In Real Time it's a Tuesday Morning and The Man is eagerly waiting for his VA Nurse to arrive, he's liking the extra Attention now he knows her and she's a very nice Lady. He's even gotten used to her very pronounced African Accent and thinks it's charming, which, it is. He's not too good with Accents, he never could understand my Mother and I'd have to translate for him, even tho' she was speaking English to him, but, this Lady speaks impeccable English with a West African lilt to it that he seems to not need a Translator for. *Whew* She said she enjoys our Home and Visits, it's one of her favorite stops. I'm sure she may Deal with some difficult Clients doing what she does? Home Nursing is probably not for the faint of Heart and requires a Caring Spirit of Service to the ailing and the Elderly. People can be not their Best Selves when in physical or mental decline.
I still remember my Dear Pastor {pictured Above with our First Lady}, may he RIP, who had been shot in the Leg during a Robbery when he was making a Business Bank Run, for a Business he Owned before he went into the Clergy, and it just never Healed right. So he was always in chronic Pain with that Leg and luckily his Dear Wife, our First Lady, was a Nurse and had to change the Dressings on it for the rest of his Life and her vigilant TLC made it so he didn't have to get it amputated. He told me that when you're in such Pain constantly, you have to remember and be Mindful to be Nice on Purpose. That stuck with me, since The Man has been in chronic Pain due to War related injuries for Decades, and sometimes when he's in agony or can't manage the Pain effectively, he isn't his Best Self, which is understandable. So I'm sure Home Nurses take that into account with their Clients?
Anyway, after she leaves we may do a little bit of something Outside since it's a Glorious Day out there and only in the low Sixties! But, he's also got his Specialist Cardiac Follow-up this Afternoon too with Dr. Singh for Post-Op Eval. I don't like the later Appointments due to his Sundowners kicking in by around 5:00 p.m. every Day, but this Appointment is at 3:30 p.m. so we should wrap it up before he begins to deteriorate? I just ensure he's Home, comfy, and got his Programs on, to be left in Peace and Solitude once it's Sundown and then he's usually Golden. He's got to be Fed before the Sun goes down tho' or he'll swear he's already eaten, even if he hasn't, and then The Games begin, and nobody is having a Good Time at Dinnertime. I'd rather get him Fed first and avoid that Battle of the Wills. *LOL*
I'm doing our one load of Laundry and just combined it with some I saw that The Daughter had readied of hers but hadn't done yet. She took one for the Team recently and did ours, so I'm paying it forward. All the Kiddos of both Generations, do their own Laundry and are diligent about it, so that Washer and Dryer seem to have a load in them all of the time. *LOL* I "Count Clothes" for The Man so he is Aware of having proof and evidence IF he hasn't been changing his Clothes when we ask him to. He'll Battle you on that otherwise and swear what he's wearing is Clean and he hasn't already worn it. *Eye Roll* The Kids Joke that if we didn't confront him with Evidence out of the Laundry, he'd wear the same thing every day, and he likely would. As it is he's got about Six favorite Shirts out of his entire Wardrobe, that he will only wear now. So we often have to sneak a Spare in there to get him thru the Week! He'll see it and go, "This isn't mine!" And we'll remind him it is, he's just forgotten he has it. *LOL*
In actuality, he remembers his Six Favs and stubbornly refuses to wear anything but them until they get worn out and have to be 'Retired'. He'll give them up only if we cut them into Rags that they he can still have part of a Fav Shirt to use for Chores and such. Dementia is a very Mysterious Illness to work thru and sort out the Behaviors of... even more complex than Traumatic Brain Injury was and that was challenging enough! We all have our Fav stuff but with Dementia is seems to amplify to levels that cause distress and he'll really have a "Rain Man" Moment sometimes if Routines and Things are even slightly changed or absent. I'm used to it with The Son's Autism, coz Change is difficult for him too and always has been, but he's more Aware of it than his Dad is. Talking The Man Down from what causes undue Distress and shouldn't be a Big Deal, but is to him, is next to Impossible. So, you chose your Battles wisely. Many things I won't Argue with him about or make him feel defensive about, I distract him and keep it Moving. This is why I'm SURE this President has advanced Dementia, he makes things up, Believes they're Real, and gets obviously Confused and Temperamental, lashing out in an unnatural way that is clearly abnormal.
