Where Ever You Place Your Dependency Ultimately Controls You

 My Mood Today is accurately depicted by Great-Granddaughter's Facial Expression, a Fav Pix now to rehash when I'm not in a good Head Space or Feelin' the State of The World Stage.  *LOL*  When we turned our Aluminum Cans in for Recycling, our Recycle Guy had a bunch of the City's Signs as Scrap Metal.  Those have significant Value so I asked him how much they'd be willing to Sell their Signs for?  He said they can't Sell them since they're from The City.  Too bad says I, they have Value and my Granddaughter Loves the STOP Signs for her Room's Decor.  They have seen Princess T and are all Handsome Young Hispanic Men, so, he told The Man, Listen I can't SELL you a Sign, but I could GIVE you a Sign for FREE as long as I don't Charge you, it's Okay.  Go get one for your Granddaughter.  *Winks and Bwahahahaha*  So, she's got a nice STOP Sign Gratis of our Recycle Guy.  *Smiles*  She thought that Story was Clever on my part, since she already has one for her Room, and this one would be put Poolside.  *Bwahahaha*

Anyway, it does bother me that all that Valuable Signage will be turned into Scrap and destroyed, rather than Repurposed for Decor, especially the Street Signs, which, people Love to decorate with now.  Nothing was Wrong with any of them, all in great shape, not shot up or faded, so I have no idea why The City was scrapping them?  Wasting Money they have in their Budget unused I suppose, Government Waste is a Thing, always has been.   So, my problem with DOGE never was that they were trying to eliminate any actual Waste, Fraud of Abuse of Taxpayer Monies, just that they weren't the Right folks to be doing it and did it all Wrong and Recklessly.  Plus, I wasn't convinced of their actual Agenda, which I felt might be to get into infiltrate high Clearance Data for their own nefarious uses.  BTW: I'm working towards getting into the Above Mood and Head Space that a Cousin's Great-Granddaughter is in, isn't she a Precious Happy Baby?

Anyway, The Ketamine King got Used and Played somewhat too, as a Test Run to see what the Public could and would Tolerate or Flip Out about?   Tho' I think he was running his own Play and thinking he was Smarter and Clever enuf it wouldn't have blowback, and it certainly did.  He's hemorrhaging Money now and it hit him hard in his Financials to be a part of DOGE and now he's Mad.  He's an Unstable Genius whose Autistic and highly pissed off and has more Money than anyone in the World, so, a formidable Enemy to have.   When high functional Brilliant Autistic folks are Fixated and Angry, it's not a good Combo to have coming at or against you, Trust and Believe.  And I hear Elon has now Partnered with Andrew Yang for this 3rd Party Threat.  I Predict this could be a Political Upset tho' both Major Parties are pretending it won't be.

I liked Andrew Yang a lot during the Elections and tho' I didn't think America would Vote in an Asian Prez any more than they would Vote in a Woman Prez, or another Prez of Color... I was part of the Yang Gang of Hopefuls.   Yang is an Independent, like I am and wants actual Political Reform like I do, and formed the Forward Centrist Party during the 2020 Elections.   He's a very Brilliant Guy, coupled with Elon, who I don't Like, but don't discount is also a very Brilliant Guy who abhors Waste and Grifting, so, they might disrupt the Status Quo now and I Hope they do.  I Hope they make Good Trouble.  Coz the Country is in actual Crisis. The current Two Party System isn't working anymore, it certainly isn't working for people like us, who neither Party is Serving anymore.  They're Serving themselves exclusively and one side on the Far Right is completely derailed and dysfunctional.  But, the Far Left has their own Fanatics and is now trying to Mirror Extremism, which, I'm NOT a Fan of, whether Left leaning or Right leaning Extremists.

Plus, to me, the Left has no direction they're going and I'm not behind someone just becoz they Hate Donnie Two Dolls and that's their only Message.   I Hate the Fucker too, he's Dangerous, Mentally Unstable and seriously Demented, and so is his Cabal of Vulgarians, they're destroying our Beloved Country.  I don't need to know how much he's unfit, and that Fascism isn't American Patriotism at all, I already know this, so, what I want to know is, what's YOUR Alternative you're Offering us then?  I'll wait...   Coz, Seriously, they haven't seemed to be able to find their Ass with both Hands yet to Deliver a clear and concise Message, and so if a 3rd Party will, so be it.  Us Independents now make up quite a bit more than 40% of all Registered Voters now, but, we're not a Monolith coz we aren't Partisan, so, we're more diverse and may not want all of the same things.

