Concepts Of A Framework Of A Plan

With all due Respect to the Office of the Presidency, even tho' I have Zero Respect for whose holding it at the present time, coz he hasn't earned any of my Respect or is an individual I could ever Respect, there are no tangible efforts on the part of this Administration to have actual Solutions. Or not Schizophrenically flipflop constantly on Policy and reckless harmful Decisions.  Concepts of a Framework of a Plan, is NOT a Plan!  It's just Word Salad Bullshit Spin, when asked what they're actually Doing!?  You know, to remedy what has gone terribly Wrong and Sideways with what they're recklessly and cruelly implementing and getting pushback on from the Citizenry and Communities now, that it's directly Negatively impacting.  Everything is Conceptual with them and Mental Concepts aren't a Plan.   A Plan is a Detailed Proposal for doing or achieving something with Intentions and Decisions, it usually requires Action.

Someone needs to Educate this Moron of a President what Words he uses in the English Language actually mean.  So he'll at least use the right Words to convey to us something that makes actual Sense and not utter Nonsense or intentional deception.  A Concept is a General Idea or Notion, while a Plan is a Detailed Proposal for achieving a specific Goal.   A Concept may be the starting point or a broad Vision, but a Plan provides specific steps, resources, and Timeline for realizing that Vision.  He's never had an actual Plan and that's why he cannot outline one and instead makes it a Word Salad when confronted.  The Concepts of a Framework of a Plan is the most recent Answer given when pressed, so, no actual Plan exists, that's very clear, so no Solution exists either.  And no Positive Actions are forthcoming, you can take from it what you will.

Mando and The Daughter fixed the broken Drawer in the Kitchen.  You cannot get a Cabinet Company to even return your calls for a single Drawer Repair.  If you aren't remodeling a whole Kitchen they don't feel it's worth their while.  Mando is very good at Handyman projects and enjoys doing them.  The Son had brought Home some of the Tracks from his Cabinet Company but they didn't interface with this Cabinet Makers, I guess each intentionally makes theirs differently.  So, Mando had to modify Tracks for the Broken Drawer and switch it from being the Middle Drawer to being the Bottom one.  I'm Grateful it got fixed and he is ingratiating himself back into Favor with me and with The Son.  *LOL*  He and The Daughter are getting along in our presence, which is what was the bigger Issue.  Especially if they spent too much time together and were Arguing like an Old Married Couple that don't even Like each other anymore to where they might not pull each other out of a burning Vehicle?!  *Bwahahaha*

As it was The Man was getting Sundowners, which happens with Dementia by later Afternoon to Evening and their Mood tanks and seriously deteriorates.  Well, he had asked the Kids to try to fix the Cabinet but that meant some noise as they used Tools and Mando was asking The Daughter to hand him various ones as he was laying deep inside the Cabinetry Space fixing things.  The Man ended up getting agitated that they weren't working Quieter, so it became Sensory Overload quickly for him.  *Eye Roll*  So, eventually stormed off into the Bedroom to watch his Reruns.  *Bigger Eye Roll*  The Son was making everyone Dinner and so we all didn't need Drama and a Headache from Sundowner Man Drama.  *LOL*  I didn't wanna leave the Kiddos to Deal with his Caregiving when he's being difficult.  And by then everything had Emotionally made me Caregiver Raw so I didn't even feel like going in to Work coz I was near Tears and so not feeling like Dealing with Drama at Work too.  Every Friday Night lately has had some and I didn't need to go Ham on some Co-Workers.  *Winks*

 