We should not have someone running the Country or making important decisions Globally and Nationally that has Advanced Dementia and likely always had Serious Mental Illness or considerable Personality Disorders to begin with. Anyone with those types of serious impairments aren't even capable of making good decisions on a consistent basis and it can become quite a danger to themselves and others if not Managed or Mitigated... worse yet, Enabled!!! The fact he says such outrageous and Crazy things with no Shame or acknowledgement of how Mental it sounds and is, is proof enuf he has zero Awareness of his own Condition. Those around him do tho', his Handlers, and Shame on them for Enabling it. And Shame on the Foreign Dignitaries too playing along too, from other Countries, and Silently acting like it's Normal Behavior! And they'll willingly go along with it for their own Gains or Fear that the Crazy American President might just do something completely Mental if they don't. That's how people act around Kim Jong Un coz they know he's fucking Unstable and extremely Dangerous.
I keep waiting for Updates on how my BFF's Treatments are going from her Daughter, whose her Caregiver. This is her and Daughter Above before the grim Diagnosis, below is her Daughter and a Friend the other Day Celebrating something. I'm glad that her Daughter is taking some time to herself since Caregiving is a huge drain and she also has Three Small Children and her Husband Travels extensively for his Work. So, she's not only Caregiving for her dying Mom, but also being a Single Parent most of the time too... it's a Full Dance Card for a Young Woman still in her 20's. I encourage her and tell her she's doing a great Job, which, she is. I know how it takes a heavy Toll on the Caregiver tho'. And, often, people will be conspicuous by their absence, since, it can make folks uncomfortable to be around the Sick, the Disabled, the Dying. They don't know what to do or say, don't want Involvement really, and if they don't have to Deal with it, they will choose not to. So, it can be very Isolating to be a Primary Full Time Unpaid Caregiver. It's not like being a Paid Caregiver whose Job it is and then get to go Home after a Shift and get on with their Life, get Vacations, Time Off, get compensated for what they're doing, have other Staff helping. Nothing sorts people out quite like Trouble, my Dad always said, and he was Right about that.
I don't really like a Day filled with too many Appointments coz it interrupts getting much else done or enjoying anything either. Now that the Weather has turned Nice I'd like to get out to The Desert Botanical Gardens this Month. My Membership needs to be renewed at the EOM and I think I will renew it, I'd waffled on it only becoz their Fine Restaurant Closed and they haven't had the Fall Events I usually look forward to attending. There are Autumnal Events still going on but not as many as in the Past. Used to be your Calendar was full of Fall Activities and Holiday Events, I miss all that. The Young Prince was updating me on what the Gentrified parts of Downtown are doing now and some of the things they resurrected like The Melrose Crawl... so I might check that all out Online and see what's poppin' in the City now? They sometimes have Small Business Saturdays and Bar Crawls in the City's Downtown area, but, I don't Drink so that's not my Jam. And, I usually attend Day Events coz the Freaks come out at Night in the City and it can become quite Unsafe. And most Events now are geared to the Nightlife it seems.
Elderly folk at Night in the City just look like easy Marks for Robberies and Stickup Kids or Junkies to Target, I don't Need that kind of Excitement on a Saturday Night, Okay? *LOL* Sticking my Key in the Neck of some Stickup Kid or Addict wouldn't be what they'd expect from a harmless looking Old Lady they're Robbing. But if I felt Threatened, and felt it was me or them, it's gonna be them, if I can help it, and became just Reactive to a Situation they initiated. They just better be Right with the Lord. The Man is like me in being Reactive to any Threat, and he said he'd prefer not to have to Kill any more People in his Old Age, even if they are the Bad Guys and deserve it. He's got more notches on his Belt for having to do that for his Government than he's already comfortable with having to Live with and go to his Grave with. He said nobody should be Okay with Taking a Life unless they are a Psycho and Disturbed. I don't think he is, and he can't be Sure I'm not, he says. *Bwahahaha* So, he and I don't put ourselves in Situations or in Danger, and generally don't go out at Night knowing we're Old and APPEAR to be Vulnerable. We prefer Boring now. *Winks*
