In-laws & Outlaws

 Yes, I'm wearing my "Sorry About Our President" Tee all day for Independence Day, it's appropriate.  We need our Independence and Liberation from this Regime's Fuckery and attempt to take away the Rights of Women, Minorities, Immigrants, the Disabled, and the LGBTQ+ Community.  We fought too hard and long for our Rights.  We NEED a Rebellion!  I got use out of it in 1.0 and more in 2.0.  I've got a pre-scheduled Post waiting to Publish but I feel like Blogging so, here I am.   It's the 4th of July Morning in Real Time and my Oldest Brother-In-Law's Birthday so The Man called him and he invited The Man up to Alaska for one last hurrah this Summer.  *Le Sigh*  My BIL is about 80 or so and cannot comprehend that his little Brother has TBI, onset of Dementia, and is a Wander Risk, so cannot be plopped on a Plane alone, and, would be too much for Bob to take Care of.  Plus, we can't afford an Alaskan Wilderness Adventure, the last one The Man took with his Brother cost us Twenty Five Grand and took me Years to Pay Off, and I haven't had a Vacay in about 25 Years, so I was resentful coz I had to Earn the Money to satisfy the Debt incurred due to it.  So, it would all have to be on Bob's Dime this time.

 So, I suggested The Daughter talk it over with Uncle Bob and if Bob funds the whole thing, with her going along to Care for her Dad and look after both Old Codgers to make sure nobody does anything stupid and drops Dead, I might have a Peace about that.  *Winks*  I don't wanna put out a Silver Alert on my Beloved somewhere between here and Alaska, you know?  *Eye Roll*   Which I think Bob can afford it if he's willing to Fund it for BOTH of them?   He's a Wealthy Widower now and has been a Millionaire for quite some time, which is why he can't fathom how the rest of us live within limited means.   Rich folks have very little reference to how the masses live, which is why this Political mess has happened in the first place with the Big Ugly Bill.  Nor do the Rich Care how or if we're scraping by.  Besides, Bob, now in his 80's, can't take his Fortune with him when he's Toes Up, so he might as well spend it, or his very Spoiled Only Child will.  *LOL*

His Dear Wife preceded him in Death and she had a lot of suffering and he was her Caregiver for the last of it.   So I know he really doesn't want or need to try to be his Brother's Keeper and Caregiver, even on a short Bro' Vacation.  He's had a  hard time before when Dealing with The Man Post-TBI when they're together, during Visits even here in Arizona.  But, The Daughter Loves her Dad and Loves her Uncle, so she'd take good Care of both of them and report back to me how Uncle Bob is REALLY getting along too?   I know his Daughter isn't that Dialed in to her Father's Care and he is a Stubborn Old fiercely Independent Guy.  *LOL*  He'd like you to Believe he's Well, Tough and Strong, he was an Alaskan Mountain Man for Reals after all, and for his advanced Age, isn't doing too bad.   But he's admitted he refused the Diabetic Meds his Docs put him on and doesn't take anything for his comorbidities, so, I just don't know how Well he really is?   He's prone to Quack Holistic Medicating of himself, he's taking Cinnamon instead of his Insulin.  *Le Sigh*

  Cinnamon can reduce Insulin Resistance by as much as 29%, but it's not a Cure, and is not a replacement for prescribed Diabetic Meds, Bob thinks it is.   He thinks becoz I use Tribal and Eastern Medicine I'm totally on Board with some of the Crazier shit he's Believing are Cures, so, I've tried to gently Guide him to be sensible and not reckless with his Self-Medicating and Care.  And, there's no Woman there now to ensure he's doing what he should, like Carol probably did to look out for him, even as her own Health was rapidly failing, Bless her.  He's convinced the Western Doctors killed her with their concoction of Meds that became adverse in the End, and he's probably not Wrong about that.  I too am a skeptic when it comes to a lot of Western Medicine being a Money Grab to keep you Sick and Dependent, coz being Well isn't Profitable to them.  So, he and I agree upon THAT.  Of coarse he's over 80 now and Piping along, so he may be doing something Right?   Or just Lucky?  *LOL*