We have a lot of Newbies that are Paid Staff, they don't do well Answering the Phones, so, the first time I tried to call in the New Girl just hung up on me!!!   The 2nd time I tried to call in the other New Girl put me on indefinite Hold!!!   The other few times nobody picked up the call at all!!!   So, finally I thought, Fuck it and Fuck them, I'm just sending a Text saying I won't be able to come in and explain I'd tried numerous times to Call in and the Phones aren't being manned properly.  I don't know if anyone will read the Text either, I don't really Care, come Five O'Clock when I'm a No Show, they'll just have to scramble then and Deal with THAT since they were too Lazy to take an important Call all Day.  The inefficiency and lack of appropriate Supervision is one of the reasons I really don't wanna Work to fill-in anymore.  It's not even my Shift so I'm doing a favor to fill in for whose Shift it is anyway and it's getting Old fast.  I don't want to cover it anymore and may just tell them that.  The Friday Night Team has had so much turnover and No-Shows it's ridiculous.  I might as well be one of them.  *Winks*

   

So, I'm relieved I decided not to go in, too Emotionally Raw right now and not in the Right Head Space to Deal with Working outside the Home this Evening and risking yet another Cluster Fuck Friday at Work.   Princess T's Shift went better, she'd almost Passed Out the Day before when it was 119 Outside and their Fans weren't working properly in the Back.  It's near the Receiving Bay which is Open to the Outside so her Work Station in the Back gets bad and too Hot.   She got looking so bad that even Upper Management asked her if she was Okay and she told them NO, she was NOT, they have to do something to better Climate Control their Area or she can't Physically handle it without risking a Health Emergency.  She has chronic Health Issues and is frail, so, she's often not Physically Well without having something like that to try to Power thru at Work.   They know this since she misses quite a lot of Work due to having to take Sick Days or be sent Home when her chronic Health Problems flair up.

The Son said every Summer they have Guys and Gals quit coz they cannot handle Summertime Heat in the Shop since it's not Climate Controlled.   In Arizona that's Inhumane IMO and every Company should have to provide Climate Control during Extreme Temperatures for their Workers.  Did you hear this Administration's Tone Deaf and Ignorance on Display that they want to go Hard on ICE rounding up Migrant Workers and mass deporting them coz they feel they can force Americans needing Medicaid be coerced into taking those Jobs or lose their Benefits?!   Okay, so, most Able Bodied Medicaid Recipients are already Working, so they receive it coz of Poverty Wages that make it so they can't afford Healthcare or their Employers don't offer any.  

 

Those who aren't Able Bodied enuf to Work are usually too Old, too Disabled, too Sick, or have serious Developmental Disabilities.  So, what, are we forcing those poor Souls out into the Fields and Slaughterhouses and expect them to be able to do those demanding Jobs?!  And how would the Production look with everyone not up to doing the Jobs forced upon them?   It just shows how Out of Touch and Clueless this Administration actually is and how poorly thought out all these Policies they're recklessly and cruelly implementing actually are.  I'm sure Farmers and Meat Processors are shitting Kittens right about now.  Plus, the Regime at first said they were going to rescind Deportations and make exceptions for Farmers and Hospitality Businesses due to the particular Need and Dependency for a Foreign Workforce.  Then they Doubled Down and changed it to going even harder on those same Industries to do Raids.  So from Day to Day it's on a Whim or for Political Theater and Extortion Purposes I guess?

Most of The Trades are in a similar dilemma, and Long Term Care or Assisted Living Facilities for the Elderly, who rely heavily upon a Foreign Workforce to have adequate coverage too.  And, keeping Costs low enuf for all of these Businesses requires them to have Laborers who won't expect high Salaries or Benefits to do the Work anyway.   Otherwise, Consumers would not find most of the Services affordable if we had a 100% American Workforce, or Unions to come in and protect Workers and their Rights and fight for Benefits and better Working Conditions.  That's just the Reality of it all, and the same people who are staunch MAGA would be the first to melt down when they have to pay more for whatever it is they used to receive for less, or have Vacancies that cannot be filled by American Workers at all... or wasn't done as well by folks who've never had to do that kind of Work for a Living.