Many Independents do end up Voting for One of the Two Major Parties coz we're given no viable Independent Candidate Options.   And that's the only fucking reason why, or, we throw our Vote away Voting for a non viable Independent Candidate who can never Win and we know this.  I used to Vote for an Independent if they were on the Ticket anyway, just to show how fed up I was with a Two Party System that wasn't Representing me hardly at all or aligning with anything I felt was important to change.   I've been Anti-Establishment Status Quo since the Sixties my Friend and they haven't done much to ever change my Mind or promote Positive Changes that were meaningful enough.   Some fixes are Simplistic and yet they haven't even done that, such as Solvency Issues regarding Social Security.  Just lift the Cap of Contributions the Wealthiest currently have.

It is only set at $176,100 and this Limit is called the Contributions and Benefits Base or Taxable Maximum.   The Limits of the amount of Earnings subject to Social Security Taxes IS the Problem!   Why should someone Earning only $176,100 or Less be Taxed as much as a Billionaire in their Contributions to Social Security?   I'll wait...   Problem Solved if everyone Contributes a certain Percentage of their Actual Earnings with no Contributions Limits, in all Fairness, Solution to a pending Problem now Solves said Problem.  Now the Problem doesn't fucking exist, Right?  Simple enuf, doesn't take a Rocket Scientist to do the fucking Basic Math or make it seem like a Problem without a Solution, pleeeeese, spare me the Spin about that.  They must think Americans are too dumbed down to Understand Basics and rudimentary
Economics, I dunno?  Mebbe some are, but I like to Believe most aren't, I'm Guardedly Optimistic that way.  *Bwahahaha*

My Personal Opinion is that the Elite don't want a great many of the Problems Solved, coz it would not benefit THEM.   And if what benefits the Masses won't benefit them, well, they will block it every chance they get coz they hold the Power and make all the Rules.   And keeping a permanent Underclass greatly benefits them after all, doesn't it?   A handy exploitable Workforce and poorly Educated Citizenry that cannot afford Higher Education certainly benefits the obscenely Rich greatly.  The Borrower is always Subject to the Lender, always.  Where ever you place your Dependency ultimately Controls you.  Always remember that Fact of Life.   Life Lessons 101.  *Winks*   For the Sake of our Grandkids and Great-Grandkids, I want them to have a Future, a decent one to Inherit.   Not this ongoing Cluster Fuck we got going on Politically and the fallout and suffering that goes along with it.

So, I was out Watering the Yard a bit even tho' our Irrigation will come Weekly now it's Summer, a little boost when it will be the predicted Hottest Day of the Year Today, can't hurt.   Yep, they project Today will be the Hottest, which, UNOFFICIALLY means it should top 120 and the OFFICIAL Recorded High will be several Degrees below what it actually is damned near everywhere else.   It registered 118 Yesterday as the High on our Temperature Gauge, but of coarse that was Unofficial and I didn't catch it on my Camera.  But I did catch it at 120 recently too thru the Eye of my Lens to prove a Point... that the Official High wasn't at all accurate everywhere. {See Proof and Evidence Above}  I now have some of my Friends doing it and Posting it on their Social Media to prove that Point also.  *Winks, I'm Militant at starting shit like that coz if you don't Start with the Truth, where do you go from there?* 

My Baby Brother's High School Mug Shot.  My Lord he spent so much time, effort and work trying to grow Facial Hair and that wispy Shadow of a Mustache!   *LOL*  Our Dad never could grow Facial Hair and in the Military they require all Men to Shave, even the Indigenous and Polynesians.  So most of them Shaved without a Razor Blade in their Razors, so it was kinda ridiculous and a Joke.   I Dated a Hawaiian GI once and he and my Dad joked about Shaving without a Razor during their entire Military Careers to be in Compliance.  *LOL*  Those of Indigenous Heritage, even those of us who are Mixed Race with Native Blood, the Menfolk have a tough time growing Facial Hair and are sparse with the Body Hair too.  