I'm not your most Traditional Person so I am not adverse to Untraditional Methods that many people might discount, so long as it don't sound Crazy.  *LOL*   Bob and I have always had this complex Relationship becoz he's Strong Willed and very Misogynistic and MAGA... and I'm a Strong Willed Woman and quite "Woke".  *Winks*  According to his Family, I'm the only one whose ever made him Cry, more than once, when we've gone Toe to Toe and he met Dark Dawn by Triggering my Ass when he didn't stay in his own Lane and strayed into mine by running interference with MY Family.  *Winks*  The Man had warned his Big Brother, don't piss her off Bob, she's not one to be trifled with Brother, she'll go on the fucking Warpath and go Crazy Indian on ya, just stay Cool and keep your Scalp Man!  *LOL*  

Now he knows, has no delusions, and we have an "Understanding".  And basically, he's a nice enuf Guy, he's just Rich and had most people in his Pocket and under his Control, so is used to getting his own way.  And he doesn't have enuf Money to "Buy" or "Control" me, nobody ever has.  Musk wouldn't have enuf... just sayin'.  *Bwahahaha*    So, Bob knows I'll openly challenge him anytime he says or does shit that bothers me.  I'm not one to suffer anyone's Politics or Religion Silently and he's pretty radical about both Topics   He's very staunch LDS and a Mormon Bishop in his Ward of The Church, I'm not at all tolerantly Cultish about Religions that are Oppressive, especially towards Dominating their Women.  He's also very MAGA, as most of the Rich are quite MAGA leaning coz it benefits them mostly, making the Rich even Richer.  So, he knows how I feel about his fucking Orange Messiah too.  *Winks*  Let us just say The Man's People aren't that Fond of Moi... and I don't Care.  *Bwahahaha*

When The Man eloped and Married me and called his Mother, the first thing she asked was, "What Nationality ARE these People?"   Need I say more and that WAS a Loaded Question, wasn't it?  *Winks*   So, clearly, The Man being the Black Sheep and Outcast of his Family anyway, even before I met him, they mostly left us alone.  But he's close with his Oldest Brother and Bob does really Care about his Younger Siblings, there's only Four of the Five of them all now left Alive.  Bob and Carol came to Arizona to look after him while I was in Psyche Lockdown for a Week during that infamous Caregiver Burnout I had and Lost It.  *LOL*  They were just Thankful as Fuck I didn't stay Institutionalized and could come back to assume Caregiving of him again. 

 But, from time to time Bob forgets how much Extreme Caregiving his Younger Brother requires and regresses to back when they were Young Studmuffins and could do anything of even the most Extreme Nature.  *LOL, why do Old Men always do that?  Ha ha ha*  Plus, tho' The Man Idolizes his Big Brother, coz Bob is an accomplished and very Smart Man and is a Decorated Military Veteran for Heroism too, and was an exceptional Athlete, he doesn't like being Bossed around by his Big Brother.   And Bob is as Bossy as I am.  *Winks*   And Bob can't understand why The Man is Okay with my Bossiness but not his?  *LOL* And The Man has explained that I'm a Welsh Gypsy Witch and Militant Native American Hybrid, so, that's a very Unstable Combo to trifle with, kind of like that New Jurassic Park Movie's Dangerous Dinosaur Mutant Hybrids, I'm very volatile and unpredictable.  *Bwahahahaha*

So, anyway, that's the spilled Tea on my BIL, he may come down to Arizona to visit rather than me Shipping part of this Show up to Alaska for him to Deal with Solo?   I'm certainly not taking this Show on the Road, have no desire to even SEE Alaska, it's not on my Bucket List at all, and am still The Uber Driver to get Princess T and The Son to Work.  So, that's probably more prudent to Host Bob for a Week than vice versa.  *Winks*   Now, if he lived in Bora Bora, it would be otra cosa.  *Winks and Smiles*   If he lived in my No. 1 Bucket List Destination, well, he might never get rid of me, coz I'd never wanna leave Bora Bora, he'd be stuck with me as a Permanent SIL from Hell Houseguest!  *Smiles and Winks*   But, he doesn't... so... if he'll take one for The Team and take The Man and The Daughter for a Week or so, all on his Dime, I'll have them packed and loaded up in no time.  Don't threaten me with a Good Time!  *LMAO*