Donnie Two Dolls is treating these Tariff Wars like his own Private Extortion Racket, both with American Businesses and with Foreign Countries, Shaking them Down to get what HE wants to line his own Pockets.  He knows what the Chaos creates and he knows how vulnerable it makes everyone he's cocking up the Business of, both Trade Partners and American Business Owners.  He's made more Money than ever using the Presidency to enrich himself and his Family with his Long Con, blatant Extortion, Intimidation Tactics and Big Grifts.  If Japan ever calls the Note on the over One Point Six Trillion Owed them by America in Debt, we'll be really fucked.   We Owe China $749 Billion and they could call the Note on that Debt too if they wanted to.   We Owe Arab Countries Hundreds of Billions in Debt.   And we Owe a considerable amount to The United Kingdom as well.   So, America has not exactly been paying it's own way, they're Indebted to a lot of Countries they're not treating well these days.  If I were these Lenders I'd be Calling my Note and using it as Leverage.  And the Borrower is always Subject to the Lender, always.  You Default on your Debt, well... it never goes well for you to be a Bankrupted Borrower that doesn't Honor your Debts.

Donnie Two Dolls is thinking becoz he's stiffed every Lender he's ever defaulted on and never repaid, going Bankrupt himself Six times, that he can do the same with America... but, he's gambling with all of us and the stakes couldn't be higher.  He hasn't been able to get an American Bank to lend to him in a long time, so he's relied on a lot of Dark Money... or ill gotten gains from the types of Illegal or Immoral Activities he still makes Money on.  Tax Fraud, Bank Fraud, Fake Charities, Criminal Activities of all kinds, including but not limited to Extortion and being a consummate Conman, has been his Bread and Butter for a very long, long time.  He's clearly greased the Palms and Paid Off some of the Right People or had them Buy him what he wanted, like the Presidency, which his Brief Bromance with Elon Bought for him... along with Election Tampering his other Bro' Vlad did for him.   He's turning on both of them now... so his Usefulness to them too may be Over and Done with?

All anyone has to do is present to him how something can be Criminally Beneficial to him and he's All In.  Which is Why he's now Into Crypto so heavy, when before, he was against it, 'til he knew how much Dark Money untraceable and unregulated could be had and how easily Fraud can be perpetrated using it.   So now, he's All In and the Bitcoin Boy... even has his own Bitcoin Scam going on... quite lucrative and yet, the Legality of it all thus far is Grey at best.   How is any of this Working for America/Americans, you know, the 99%ers, well, it's NOT, in a Word.  And it's not gonna, in case you have been Baited to Believe it will, you know eventually, they've been told, after the Hardships, there will be that Pot O Leprechaun Gold waiting for ya at the End of the Rainbow... just Find the End of the Rainbow... it'll be there right by the Unicorn farting Glitter and Fairie Dust, along with the Golden Goose laying Golden Eggs for ya too.  *Wink and a Nod*   Sweet Baby Jesus some folks can be so gullible they'll Believe anything.  And once they join a Cult of Personality, they're Goners.

Okay, so the Assistant Night Manager of the Antique Mall just called me, past 5:00 p.m. to know where I was, coz, Nope, they didn't bother to Read the Text Message either!   Or pick up the Phones and take Calls... so I told him, it's not like I was gonna drive TO Work to tell them I couldn't come in, would I?  *Eye Roll*  So, yep, they're gonna scramble now to find someone to come in too late, I don't Care... if they're not up to their Jobs I don't wanna be there anyway Dealing with any or all of that.   And this is Why they can't fill Shifts with us Unpaid Key Dealers who are Vendors and only get a paltry far less than Minimum Wage per Hour Comp against our Rents to Work harder than any of their Paid Staff.   Who also want to get a Check but not actually Work for it if they can goof off instead and be on their Phones all the time, rather than Answering the Company Phones!!!   