 The Son worked at his as hard as my Brother did and finally, at almost 40, began to be able to get a silky Hair Beard that he was so Proud of and I HATE when he grows it.  *Le Sigh*  So, he grows it to spite me, just like he sometimes Shaves his Head like a Skinhead or grows his Hair Cochise long so he looks like a Wild Indian, just to wind me up too.  *LOL*   I'm like, Son, do you want Little Old White Ladies to go all Karen with you looking like that and be Clutching their Purses, their Pearls and Touching their Elbows and Calling the Police or the Manager?  *Bwahahahaha*  He has a very Twisted Dark sense of Humor and knows what will Trigger me and he Delights in it, I swear, coz he Lives on The Edge like that!  *Ha ha ha*   

No, Seriously, it worries me coz he once got the shit beaten out of him by Phoenix PD for LOOKING like "A Drunk Indian from the Rez"!  Direct Quote as the Excuse they gave, when I picked him up, wearing my DA's Shirt with Logo and thus they shit Kittens.  Oh Fuck, that's your Mom?! Coz he was neither Drunk, nor had he commit any Crime other than looking Native on a Saturday Night.  And he required Emergency Room Treatment for the broken Ribs they caused after they already had him Cuffed and Knee Dropped on him while he was Helpless and not Resisting, but on the Ground being Kicked and having the shit Beat out of him for doing nothing at all Illegal, Immoral, and had been pulled over for "Probable Cause".  Why?  Becoz he'd had a Tire blowout, which cause a swerve initially, and was thus pulling off the Road in a nice Neighborhood they didn't feel he 'Belonged' in!!!  They could see Blown Tire, but escalated with excessive force anyway.  Yeah, it happens and Why I worry about my Kiddos, some don't look White Enough.

And now I'm even more concerned that my Hispanic Loved Ones could be rounded up by ICE and Kidnapped, just coz... they're Hispanic... even tho' they're 100% American, it no longer matters.   Princess T and The Son do worry about the Racial Profiling going on indiscriminately and Families never know or are told what is happening to their Loved Ones, they just are "Disappeared", or end up in some Gulag or Concentration Camp now here in America or some Country this Regime did some shady Deals and exchanges of lotsa Taxpayer Money with to ship "Undesirables" off to and that has horrendous Death Camps and Human Rights Violations Histories.  Places like South Sudan, Libya, Rwanda, Guatemala and El Salvador, where he's cut Deals with Dictators and Torture Risks are high, to House Detainees for Profit and completely without Due Process.  Yeah, very Naziesque it is, and we all should be concerned about it.  Lest they come for YOU and Yours next!

And for those who don't wanna risk Rocking the Boat by saying or doing anything, the fucking Boat is taking on Water fast and sinking Okay, you're gonna go Down with it too and doing nothing is complicit and won't Save you.   So, if you're going into the Water with the rest of us anyway, I highly suggest you be a Strong fucking Swimmer starting now, or you'll definitely Drown.   Okay, Rant for the Day over now.  *Winks*  I have to release some of it every so often in restrained increments or go completely Postal and on the Warpath.  *Bwahahaha and Winks*  It just annoys me that far too many remain Silent and pretend like "Nothing to see here...", as if it's all Normalized, Supported no matter how vile it gets, or just Ignored conveniently by them.   What is their Tipping Point then, I don't know how low it has to go to get their involvement at any level?

Now I hear New Mexico has massive Flooding like Texas so I wanna make sure The Grandsons are okay where they're at near the Texas Border there in New Mexico?   I've Messaged The Young Prince to see if the Flooding is around or near Clovis?   They have a Moderate overall Flood Risk Historically, but are prone to Flash Flooding, so, I have concerns... especially since these recent Floods are unprecedented and rather Apocalyptic in their scope.  Some people have already Died in New Mexico from the Flooding that's now hitting there and washing Homes away, so, it looks pretty bad where ever it is hitting.

I've been busying myself with Housekeeping this Morning, it's so Hot outside early, over 104 in the early Morning doesn't portend well for the Heat of the Day's Temperatures and what they will likely be.  I did soak our Plants so they'll Cope better with extreme Heat.   I also had to close out a Debit Card becoz there was a fraudulent charge on there for Thirty Bucks that I didn't authorize.  I didn't even know who Home Advisor and Angi's List even was coz I don't use them and never will.  My Bank will Investigate and realized this Annual Charge had hit my Account Two previous Years but since The Grandchild only just set me up for Online Banking and Taught me how to use it, I'd missed that charge before on my Paper Statements I guess.  Online is quicker and easier to notice discrepancies right away and address them.