No, I didn't Buy the Banana Lamp at SAVERS, I wanted to, but it wasn't functional and I didn't know what was Wrong with it, so, Passed.  Anything Electronic that doesn't Work when you Test it at their Test Station, I never Buy.   Plus, I was pretty sure this had a Specialty Bulb and those are The Devil to Source, we have Specialty Bulbs in both of our Bathrooms here and have yet to find replacement Bulbs even on Special Order that look like the right ones.  We'll probably have to Change the Whole Light Fixtures and get something with Normal easily Source-able Bulbs.   Plus, Specialty Bulbs are Crazy expensive even if and when you find the right ones.   Plus, once the Granddaughter told me it looked Phallic, well, then we couldn't stop Laughing hysterically and that No, you can't Buy it Gramma, it looks like a Freaky Sex Toy!  I'd be mortified with my Co-Workers and Boss SEEING you Buy it and speculating what you're using a non-functional Phallic Banana Lamp FOR?! *Bwahahahahaha*  We are incorrigible when together Unsupervised.  *Winks*

And now I bet you can't get that Banana Lamp doubling as a Freaky Sex Toy, if it won't work as the original function, out of your Head, can you?  *Bwahaha and I'm so Sorry*   I'm missing the Paper Arts Vendors who mostly have all Closed Shop now and the few who are left now have such pared down Inventory they look like they're on the way out as well.   This is Why I'm doing very well with any Paper Arts and Crafting Supplies we Sell in our Showroom, mostly Rubber Stamps and some Swag Bags with Paper Arts Miscellany, like the one pictured Above.  I LOVE Swag Bags, Visually they bring me to a Happy Place and sometimes I've bought them and never Opened them to use yet, just display them for my Visual Pleasure.  Inspiration Boards bring me the same Visual Pleasure, so I often Create them for Inspiration and leave them up like Art.

 

I have a lot of Useful stuff laying about going Unused becoz I just like the way it looks so am in no flashing hurry to use it.   My Sage Bundles are a prime example, I have many of them, burn them sometimes, but don't mind if I don't coz I think they're all Pretty and Aesthetically Pleasing, plus, they just Smell Good.   I do Sage the shit out of anything or any place that has Bad Energy tho' to drive it out.   And Shirley and I need to get our Voodoo Dolls working overtime on you know Who... I Love the T-Shirts I see Militants and the Resistance now wearing that says "Is He Dead Yet" coz no Name is necessary, we all know who it means.  *Bwahahaha*   And, Yes, I'm a Militant and I will make Good Trouble... I've been Anti-Establishment since the 1960's and not much has Changed to make me a Fan of The Establishment such that it is...

 And it just has gotten Worse to the point of absolute Chaos and Cruelty now.  I heard from Blogger Ms. Moon that the Concentration Camp in Florida Flooded already, in a regular Storm!!!   So I Pray Mother Nature just takes it out completely before they Warehouse their Victims in it, making it a True Death Camp.   I'm sure Mother Nature resents the intrusion into the Everglades anyway, Man doesn't belong there, leave that Fragile Ecosystem alone to House it's Natural Occupants.  It's bad enuf Imported Reptiles now threaten it that have escaped into the Wild and are threatening all the Native Species!   Thanks to Man fucking things up in the Natural Order of things, as we're so prone to doing, becoz we're such an Arrogant, Dangerous and Ignorant Species that the Planet could probably do much better without actually and never miss.

More Food Porn I can no longer have on my Low Carb Diet, and I SOOO miss Crepes lemme tell ya!  I could have Crepes for Breakfast every Day, limitless possibilities on what to put in and on them.   Going Low Carb does mess with your Digestive System and give you Brain Fog too and low Energy, so I'm Powering thru all of that.   The Son is grilling Hamburgers and I'll be having mine without a Bun, ergo, a shitty excuse to call it a Hamburger.  *Le Sigh*  I may just not have the Burger at all and eat something else, not appealing to have a Ground Meat Plain Patty, I'm not that much of a Meat Eater anyway.  Plus, NO Appetite since being on the Ozempic for a single Dose already!   So I must say it has worked wonders in that I don't wanna Eat at all really, don't feel Hungry.   The Brother-In-Law said he quit taking it coz it not only made him go off his Food, and lose too much Weight so he began to look Frail, and he's a Big Man, and it did, but he couldn't take a Shit either... Men are so descriptive.  *LMAO*