I know how they're behaving behind the Registers, mostly they don't even try to appear Professional.  They're nice enuf Kids who have no Work Ethic really, very little Maturity, and wouldn't know an Antique if they tripped over one... so Zero Knowledge either about the Industry they Work in.  And, pretty sure they make Minimum Wage, so how many poorly Paid Workers do you actually know who give a shit about the Work they're doing for a Wage you can't Live on?  Exactly.   And there's no Future for them there, no real Promotions that give any Motivation or reasons for Loyalty, so they have few fucks to give and it shows.   So, other than that everything was Swell.  *Bwahahahaha*   I'm disenchanted enuf that few Vendors are able to make a Profit anymore like the Old Days, and The Mall is doing less and less for us, that they used to do for Vendors, so... we're not exactly gonna go above and beyond either, you know?   I don't have Solutions for them that they wanna Hear, so it's their Ship, they'll Sail it or Sink it.

I've been watching some good Comedy Specials on NetFlix while we still have it, we probably won't be renewing it, trimming Budget on things that aren't Essentials.   The Son has been paying for it but I told him to Save Up so he can get a newer more reliable Vehicle, even tho' he's been able to get this one running again, it's not reliable for how far he has to commute to and from Work daily.  And it's been a Money Pit not worth investing a lot more in, since, it will remain a POS Hooptie constantly in need of repairs endlessly and with no guarantee no amount of Money poured into it will make it any more reliable.   Affordable Vehicles are in short supply and always want Cash Payment.   Loans right now for a lot of high Dollar purchases is not a good Idea, Rates are too high and if they lower them, as the Prez is pressuring the Federal Reserve, it will increase Inflation... Economics 101... which, that Idiot cannot grasp.  If Money becomes Cheaper to Borrow for Businesses and Consumers, and Demand outpaces the Economy's ability to produce goods and services, prices usually rise.

 

The Son's Car took a shit again Yesterday, it had ran all Week and he was encouraged coz it was getting him to and from Work just Fine.  Then, Friday Afternoon, when he got Home from Work, it just crapped out again!   *Le Sigh*  Throwing more Money on repairs away just isn't a solution at this point.  But, Car Dealerships that even have affordable vehicles want the Buyer to pay Cash.  The only Used Cars they'll finance are the expensive ones he cannot afford... so, it's a Catch 22.  I've been looking Online to see what Options are available, there are so few, most Used Vehicles now are crazy expensive coz of the whole Tariff Wars fiasco.  Princess T has been Saving like mad to pay Cash for her first Car, she's been more vigilant about Saving coz she's really good about it.  The Son, he's just not good at Finances like she is... and he's had more financial issues since he's Older and had more Life Crisis happen along the way, it happens.  

The Son is presently on the John Deere doing my Yardwork for me, at about 9:00 a.m. I'm going to see if he'll be Game to go to a Dealership I did find Online that has some "Great Deal" Rated Vehicles in a range that would be doable if they will finance him for the purchase?   His Credit Score is only Fair, but mine is Excellent, so, as long as the Vehicle is affordable I might agree to Co-Sign on a Note just to get him in a Vehicle with low Payments and reliability.   The Three in the Morning to provide him with transportation is just grueling for me, as far away as he Works.  Right now he doesn't wanna risk a Job change either coz so many Employers are uncertain, again, due to the Tariff Fiasco that is hitting all the Trades really hard.  At least where he Works now he has Seniority so usually isn't on the List of those they'll Lay Off.  And any potential Lender is also gonna look at how long you've had a Job, and he's had this one a long enuf time to be considered Stable Employment during uncertain times.  Life gets so complicated.  

   

So, we'll be calling this Dealership with the 2008 Chevy Colorado Fleet Truck For Sale when they Open at 9:00 a.m..   It's Rated a Great Deal at $3,900, no accidents, low Mileage, looks clean, White as most Fleet Vehicles are, with Black Interior.   I don't know that much about Chevy Trucks since I've never bought one, but the Price is right and I need to get him in a Vehicle some kind of way so we resolve this problem, and I'm very Solution oriented like that.  *Winks*  He never knows a damned thing about Negotiating Tactics so I usually tag along to do the Negotiating so he doesn't get screwed over when making Financial decisions.  That's how he and the Ex-DIL got screwed over with that Predatory Lender on the Vehicle they owned over 15 Years ago that came back to Haunt him and cost him a Fortune all these Years later due to Predatory Lending Practices.  