I really Need to pick up some items Today so I Hope that his Nurse is on time, she usually is, and it wraps up early. He's doing good so it should. I did some Yardwork while waiting for her to arrive, The Daughter and I are lining the Pool area with our Wishing Stones that we're not using for the Mosaic River Stone Project. They Edge the Graveled Area and Pool Decking and look really Nice. I'm about 3/4 Done and will have enuf of them once Halloween is over and we dismantle the faux Graves we have in our Front Patio Vignette. *Smiles* We used nothing but Wishing Stones for the Three Graves, her Idea, I really liked it. We had them all piled up out there waiting for a Project, so, it gave them immediate Seasonal Purpose. I'm shocked at how many good ones we've Sourced just out looking for River Stone for the Mosaic Project. Standard Wishing Stones aren't Rare, but they're not so Common to find either. They are Common Rocks with an unbroken White Ring often formed by Quartz Veins. Below are some of what has been laid down already Poolside:
We've always Collected Naturalist Objects and Decorated our Home and Gardens with them. We're avid Rockhounds and Gem Enthusiasts, we enjoy looking for those we want to bring back Home. If we lived near an Ocean/Beach I'd have even more Shells than I've Collected not even living near one. *LOL* On Cape Cod was when we lived near a Beach and I was a Child but have fond Memories of Days spent by the Atlantic Ocean. When we visit my Brother in Cali we always go to the Ocean to spend some Days by the Pacific. When I lived in Upper Michigan we always visited the Great Lakes, mostly Lake Superior and Lake Michigan. Lake Superior was my favorite, it's Water being the Deepest, Coldest and least polluted, and it's so enormous. We visited Lake Erie but back then, in the 60's and 70's, sadly it was considered a Dead Lake due to extreme Pollution. I remember Collecting the Iron Ore Pellets as a Kid that the Trains transporting them would drop off the Ore Carts.
I don't know what happened to mine, since we probably left them behind when we Moved from Upper Michigan coz we were being Assigned Overseas to England, so you had Weight limits on your Cargo. My Parents only kept what we truly needed or was necessary with each Military Move, you had to Travel Light in that Career Choice. In fact, if you got a Great Britain Assignment you had to find Homes for your Dogs coz they'd require a Year's Quarantine since they don't have Rabies over there and don't want it. So our Two Beloved Dogs, a Male Chihuahua named Huey and a Female Pug named Cho-Cho were given to some Dear Friends who came from South Dakota to get them before we left. But, Above is what I gleaned from the Interweb on what the Iron Ore Pellets looked like. We'd pick them up around the Railroad Tracks that traversed the Lakes and my Dad liked to Fish from. They were Magnetic so we liked playing with them as Kids. And we kept some like Marbles coz they were smooth and round Orbs, like that one in the Upper Right of this Pix.

It's his Vanity Project to show us that he can do whatever he wants to do. He thinks The White House is a part of his Real Estate Empire, not just someplace he only Occupies like a Tenant while The People install him there by their Votes. He's vulgar, lacking in Taste with all that hideous Gilding he already did... and what he's doing to the White House is vulgar and looks very much like 9-11's damage to the Pentagon, it is jarring to see an Important Iconic and Historic American Symbol Molested like this.
The Pentagon's Western Flank was destroyed by Terrorists, the East Wing of the White house is being destroyed by a Fascist President with just as much disregard for America and Americans best interests. A lot of what is happening to destroy America by this Regime is very much akin to Domestic Terrorism and an Attack on our Democracy. Paving over the Historic Rose Garden and making it look like a Panera Bread Patio. Systematically he's eroding and trying to erase what is meaningful to most Americans who Love this Country and appreciate our Symbols, our Constitution, everything that has always made America the envy of the World. Anyway, Moving On... The Man's Blood Pressure was very High so the VA Nurse was concerned about it and asked what he was so Stressed about? He couldn't say, he just looked very Anxious. Sometimes it's nothing he can communicate that is causing Anxiety, sometimes it's everything or something specific. I know he is always somewhat Anxious when he has any Doctor Appointment.
His Appt. with the Cardiologist went very well, no concerns and by the time we were there his Blood Pressure was back to Normal. I think he just needed to hear everything was good and it eased his Anxiety. Dr. Singh said the bigger clogged Artery was 99% obstructed so would have been a massive Heart Attack, probably fatal, had it not been for the Bee Sting alerting us of problematic obstructions in Two Arteries. The other Artery was smaller and not as obstructed which is why they could delay it some so he had Recovery time. He had complications both times so Dr. Singh said it was very complex and risky, but, no alternatives that would have had a Happy Ending, so, had to be done. The larger obstruction was just above where he'd had Double Bypass many Years ago. He has Hereditary High Cholesterol and is on Meds for it, it's all we can do... Genetic Factors are just either a great or a shitty Hand Dealt.