Now, I did get this Plate from "Panda Express" to Share with The Man.  I ate the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Firecracker Shrimp Proteins and he had the Noodles, which he likes enuf to make an entire Meal of and that's just enuf for him, both of us don't eat large portions of anything.   Princess T can eat those Noodles all day long too.  I like them, but, they are a Forbidden Carb right now... so, I behaved.  I've been doing okay sans the Carbs really, I'm not Craving them.  Like giving up Meat, giving up Carbs doesn't really put you in any kind of Physical Withdrawal at all, it's mostly Psychological I think.   And I gave up Meat once for Two Years, never missed it, enjoyed being on a Vegetarian/Vegan Diet to see if it helped with Diabetic Stabilization and perhaps some Weight Loss, it didn't for me, go figure.   I'd be a Fat Insulin Resistant Vegetarian or Vegan I guess, an Anomaly among them.  *Bwahahahaha*

I don't Plan to watch Fireworks Tonight, we can sometimes see some from here without leaving Home, coz they set them off at the Big Stadium, which isn't very far from us.   Once you've seen one Fireworks Display you've pretty much seen them all, I'm kinda Over it and becoz of the potential for Terrorist, Domestic or Foreign, I just won't go where there's huge gatherings and the risk factor for it to be Targeted is high right now, not worth it.  Seems Festivals and such are the New Targets for every Whack Job Lone Wolf and Terrorist Organization around now.  Murdering the Innocent and Civilians is the New Sport it seems for the Violence Prone, Disgruntled, and the Extremist Groups now.  Now some of them have fractured and began to turn on and eat their own too... including MAGA, it was bound to happen.   I'll get the Popcorn while you get the Front Row Seat for us to watch 'em throw down with and destroy each other now like Mad Rabid Dogs.  *LOL and Winks*

The Daughter just told me she's going to watch Fireworks Tonight with her Boyfriend.  She hasn't been back in America that long yet to not want to go see them after having spent a couple Decades Abroad where they don't have the 4th of July.   Princess T is probably doing the same with Rusty, her Boyfriend.   The Son has no way to get anywhere so he's glum coz nobody he knows has Invited him to join them.   Which sucks, I think he wanted to do something Special.  He's on PTO he took so he could enjoy his Time Off... but he's kind of stranded here and broke too. Coz he put so much Money into the Car that still won't run, so it broke the Budget and was a Money Pit and waste of resource, but, he tried and had to coz he can't afford anything else.  His Credit Score sucks and his Company cut Hours severely, a stressful Economic Time for him, he's fortunate he's here so he's not Unhoused, and doesn't support a Family.

I think a lot of the Younger Generations don't feel very Optimistic about their Future right now.   Those provisions for no Taxes on Tips or Overtime are Temporary with very low Caps on how much it covers, $25,000 Maximum on Tips and $12,500 on Overtime, which is Nothing.  Plus, it doesn't go into effect immediately and only lasts a short time during his Administration, then Ends abruptly.  The longer term Benefits go to the Wealthy, of coarse, those other things were Bait and vaguely discussed so it would sound better than it was... and more Populous, which it isn't at all.   And it's very Eye Opening to hear Journalists that Interview Die Hard MAGA folks and even tho' their Employers are failing due to Tariffs and their Future now is way bleaker and uncertain, their utter Devotion is still Cult Strong, it's really surreal how Cults consume the Cultists like that.  And they're quite willing to go Down with the Ship willingly.  So, if they'll fall on their Swords, well, let 'em I say.

My extension of Family and Good Friends are Sharing their 4th of July Celebrations and so I'm Living Vicariously thru whatever they're doing this Holiday.  Looks like good Family Fun and it Warms my Heart to see the Kiddos having such a Big Time this Summer.   Below's Pixs are a Sampling of Young Adult Friends and Young Adult Grandkids with their Children having Fun this 4th of July and capturing it thru the Eye of the Lens, which is so Important and I'm so Glad they're all doing it, they won't regret it.   The 1st Two Pixs are my Modern Little Hippie Friend Aliyah and her Mini Me Daughter who looks just like her.   Aliyah used to Work at our Antique Mall and now Works at the Events, she and her Handsome Husband are avid Vegans and turned me on to a lot of delicious Vegan Foods.   I've known Aliyah since she was a very Young Teenager, she's a Beautiful Soul inside and out and like a Granddaughter to me.   She's been a Model and a Professional Bodybuilder when Younger.    She Loves that I'm an OG Hippie.  *Ha ha ha*

 

The Pixs below hers are our Oldest Granddaughter and her Kiddos at their Tradition and Ritual every 4th of July, which involves Bubbles and a Parade.   Then below them is a Pix of one of her Younger Sisters, whose also a Mom of some of our Great-Grandkids, they haven't uploaded all their 4th of July Celebrations yet.   I'm having some New Med Stomach and Digestive Problems this Day it seems, so must stay near a Bathroom as my Body adjusts to it all.  Fun Times.   I had a similar issue when first starting other Injectable Diabetic Meds, it happens, you learn to expect it during an Adjustment Period, which is unpleasant, to say the least.  If Symptoms last too long tho' there's the chance they'll take you off the Med, but, I don't want to hoist up the White Flag too soon coz the Diabetes needs to get stabilized or it has Negative Health consequences for sure, which are often worse. 