 

As a Retired Bank Executive I know how the Game should be Played if it's being done Ethically.  I Hate that Lenders are getting away with Predatory Practices these days and Preying on unsuspecting Borrowers.  It seems as a Society our Ethics have been thrown out the Window these days and they allow Predators of all types to get away with their Crimes, it's disgusting and disgraceful IMO.   All the way to the Top and into the White House now we have blatant Criminal activity going on shamelessly and unapologetically.   It's no Wonder that Public Trust in The System across the Board is at an all time low, it should be, they can't be Trusted.  Mini rant over now, steps down off Soapbox.  *Winks*  But, I get so frustrated when I see hard Working People just constantly being exploited, manipulated by a bunch of Criminals in high positions of Authority, and abused by a Corrupt System.   And it's as corrupted now as I've ever seen it in my Lifetime and getting worse daily.   So Venting here on the Ole Blog is a Release I need from time to time.  *Winks*

Our Irrigation Cycle comes Tomorrow from 6:15 to 7:45 in the Morning, which is early, but not as Crazy early as last Cycle.  At least it will be Light Outside for it this time and not have to be done with Flashlights and zero visibility of the wee Hours of the Morning.  *Whew*   Mando and The Daughter have been doing it for me and The Son recently cleared out the Main Irrigation Ditch and Gates that let the Water in of Weeds and whatever else was trying to grow in them.   Ironic how you have to Baby anything you want to grow in a Desert to keep it Alive, but anything you don't want to grow has no problem taking over and becoming overgrown if you don't stay on top of it constantly.  *Le Sigh*  We had some kind of Flowering Bush that Seeded near one of the Gates and he had to hack down coz it was growing exponentially fast and making it hard to open and close that Gate for Water Flow.   Had it Seeded and grown anywhere else along the Fence Line I'd of just let it, coz it had nice Pink and Yellow Flowers, but, Wrong place, so it hadda get taken out.

Then some kind of Tree was trying it's best to grow on the other side of our Fence IN the Irrigation Main Ditch, so it had to be dug out too.  I think it was a Young Pecan Tree that Seeded from Laura's huge Old Pecans Trees at the back of her Property and are so Magnificent they actually hang over our Property now and we don't mind that at all.  When you have Sixty Year Old Pecan Trees that are gorgeous and have been well taken Care of, they are a thing of Beauty and provide an abundant Harvest of Pecans and significant Shade.   This Property never had any Nut or Fruit Trees planted on it, I Wish previous Owners had so that we'd have our own Mature Trees.  But, all our Neighbors that have them Share their Harvests and so we get the bounty of it without any of the Upkeep of Maintaining them, not such a Bad Deal.  *Smiles*

I think I'm annoying The Son with my persistence about still trying to find a Vehicle that can be Financed for him that is affordable, but, I'm tenacious like that.   And, it's a Mom's duty to be annoying to their Spawn anyway, is it not?   Especially Kids and their Mothers... you know that every one of you when your Mom would Call and you looked at the Number would say a hushed "Fuuuuck".   He gives up, gives in and gives out too easily, I'm relentless when it comes to Problem Solving.   I don't like a Problem hanging around and creating stress or inconvenience to me, so, I tend to be very Fixated on Solving it, Obsessively so.   This is annoying to a lot of folks who will just Live with and Accept Unsolved Problems.  *LOL*   The Son gets so discouraged he just doesn't wanna Try after too much has gone Wrong no matter how hard he's Tried.  I won't Quit Trying, Failure doesn't bother me one iota.  I've never Feared Failure, I'd more Fear too much Success, coz it can overtake you.