They had Halloween Candy marked 33% Off at our Grocery Store already, so I picked some more up that I know the Family like, in case we don't hand it all out Halloween Night? Seems like the Stores aren't waiting to liquidate after the Holiday, they're purging it all beforehand just a little less than a Fortnite early. Then I think they don't have to mark it down as much and might just Sell Out before or by Halloween? Work called but I couldn't take the Call, they needed someone for a Shift Tomorrow Night but filled it when I didn't answer, which was Fine. I'm not particularly motivated to spend Pre-Holiday time Working Shifts all Night, since we have so much to do during the Day and it would be pushing myself too hard. Anyway, his Cardiologist doesn't need to see him now for Four Months and his next Appt. is the Morning of his Birthday. So, that'll be easy to remember. *LOL*
He went to Bed early, I stayed up to watch a NetFlix Comedy Special and then an Old Michael Douglas Movie I'd never seen before, "Don't Say A Word" {2001}, a Thriller the Critics said was underrated, I agree, it was quite good but I don't recall back when it came out that they promoted it much, coz I thought I'd seen all his Old Movies and I hadn't even heard of this one. I always liked Michael Douglas, and his Dad Kirk Douglas. As a Teen I had a Crush on Michael when he starred in "The Streets Of San Francisco" Series on TV {1972-1977} with Karl Malden. As he's Aging he's looking more and more like his Dad. He's 81 now and his Dad lived to be 103. Who didn't Love his Iconic part in "Spartacus" {1960}?
His Son was very good in all his Roles too. And when he Married Catherine Zeta-Jones, who is a gorgeous Welsh Actress from Swansea, South Wales, it put another Famous Welsh Entertainer on the Map and my Mom liked that. Catherine is very Welsh looking too. My Mom used to get pissed off that in every International Beauty Pageant they never had a typical Welsh looking Woman representing. Most Welsh and Irish are Darker and more Exotic looking than the English. Just about all of my Mom's Family had Blue Black very Curly Hair and either Grey, Green or almost Black-Brown Eyes. Welsh Young Handsome Actors Tom Ellis and Irish Actor Colin Farrell are typical Gaelic looking Men too, Dark and Handsome.
Other than Singers Shirley Bassey and Tom Jones, and Actors Richard Burton and Anthony Hopkins, there weren't a lot of well known Celebs from Wales from my Mom's Generation. And of coarse there was Sean Connery from Scotland, also Tall, Dark and Handsome, a typical Gaelic looking Man. Now there's more Younger Gaelic Celebs. I was Surprised that Hot Young Celeb Theo James was English, he had an Exotic look about him and originally I wondered if he was Gaelic? But then reading his Bio I see he has an actual Greek Surname of Taptiklis and uses his Middle Name as his Stage Surname. So now I realize why he doesn't look typically English at all. Handsome Singer George Michael did the same, his Surname was actually Greek, Panayiotou, tho' Born in London. I had a Crush on George too, didn't Care that he was Gay, I'd of had his Baby. *Ha ha ha*
At 4:00 a.m. we all got woke by the loudest clap of Thunder I'd ever heard, Twice it was like that, deafening and shook the House, I thought it was an explosion at first! Weird coz it was fierce Thunder and Lightening and NO Rain, just a Steel Grey Sky. I think it will Rain, but if it dumped any at all it was very light coz everything was Dry Outside. Except my Truck, and Princess T was marveling how everything else was Dry but my Truck, was there just a little Rain Cloud over my Truck that just beaded up Raindrops on it and NOTHING ELSE around it, not even the Ground around it?! I've seen Stranger Things with Weather, one time only One Side of the Street was Raining and the dividing Line from Two Way Traffic on that Road is exactly where the Rain stopped! So, one Side of the Road was Wet and the other Side completely Dry, separated by the Middle Line in the Road, Freaky!!!