When I saw the Pix Below I did wanna Reach Out and slap some Lip Balm on that Kiddo.  *LOL*   They're having a Heat Wave on the East Coast they're just not as used to, so they don't slap on a lot of the Protection that out here in predictable Extreme Summer Weather of the Desert, we just do by rote and never leave Home without it.  *Smiles*  Our Granddaughters are Excellent Moms tho', I'm so very Proud of all of them that have a Family and have Blessed us with Great-Grandkids.   They are making Memories and that's so Important, those Kiddos will fondly Remember all this Family Time and devotion to them.   Seems they all have Great Kids too, and made Pretty Babies, tho' I'm completely Biased about that, I know.  *Winks*

I'm listening to "Soundscapes" since The News is all so depressing, even Today, few are covering Celebrations or anything Uplifting, I doubt much Uplifting could balance out all the Bad News of what's happening really tho'.   There's terrible Catastrophic Weather Events happening, Texas had bad Flooding and as many as 20 Children from a Camp are Missing that wasn't Evacuated and got swept up by the massive Floods!!!  The Authorities said they didn't see it coming, I find that hard to Believe.  I do think Cuts by DOGE to a lot of early Warning Systems that did alert the Public to Dangerous Weather Conditions could have compromised the ability to inform people adequately enuf tho'?   So many of these Cuts are so recklessly and poorly thought out and implemented, that we knew that People will Die becoz of it.   Saving a few Millions of Dollars with Cuts, while losing many Priceless Lives, and while they still squander outrageous amounts of Money, in the Trillions, that vastly supersedes what they "Saved", cannot be adequately justified or excused.  As a Retired Bank Executive that Mitigated Corporate Losses, none of this Administration's tactics for Economics makes any sense except to enable the Big Grift and Long Con going on to enrich themselves.

 

The Lawsuits against the Federal Government are piling up exponentially too with all the Illegal Cuts they've made and all the Laws they're now continuously breaking.   Long Time Readers know my 2nd Corporate Life I Retired from was in Criminal Law, so this Above The Law shit and trying to cripple and intimidate the whole DOJ deeply disturbs me too.  I'm no Fan of Fascism.  The Criminal Justice System simply cannot seem to keep Pace with the Avalanche of Illegal Acts being done by this Administration.   And nobody is doing Prison Time in 2.0 for any of their Crimes, they're not even being Indicted like most were in 1.0!!!   Of coarse Indicting and even finding Donnie Two Dolls Guilty of more Felonies than a Mob Boss didn't do an ounce of good... so, I guess why even go thru the Motions and spend Money Prosecuting any of them needlessly?   That's the attitude that seems to now be taken.  He's been given too much Power and he's just Pardoning everyone who commits a Criminal Act on his behalf, so all his Goons feel they're above the Law too.   This has all spiraled way out of Control and it's worsening by the Day now.

With the Stomach Issues that set in this Afternoon I sure am glad I'd taken the Night Off Work, I couldn't have worked in this condition at all!   I can't be more than a quick run to the nearest Bathroom in fact!   I'm lucky most of the Family isn't Home so I don't have to Share one of the Bathrooms and have it all to myself.  *LOL and Whew*  In a Three Generation Hippie Commune Style Household, only having Two Bathrooms isn't adequate, so, Yeah, I miss the Four Bathrooms we had at the Villa McManse! *Le Sigh*  First World Problems tho', I know.   Outside it's become pretty Nice now the Sun is going down and won't be too Hot for people Outside Celebrating, which is Nice.  Especially since I know my own Kiddos are wanting to be out watching Fireworks Displays around the City.   I dipped by Feet and Legs in our Pool, the Water was Warm and Nice, but too late to go Swimming and have Wet Dreadlocks now.  I found some Kids Bubble Soap and snuck up behind The Man watching his Shows in the Livingroom and blew a multitude of Bubbles around him.  He and Princess T think I'm such a Child.  *Bwahahahaha*  Then I went and did it for Eli, thinking he'd chase them, but he's a fraidy Cat and did not like them and got Scared.  So much for him acting like a Bad Ass!   He'll attack Humans and Fear a Bubble!  *LOL*