The Bank said it might not be the Company to blame, someone might have fraudulently authorized a charge pretending to be us.  Fraud Electronically is a big Deal and when I worked at the DA's Office they even had to set up a Tech Crimes Bureau becoz of the exponential growth of Tech related Crimes.  Technology and it's advances have been a Criminal's Wet Dreams actually, especially with Electronics Signatures, anyone can pretend to be you really.  It's not like the Old Days where you had to Sign Documents in Person, in the Presence of a Notary and with Identification so they would verify you were you, to enter into any Contractual Agreement that was Legally Binding.   I prefer the Old ways, I insisted on Buying this Home the Old School way in fact, they Hated it, but complied and so my Paper Trail shows I do it that way exclusively.

So now my Main Household Account is frozen until I get my new Debit Card to use, a Week to 10 Days from now, which is inconvenient but necessary... and I'll have to get used to a new Number, dammit!  Identity Theft and Electronic Fraud happens every 2 Seconds now, so if you haven't yet been a Victim of it, just keep on living.  It was a hassle, but at least I'll get refunded my Ninety Bucks we were defrauded.  The Staff of my Bank were so Helpful, I'm a Retiree from that Bank, where I Retired as an AVP many Moons ago, so I'm happy to see good and caring Customer Service all these Years later.   I've been a Customer of that Bank since I was a Teenager.   Anyway, new Problem Solved.  *Whew*

My Paternal Female Cousins sure are missing their Older Brother, who Passed earlier this Year.  {Pictured above when he was Younger.}   So, they've been sending me Pictures of him I didn't previously have or had ever even seen.  It's nice to exchange our Family Photos with one another so that our Younger Generations will have some of their Elders of Extended Family.  I haven't asked what he succumbed to but know that rather than being in the Indian Hospital, he was in the VA Hospital, coz he was Marines Special Forces during the Vietnam Era, and was a USMC Tracker, so his Illness and Death may have been related to his Years of Military Service?   Like the Man, he spent a lot of time in the Jungles and got exposed to Agent Orange and other things that later on cause a lot of serious or fatal Health Issues.  He went to look very frail and he was previously a big powerfully built Guy, even as a Senior Citizen.  It was hard to see his last Photos taken.

My Early Birthday Pressy to Self is on it's way, it is a Retired Line piece of MAGNOLIA PEARL, which is a Fav Designer and Brand I've Collected since the inception of the Brand and the early Years.   Back when the Designer made all her Product by Hand herself or with a very limited American Staff in Bandera, Texas.   Now of coarse it's a Global Brand and so most of it is Manufactured abroad, but I tend to Collect the earlier pieces or the Retired Line pieces for my own Collections and to Wear.  Still Love the Brand, which most of the Lines have been my preferred Aesthetic as an Old Hippie.  *Smiles*   I like how Robin likes to Decorate too and Showcase the Merch, she now lives and has a Flagship Store in Fredericksburg, Texas and it's on my Bucket List to visit the Store.  Some of my Industry Friends already have and said it's worth the Trip.

They built and Designed this from the Ground Up even tho' it looks Historic... it's not, but it is on an Old Historic German Homestead they bought that does have Historic Buildings on it and they live in.   The Creations they've Manifested are Ahhhhmazing and they do have another Store in Malibu, Cali.   Their Line is carried Internationally as well now.  It isn't for everyone, but, no Fashion is and it's not meant to be.  Any Artistic Expression is quite subjective anyway, Love it, Hate it, Art should make you Feel Something to be relevant IMO.   I don't Decorate or Create to Please Everyone, but if you Feel Something when you behold it, then it's Working.

Old Pix of me at my Historic Homestead under my Beloved Magnificent Ancient 300+ Year Old Tamarack Tree on my Property that The City illegally and improperly exercised Eminent Domain on and Cut Down before allowing me to challenge them in Court or file an Injunction.   The Tree had taken a Lightening Strike during a Storm so had dropped a Branch and we had an Elderly Neighbor who was in her 80's and Afraid of everything, so she began hassling The City to cut the Tree down becoz she was Afraid of it!  *Eye Roll*  The City said it had grown too Big for a Residential Neighborhood, becoz it was the size of a Redwood in circumference and height. 

 I Cried when they cut it down, just the Trunk weighed 87,000 Lbs., without Branches or Leaves, and almost tipped over their Crane when Cut into 3 Foot chunks!  It displaced lots of Wildlife living in it including Protected Species of Birds.   And Yes, I was so Upset, Traumatized by what they did Illegally on my Property, and Angry, that I put a Curse on whoever had Authorized it.  I heard from an Inside Source that he Died of a sudden Heart Attack quite soon afterwards.  I didn't Feel Bad about it.   I don't like when Government Agencies and those in Power making decisions violate the Rights of Citizens and just do whatever they want to do without following the Law and Due Process.  I don't like anyone Stealing something from me that is mine, that Tree was part of the Appeal when I bought that Property and Invested my Money in it.  I'm also an avid Preservationist of History and the Natural World.  So I did feel violated. 