It's like catastrophic Weather that spares One Home and the rest get flattened, how does that even happen? Anyway, so my Truck was Wet and everything around it was Dry as a Bone! So, it only Rained ON my Truck apparently? *LOL* She was saying on her way in to Work she Hoped their Power goes out so she can come Home early and when we pulled up an Electrician's Truck was outside the Front Doors! Ah, ya put the Hoodoo on it did ya, says I! *Smiles* She laughed and got out, so, we'll see now if they have Electrical Issues and how Strong The Force is in her? *Winks and Smiles* If anyone could conjure shit up, her Brother said it would be his Pre-Demonic Little Sister. *Bwahahaha* She looks so harmless, but don't let appearances fool ya! *Winks*
I rarely wear my Dreadlocks down and for a couple Days now I just haven't bothered doing anything with them and left them down. Each Day I got so many compliments on them, mostly from very Young and Attractive Men, go figure!!! They don't have to walk up to some random Old Lady and compliment her on her Hair, saying they Love your Dreadlocks, so, it was unexpected, you Thank them and feel pretty attractive after that. *Bwahahahaha* Hey, a Young Stud Muffin or Three, in a single day, just said they Loved my Hair, whoo hoo! *Winks* I'm still taking Collagen Supplements for Hair, Skin and Nails since when you get Older those Three things suffer, at least they have for me with the Hair Thinning on Top as my Estrogen levels drop... the Nails grow pretty long, I've had Vietnamese Ladies who Own Nail Salons marvel that my Nails that grow longest are Real, the Skin has held up pretty good for my Age tho' too, and I wanna keep it that way and not end up looking like a Shar Pei Dog. *Smiles*
Mom's whole side of the Family Aged exceedingly Well, in fact, I'd venture to say they looked most Stunning, both the Men and the Women, in their latter Years compared to other Old People around them looked. Even some of my Friends who had Gorgeous Parents when they were Young, one Friend's Mom looked like Raquel Welsh as a Young Women, but didn't look as Pretty as my Mom did once they got Old. As Princess T would say, "Most Old People look Busted, Gramma, but you don't.", and her Friends in their 20's Agree, I don't look Busted. I take that as a compliment coming from her Generation. Not Busted looking is Good and preferable, Right? *Bwahahaha* Then they further the complimentary comparisons by adding, "And you don't ACT Old either. So you don't SEEM Old." Also good, I suspect, Acting Old being a diss as far as I can tell, if they were to say you're "Acting Old", Right? *Winks*
The slightly Older Crowd of the Generation in front of theirs, who are 30-40, and Work at our Antique Mall or are my Adult Kid's Friends, tell me I am the only "Boomer" they Like. *Bwahahaha* And that's Handy, since, they compromise the Age Group of most of my actual Friends now. Since, most Seniors do not Gel with me hardly at all and I notice that too. At first I thought it was coz I was still Raising Children in my Senior Years, which, none of them were, so we hardly ever Socialized and thus didn't become Close. We'd stay at Acquaintance Level and they'd all do stuff together and I did end up feeling excluded from the Seniors who are my actual Peer Group and Generation. Almost all the Elders I had as Good Friends of my Parent's Generation when I was Younger are Dead now. I miss all of them, they were so much Fun and all were Youthful Spirits that seemed to me not to "Act Old" or seem Old, so I do understand the comparisons Young People are making of me to some other Seniors.
When Younger I had Older Friends almost exclusively, now I'm Older I have Younger Friends almost exclusively. My Younger Friends Take on it is that most other Boomers don't Like their Generation either and I seem more like their Generation, and that's probably Why I don't Gel with most of my Generation? They could be Right, I dunno? I was an Old Soul as a Younger Person so Gelled with those more Mature than me. Now that I am more Mature I appreciate the Energy of the Younger Generations and that they have a Better Energy than most of the Old Folks I have met. You do get some Kindred Spirit Old Folks you meet, but they're not as plentiful as the Old Biddy Brigade and Old Bastard Brigade seem to be. *LOL* And some Old Timers just maintain a Youthful Energy and Spirit about them. Did you see that Martha Stewart, who is a Boss Lady I look up to, is now the Oldest Swimsuit Model on the Cover of "Sports Illustrated" at 81!?