The Great-Grandson doesn't look as Happy as his Older Sisters at the Parade, he's locked into his Stroller and clearly not Feelin' it, being a Captive Audience.  *LOL*   Even with his Rubber Duckies and Mardi Gras Beads, NOT Happy!   Well, until they bribed him with a Sucker {Below}, now a tad bit Happier and Stickier I presume.   I don't know if they had Parades in Phoenix or not, didn't much Care, wouldn't have attended anyway.   When our Kids were little we always did Parades coz the Kids Loved them and when you're Raising Kids you enjoy taking them.  But after Raising Two Generations of Kids, for over 40 consecutive and concurrent Years of Raising your Kids and a couple of your Grandkids, yeah, you get Parade Burnout.  Now the only one we regularly attend is Veteran's Day for Honoring The Man and the Service of all our Veterans like him.   They do hold the big Fiesta Bowl Parade in Phoenix, which is held every Late December to Early January, in 2026 it will be held January 3rd and is the 53rd Annual of it.  I've never been to it tho' in the over 50 Years I've lived in Arizona.  It's not on my Bucket List either.  *LOL*

We're one of the smaller Cities of the Metro Phoenix area and we used to have a good Local Parade Celebrating the Founder of Avondale called the Billy Moore Days Parade.  I liked Celebrating Billy Moore, he was actually an Old West Outlaw and Controversial Figure, but in a way beneficial for the Ordinary People Marginalized in his Day or so it's told.  So what's not to Like about that?  *LOL*  It was a Favorite of our Kids and Grandkids, but as the City grew with new transplants, the humble History wasn't as important to the Newbies and they haven't held the Parade in Years now.  I do miss that Parade even tho' it was a very Simple one and the participants would throw Candy out of the Floats, Horses and Cars in the Parade, to the Children as they passed by.   So our Kids and Grandkids always brought their Halloween Bags, since the Parade and Carnival that went along with it was always held in Mid-October, before Halloween... usually October 16-19.   They did bring it back for 2024 but didn't Advertise it much so we didn't know and therefore missed it.  When we lived in our Historic Home it was on the Parade Route.

Above is The Daughter all ready to go see Fireworks, she's borrowing all my Jewelry and Rosaries to wear, which is Fine, Princess T does too.  So I still got Two Generations of Kiddos Raiding my Closet and Accessories.  But, Sharing is Caring, Right?   Plus, then we don't gotta Buy New shit for any of them, just point them to my Closets and Stuff, go find something to wear in there...  even my Trans Grandson Raids my Closet, so, it's all Good.  *LOL and Winks*  She's got on Blue Jeans too so she's all Red, White and Blue Patriotic... and that Rosary has Red, White and Blue Glass & Pearl Beads.  *LOL*  I don't know which Venue they're going to, there's numerous ones around the Cities.   Some are Mega Venues and some are Smaller more intimate ones, which is what we usually prefer.   Less Expensive to attend and easier to get Home afterwards coz Traffic after an Event can be Nightmarish.   I realized our Antique Mall was having a Sale Today so I'm really now Glad I took the Night Off.  *Whew*   On the 4th of July it usually isn't busy tho' once it gets closer to Evening when Fireworks are where everyone is heading.    

A lot of the Big Ballparks have a Display coz they have adequate Seating and Vendor Space.   There's Four Major Ball Parks within less than 5 Miles from our Location coz Spring Training is done here and they've Hosted Super Bowls in the Stadium nearby too.   So during Football and Baseball Season Traffic gets really heavy around here and people can Rent out their Properties for a lot of Money.   Phoenix International Raceway is very close by too, when they're Racing, we're near enuf to hear the Engines of the Race Cars.   Never been to any of those, not the Football Games, Baseball Games or Car Races.   I think the last Game I ever went to was Baseball in Downtown Phoenix when The Son was Three Years Old and he's 39 now.  Way back, in the Time Machine, I used to go to Basketball Games of The Phoenix Suns back when Charles Barkley still played.   So, it's been a Minute.  *Bwahahahaha*