I remember when I became one of the Youngest Corporate Bank Executives when I was 23 Years Old.    My Mentor was an Elderly Female VP, who was also a Dear Friend, coz she'd Married a Guy I'd Worked with in the Jewelry Industry as a Teenager, who was also my Dear Friend.  They were the Age of my Grandparents, but I always had much Older Mentors and Friends as a Young Person.   I used to absorb their Knowledge and Wisdom like a Sponge.  Anyway, Maryanne and Wes told me I was a Child Prodigy and they took me under their Wing and helped me Cultivate other important Contacts of their Sphere of Influence... and Affluence.  I was Rolling deep with the Big Dogs.  *LOL*  It had taken her Sixty Years to attain what I did before I was 30, so she was as Proud of me as she would have been if I was her own Grandchild.

  She'd kicked the Glass Ceiling in for me Years before tho'.  And she'd followed my other Careers in Retail and the Jewelry Industry closely when I was in my Teens, with other Mentors her Age guiding me thru those Career Paths that were Friends of hers and Accomplished Older Women too.  Attaining that level of Success prematurely Scared the shit out of me coz everyone else who was a Corporate Executive and in the Position of AVP I'd now attained, was Elderly, Male and Misogynistic to the Nth Degree.  It was like Swimming in a Shark Tank and trying to stay Alive.   It was before Sexual Harassment was Illegal, so you'd sometimes have Men in High Positions showing up Drunk at your Home thinking they might get Lucky.  I told one VP I wouldn't crawl under him if they were Bombing Phoenix.  *Bwahahaha*

And I remember asking my Sage of a Dad how I should navigate the Waters that were clearly so treacherous for a Young Woman to be Swimming in?   He told me it didn't matter if I was Afraid, Do It Afraid, Bow Down to No Man, and don't just be A Bitch, be THE Bitch, and that will be Ms. Bitch to anyone who dares to stand in your way, take them down and out, put Scalps on your Belt.  And if they don't or won't Respect you, make sure they Fear you instead.   So, I took Dear Dad's Advice and became a Ball Breaker and kept at the Top of my Game coz I was good at what I was doing.  And knew I had to show I was better than any Man doing it, or they'd give it to a Man instead of me, every time.  *Winks and Eye Roll*   But, after Decades of doing Success at that level, even tho' it's Scarier than Failure to me, it molded me into what and who I am Today and I'm Thankful for every Mentor, every Challenge and every Adversary I ever had along the way.   Each was necessary.

So, I'm being Tough on The Son about having the biggest Pair of Balls he can muster, so no Problem will stand in his way, be a Fierce Warrior.   I can tell his Anger is just Fear in disguise, Anger always is.   When I see an Angry Man I personally always see a Fearful and probably quite vulnerable one.  But for Men, Fear is seen as a Weakness they cannot outwardly show, so they try to disguise it with Bravado, Machisimo and Anger projected outwards, that's all.   When I'd have any Man as an Adversary that got Angry, I knew then and there that I had the Upper Hand.  Angry people are too Emotional, too out of Control, and they make Mistakes and Bad Decisions, every time.   When I'm making any Big Decisions or have any Battle to wage, I won't ever make or engage in one with any Emotion at all, the Calmer, Strategic and more in Control you are, the better your Outcome.   The Son took me out for Breakfast and we discussed all of this coz I could see he'd become too Emotional about what he was up against.  He needed to Calm Down, get a Grip and get Centered instead of Rattled.  Man Up!!!

How can you NOT be Emotional when everything is going to shit tho' Mom?   Well, becoz it's NOT Helpful.   If something isn't Helpful then I am not wasting my Time or my Energy doing it or being that way.  I'd rather Feel Nothing and get shit done and Solve Problems and be about trying to Solve them tenaciously.  Than to be indulging my Emotions and being stuck with a Problem, impaired by Emotions to find viable Solutions, that's all.   Problems are just Challenges and I guess I Like Challenges enuf to be Game for any that come along and my way.   Nothing makes you Feel more Alive than being on a Razor's Edge of anything and attaining the Victory over it and Mastering it to Overcome whatever it is that came up against you.  It's a Rush.   Different levels of the Issues of Life are just different Devils to put in their place, that's all.  I go where I wanna go and do what I wanna do and the Devil will just have to Deal with it.

Not Today Satan... Not Today... Dawn... The Bohemian