Now, to be sure I Admire Martha for being a Smart, very Successful Woman more than still looking Hawt at 81 and Rocking a Swimsuit as a Geriatric Model. She began her Career Modeling actually but knew that wouldn't last so figured people Eat and have Homes, lets make a Career out of Food and Homes. Fast forward, Millionaire... then a stint in Prison, which gave her enormous Street Cred with Rappers like Snoop Dogg and the Youngsters... so then, Billionaire. Martha's Star kept Rising, nothing could Stop her, even Time didn't ravage her! Martha is Killin' it still, she's Bad Ass and like the Elderly Mentors I remember having in the Corporate World at the start of my first Corporate Career in Banking. Women who shattered Glass Ceilings and racked some Balls to get there as if they were playing Pool with Men's Genitalia. And for Men who take Issue with that, lemme tell ya that being a Woman in Corporate America is far harder than being a Man, still. So if we had to get "Nasty" to be taken Seriously, Deal with discrimination and Sexual Harassment, and level the Playing Field, we just fucking did, some of us. *Winks*

And speaking of being Lit Up... now Telemarketers for Elon are trying to Sell TESLA Home Batteries due to Utility Costs rising exponentially, always some Racket. His Vehicles catch on Fire with those Batteries, so I definitely don't wanna Power my Home with one, I'd do Solar again before doing that. *LOL* He's got Old Ladies making the Calls, I had one called Dora who sounded like she might be calling from a Long Term Care Facility, or was being held Hostage and forced to make the Calls, Bless her, those Billionaires do like their exploitable Labor Force. So I was Polite, but, No Thanks Dora. Wouldn't ever Buy a Swasticar from the Ketamine King nor anything else, Hard Pass, he don't need to get Richer on my Dime. I feel the same about Bezos and AMAZON.
Utility Companies do hold a Monopoly tho', there's only Two Options in Arizona and both were heavily Fined in the Past for overcharging Solar Customers and violating Antitrust Laws. I got compensated for them overcharging me when I Owned Solar on the McManse. They're required to Buy Back any unused excess Energy you created, but they were Stealing your Energy that was NOT an Overage and then Charging you to Buy your own Created Energy back, for almost Triple what the Law allowed them to Buy Overages for!!! I caught them doing it myself and they did repay me, but how many Solar Customers didn't understand how it is supposed to Work and got ripped off by a LOT, producing their Own Energy that the Utility Company was not only Stealing, but then Charging them a Premium for by Selling it back to them at Price Gouging Rates!!! This is why I don't have Solar here, Solar is great, but the Industries of Utility Companies are still very corrupt and Solar is expensive to install.
There is a part of me that would like to go Off Grid so you aren't dependent on any of these corrupted Big Corporate Criminals. Yeah, they get Fined, but even if Fined Millions, if they've made Billions off doing something illegal or immoral, they don't mind, they're still way ahead Financially and it Paid Off, and it's a slap on the Wrist to them, but a Big Deal to their Victims. In some Lawsuits Victims have Died. And what Price do you or could you put on a Human Life, REALLY? There is no adequate 'compensation' to the Victim's Family. And Justice wasn't really Served either. I don't have much Trust or Faith in any Entity that is making Billions and yet is still willing to rip folks off so make MORE Money... if Billions are never enough, then what is? They have no Bottom of the level they're willing to therefore go in their Corruption and Exploitation of you.
But, whenever you Need some Comfort from all the Fuckery going on... have Soup. *Winks* So, Today's Food Porn is some of my Fav Comfort Food, a nice Vietnamese or Thai Pho'. This was a Vegan Chicken Soup, and Yes, the Vegan Option tastes exactly like Chicken that they use, so much so, that a Vegetarian Friend I took there wouldn't Believe they weren't trying to Feed her Chicken and was Amazed, coz, she wasn't always a Vegetarian, so it's not as if she didn't know what a Chicken should Taste like. But, had never tried Vegan Chicken... but, it's just Soy Protein, Wheat Gluten and Vegetable Oil with Starch & Seasonings. Even my Carnivorous Friends have been Fooled when I've fed them some. *Winks* I'm not Vegan, but I do often eat Vegan or Vegetarian Options and went Vegetarian for a few Years, didn't even miss Meat, you don't go thru Withdrawal like giving up other things that are Addictive. Eating Meat is not Addictive so easy to just quit eating if you choose to.
I'd probably still be a heavier Vegan or Vegetarian tho', so it didn't help me lose excess Insulin Resistant Fat post Hysterectomy. Nor has a lot of Exercise or eating Healthy either. Tho' on Ozempic for Diabetes, I have noticed a slow but steady Loss so that seems to be a Bonus Benefit of having to be on it for the Type II Diabetes and it is also stabilizing my Numbers and Managing the Disease quite well. I've had no major concerning side effects except some changes to bowel movements which aren't pleasant but aren't awful or concerning to my Doctors. So the benefits have outweighed any nuisances. Now when I have to Go, I really have to find a Bathroom quicker and can't Trust a Fart {TMI Sorry, but just in case you're thinking of going on the Med, it's important to know this, LOL}... so, if it controls the dreaded Diabetes and helps me lose Weight, I can Live with that. I know folks of various Ages who aren't taking it that say they have those problems anyway, so... shrug. *LOL*