Above and Below is one of my Favorite Customers, and Friends, Peggy, who I met while at Work.   She's always so Classy, Top Shelf like a Movie Star, and such Fun.   I want to be her when I Grow Up.   And Yes, I'm a Fan Girl of Peggy, she Rocks as one of my Elders!!!  *LOL*   And Believe it not she's almost Old enuf to be my Mother, tho' she doesn't look a bit of it, and has such a vibrant Youthful Spirit about her that I was stunned when she Shared her Age with me once!!!  I thought, No Way GF... and she's like, Yeah, Way!!!  *Smiles*  My Co-Worker Vendor Friend Crazy Ed has a Crush on her, but says she's way out of his League.  She likes Ed tho', so I said... well... ask her out sometime Ed!  I think she really enjoys your Company.  *Smiles and Winks*  She Shops at the Chazza our Granddaughter works at too, so I see her there often as well. 

 

  She claims most of her Stunning Wardrobe are Secondhand Finds from Chazzas and she wears it all so Glamorously and so well.  She always looks Stunning and like a Million bucks, even tho' her Ensembles are always Tastefully Simple and flawlessly Understated.  I'm glad our Antique Mall got a Pix of her and her Date, they make such a Cute Couple, but I know she's happily Single.   She's a Boss Lady for sure and a Retired Corporate Executive too.  And even tho' she's of my Parent's Generation, she's Mastered the Art of the Selfie too!   *LOL*   She reminds me so much of my Mom and of an Unknown Gabor Sister perhaps too.   Becoz like Peggy, Mom too always carried herself with Class and Poise, and no matter what Age she attained, she took Fashion and looking good Seriously too.  Mom borrowed an Old Mae West Line of it was better to be Looked Over than Overlooked.  *Winks*   Peggy and Mom weren't Women of their Generation who ever could be Overlooked!  *Smiles* 

Speaking of Time Machines, I found this Pix of The Daughter's Paternal Grandmother.   Yes, she is Amerasian and a Beautiful Woman inside and  out, she and I got along fabulously, but she actually didn't Like any of her Daughters-In-Law that any of her Three Sons Married.  *Bwahaha*  I kept in touch with the Ex-Boyfriend's Parents for many, many Years and they'd come to see their Granddaughter often and even bought Property here in Arizona to be closer to us once they Retired and moved from Indiana.  His Dad was an Executive at General Motors.   I was also good Friends with his Maternal Grandma until the day she Died, she was a Paralegal for a Top Attorney so we had a lot in Common with Careers in Criminal Law.   They really liked me even tho' he never Married me and never had any other Children with the Woman he did end up Marrying.

His Mom had given me this Pix of their Five Children so The Daughter would have one of her Bio Dad, Aunts and Uncles as Children.  He's the one in the Middle with Dark Hair and Asian Features, who looks the most like his Mom... and also The Daughter looked so much like him and his Mom when she was a Child.   My Thai Friend Lar had her Son Three Days before I had The Daughter.  When we'd be out together everyone thought The Daughter was her Child, and her Son Joey was mine, coz he looked more like his Italian Father and my Kid looked straight up Amerasian!  *LOL*  So, out of all the Grandkids, for a long time, The Daughter was Jeanne's Favorite, becoz my Daughter looked the most like her Gramma Jeanne.  

 {Above is me, as a Younger Gramma, with The G-Kid Force before they were Grownups they now are, where does that freakin' Time go?!}  Then her Youngest Son Married a Filipina Gal and their Two Daughters of coarse also look like their Grandma Jeanne, very Pretty little Girls, so are favored.   I think a lot of Grandparents are a bit flattered when they can see themselves in the Future Generations.   I know one of The Daughter's Girls looks EXACTLY like I did as a Child and Teenager, it's Eerie to see yourself Mirrored in a Child so much!!!   She's the only one that has my Grey Eyes too, and... yeah, she's the Spirited Wild Child too of The Daughter's Five Kids, wouldn'tcha know!  Wonder where she got THAT from?  *Bwahaha*   And of coarse Princess T looks the most like her Paternal Great-Grandmother too, same Coloring, more Exotic looking than her Sisters and Brother, same Eyes.  I always sent Pixs of The Great-Grandkids to his Parents, even tho' we lost touch except via Social Media when they moved from Apache Junction, which was drivable from here, to Kingman, which is still in Arizona, but not close by.  I don't even know they're still Alive now, when Christmas Cards cease, I wonder???
