladies were Mad coz they either wear Leggings or tight Jeans, so some of them were going "Mira, Mira..." to the Boss and rubbing their Asses!  *LMAOROTF*  She was the only one reprimanded and they're having a Staff Meeting Tomorrow, so, she was more embarrassed than anything, she's very Modest and Professional, so never tries to dress inappropriately for Work.  She'll even usually run something by her Grandpa and I first before wearing it to Work, I saw nothing Wrong with what she wore Today, she was completely covered.

It's getting Colder so she's dressing in Warmer Clothing coz she's so Thin and Tiny, and she gets chilly and Cold fast.  She didn't understand why some of the more voluptuous Women didn't get pulled aside who actually have an Ass.  *LMAOROTF*   Seriously, she and her Mom have such Tiny little Hips and Butts that they can't even fill out Spandex!!!   She said some of the Young Women there, and some Middle Aged ones, have some Back on them, so if they wear something tight, it could be a distraction.  *LOL*   Anyway, Que Sera Sera.  She's not Mad, but said some of the other Women really are, less Men get Dress Coded than Women and it was the same in High School, so she finds it just annoying and Misogynistic.  At School the Boys would not get Dress Coded for wearing sagging Pants showing their Chonies and their Asses... but a Girl couldn't wear Spaghetti Straps and show a Shoulder, go figure!   And Heaven Forbid if her Navel was showing!  *Gasp, the Boys might not be able to concentrate on their Lessons!!!   Bwahahaha*  

But a Boy could have his saggy Pants so low slung his Junk is showing, yet, that's no distraction to the Girls concentration on their Studies?  *Eye Roll*   And Princess T's been feisty since Grade School about Dress Codes that make no sense.   When she was about in the 3rd or 4th Grade they had School Uniforms and mostly the Girl's Uniforms were Skirts and on the Playground she didn't like that some Boys would try to look up their Skirts while they were on the Playground Equipment.  So, she started wearing tight Leggings under her Skirt and they tried to Dress Code her for it.  Well, Clever little Minx that she was and still is, she told them she wore them for "Modesty Sake", just like the Muslim Girls do, which WAS allowed due to their Religious requirements to be completely covered.  

So, Princess T got allowed to wear her Leggings coz she said if she wasn't allowed for "Modesty", then they couldn't allow the Muslim Student Girls to wear them for "Modesty Requirements" either.  *Bravo, Standing Ovation I gave her for that Argument.*   I stood in Agreement with her on that, so, she was the only Non-Muslim Girl at her Grade School also wearing her Leggings, but, for the same reason, her Modesty.  *LOL*   She'd also wear her Mehndi to School and just tell them it was "Spiritual" to her/us.  *Bwahahahaha*  Yeah, she can be a little Rebel like that, but, I know where she got her resistance to Conforming from.  *Winks*   I have never Conformed, never will Conform, and am completely authentic to myself.   I also Question things and don't mind if my Children and Grandchildren do too.  The only people who don't like those who ask Questions are those who don't have the Answers.  

 

When I picked Princess T up from Work they'd just put New Merch out and had Half a Dozen Ceramic Starbucks Tumblers with Lids at a great Price.  I didn't have any of those Designs and can easily Sell Off and make a Profit off those I might not want to Keep, plus it was Military Discount Day so I got another 20% Off all of them, booyah!  Online I looked them up and each is Selling for anywhere from $15-$55 each, depending on how coveted the Design Graphics are!!!   All Six of these are Older Years of Designs I'm sure are now Retired, which, usually means people will pay more, harder to Source previous Year Collectibles of the Line.   Some of my Favs in my own Personal Collection can fetch outrageous Prices now, so I enjoy Collecting them and we do use a lot of the Collection for our Beverages.   So far the Kiddos haven't broken or chipped any.  *Whew*  Just One of the Half Dozen I got Today Sold for $35 Online, another for $25!!!  Neither being so Special to me that they're Keepers.

 

Of coarse some of my very Fav Coveted Starbucks Mugs and Tumblers I don't let anyone use.   Some of them are just worth too much now to risk an accident befalling them.  Like my 2015 Color Sailor Jerry Tattoo Design Ceramic Starbucks Mug, among several other highly desired Designs.   The Sailor Jerry Tattoo Design came in Black & White and also in Blue, but the full Color one was always my Favorite and I stood tall on the amount I paid for it in order to add it to my Collection.  You can Source damned near anything on E-Bay and if it's reasonable enuf I will pay the price even if it's not necessarily a Deep Discounted Bargain like most items I Source for Collections.

It's Storming so badly again that Palm Fronds are flying like Projectiles again, everything is Flooding, and it's Freaking the Cat Eli Out, he's crying his Eyeballs out coz it's Scaring him.   Storm damage from Yesterday's Storm was seen everywhere around the City, these are unnatural Storms we're having and Cali is getting them much Worse, but Arizona isn't used to the amount of Rain it's dumping so quickly, a Desert might not get an Inch of Rain in Months, let alone in Minutes!!!   The Water Breached the Sandbags, that's how high it got, not much you can do other than Sandbag and Hope for the best.  Since we can take on Inches of Irrigation Water, we're in better shape than most Residential Properties.  Our Pasture can hold a lot of Water and runoff, but it literally looks like we've Irrigated, that's how much came down in less than 15 Minutes, that's unnatural for the Desert.  It hasn't come into the House and I put an Inflatable from the Pool up against the RV Garage Side Door to try to prevent the Flooding in there we had Last Night after the Storms. 

The Palm Fronds flew all around our Vehicles and up onto the Front Porch, just Inches from Windows and Front Door, but Thankfully didn't damage anything.   We've got a huge Lantana Bush Hedge in front of our Livingroom Window, so that one is Safe, but Princess T's Bedroom Window is in the Front and one came precariously close and probably Why Eli is having a Meltdown.  He often sits on the Interior Windowsill looking out at the World, and right now that World looks Threatening and Scary, for sure.   I went in and Groomed him to Calm him down, he Loves being brushed and will even do his own Chin brushing if you put another Brush on the Rug for him while you're Grooming the top of him.  *LOL*  He'll often gaze at himself in the full length Mirror while being Groomed, it's hilarious.  Don't tell me Cats don't have Vanity, they do.  *LMAO*  I tell him how Handsome he is and he laps it up!

I sure Hope the Weather Calms down and Clears Up before the Event Tomorrow Morning?  I don't like driving in bad inclement Weather, it's often too dangerous to, so if you don't have to, you avoid doing so.  They've had people Die by being swept away in their Vehicles and some Streets have been like Rivers, it only takes a couple Inches of Water to float your Vehicle away.  And Trees and Branches being tossed around is also a Hazard, there's a lot of Tree Carnage from even last Night's Storm.   It's snapped Trees that are even over 100 Years Old and massive, like a Twig!!!   And it's been high Winds enuf to rip Fronds off of Palm Trees and throw huge Tree Branches around like Projectiles.   Those Fronds and Branches are big and they're heavy, it takes a Force to rip them off and throw them around like Javelins for Hundreds of Feet!!!   These have been Hurricane or Tornado Force Winds in these recent Storms and we're nowhere near an Ocean and never usually have Tornadoes either!   We even got so much Hail it looked like Snow on the Ground!  Pixs to come of Tonight's Storm Carnage in another Post.  Climate Change is Real!!!