  The Property Pre-Dated The City by over Two Decades so it was Grandfathered and had certain Legal Protections The City violated several times and I had to take them to Court for during the 15 Years I Owned it.  But, the damage had been done, it caused damage to my Property in the process since the 100+ Year Old Wall on both sides of the Tree also became structurally now compromised and cost me a lot of Money to try to Stabilize.  The City offered us no compensation and had the gall to try to charge me the Five to Eight Grand they spend to illegally Cut my Tree Down down without my Permission, so, I fought that in Court too and Won.  I represented my Banks and protected their Interests on Real Property in Court all the time, so I can represent my own Interests in Real Property I own and am protecting quite adequately and fiercely as well.

 I got a Judgement for Damages to my Property too that The City never Paid or Honored.   Fighting City Hall can become quite expensive tho', they use Taxpayers Money to Fight you, as much of it as they wanna Waste on Lawsuits.  So mostly you have to choose your Battles Wisely as a Homeowner, unless you're independently Wealthy and have Deep enuf Pockets to do it on Principle and don't wanna also hurt your Community with them Wasting Taxpayer Money.   I Won every Battle I went Toe to Toe with The City on, and later at the Villa McManse, against The Devil of an HOA, but it's exhaustive and I don't want the hassles actually.  So I chose this Property carefully to attempt to avoid hassles with Governing Agencies that can give Homeowners a hard time if they want to try to violate your Rights.  Lord knows enuf Rights are being violated and taken away Daily now elsewhere, it's becoming a National Disgrace. 

This was a Pix taken in Texas at Round Top before a Show of my Friends Shelly and Minnie visiting Robin of "Magnolia Pearl" in front of the Airstream she used to own and go to the Shows in.  I would have Loved to have been able to Buy that Airstream, it was Pimped Out in MP Splendor inside and out!!!   I also Wished I'd been able to attend their Yard Sale when they were moving from Bandera to Fredericksburg and were Selling off so much of the Furnishings when Selling the previous Property and Purchasing the new Property they were moving too.  The Aesthetic changed to match the new Historic Home, as it does anytime you Move to a different Style of Home.   Plus, your own metamorphosis is constantly evolving as well, none of us remains static, or, we shouldn't, we should evolve some and our Tastes and preferences can change, nothing Wrong with that.

Well, Shit, after Praising my Bank here on this Post, I just received Two E-Mails with Confirmation about TWO Debit Cards they claimed I asked them to Cancel and there should have only been the One!!!   I checked my other Debit Card and it's not that one, so I asked The Son if it's his, thankfully it's not.  I have yet to ask The Daughter and The Granddaughter if it's their Debit Card... and I fear it is one of theirs?!   Dammit, coz that will mean their Account is Frozen for 7-10 Days now too along with my Household One, due to the error of the Bank Cancelling a Card I didn't ask them to Cancel.  They'll get a new Card, but, now have up to Two Weeks without one.   We only had Fraudulent Activity on the One Debit Card that was mine, not the other that was mine, or the other Three Family Members who have Accounts and Debit Cards from there.  *Le Sigh*   Any more, is it too much to ask for things to be done correctly with no Administrative Errors somewhere along the line?

Well, Princess T and I went to the Bank and it's all Good, her Debit Card wasn't Cancelled, it was an Old Card back when the Bank used to allow Joint Account Holders to each have their own Debit Card.  They haven't done that in many Years but that Card was hanging out there from when it was issued to The Man.   Now you can only have One Debit Card for each Account, so I don't mind that they cancelled that Spare one we haven't even used in about 20 Years.  *LOL and Whew*   So, no problems and no Administrative Error, I'm relieved.  We had the Gorgeous Young Hispanic Male Banker, Princess T gets the Vapors and he's always looking at her.  He's drop Dead Handsome, so Nice and very good at his Job, so, I tease her about him.  He never 'forgets' us.  *Winks, well, HER, LOL*  She said her Hands were sweaty shaking his, she gets very nervous since he's so Cute and makes it obvious he thinks she is too.  *Ha ha ha*
