Well, the Post that Published after The Forbidden Post got thru without Censorship, so perhaps it was a One Off for using a Trigger Word that is Flagged by Blogger, who knows Why anything happens these days? Coz the Content of the Post was so banal it couldn't have been anything so Sensitive it should have given anyone the Vapors. All Readers who managed to get in to that Post agreed, it was Business as Usual and nothing remotely Sensitive about any of it. Mostly my attendance of an Event, my Purchases, Family Photos, me and Friends at the Event, everyone with Clothes on. *LOL and Winks* So, anyway, my Apologies for it and to anyone who had a hassle Visiting and being unable to Read or Visit my Blog that Morning. Which is why I did an Evening Post for the same Day... with an explanation of what transpired and was going on.
The Son called from Work to say they were giving him a Lunch since he was Working Full Hours and he was getting a "Little Caesars" Hot N Ready Pizza. He was only eating 2 slices so wanted me to come pick up the rest for the Family's Dinner, which I did. While I was there, which was Minutes, The Man got stung by a Scorpion on his Foot near his Media Chair in the Livingroom!!! So Princess T was calling me in a Panic, her Grandpa was hollering like he might Die, but most people don't have a serious reaction to Scorpion Stings, they hurt, and we'll keep a close Eye on him to make sure his comorbidities don't cause a reaction, but on extremities, it's not Life Threatening. So, The G-Kid Force have a Black Light hunting for it to Kill it.
We don't get many that infiltrate inside, but by now everyone in the Family has been stung by one at least once. I'm allergic to Bee Stings, but not Scorpion Stings, go figure. I've been Stung on the Ass and on the Foot with no ill effects, just searing Pain and Swelling. The Son once did have a Life Threatening reaction to a Sting, requiring a trip to the ER and a lot of Anti-Venom Shots, but it was on his Chest, close to his Heart, is probably Why? He got Stung again somewhere else not close to a Vital Organ and didn't have a critical reaction that time. So, anyway, it's always something, isn't it? Geez!!! The Son told me, you can't catch a Break, Mom, whenever you leave the House some Crisis unfolds! He isn't Wrong. So, The Man is being overly Dramatic and uncooperative now, we can't get him to change Rooms and just settle down... he's amped up.
I told him the Kiddos will try to find it and Kill it, they're on a Mission to now, especially The Young Prince, he Loves Scorpion Hunting and Killing of them. But I don't want Grandpa back in that Chair or wandering around that Room in his Bare Feet, unsteady and getting in the way, yet, he is anyway, being Stubborn as an Old Mule!!! Remaining Calm is important after you've had a Sting. But he had the same Reaction of not remaining Calm when he had that Bee Sting. The one that actually Saved his Life coz it did cause Docs to find a Blocked Artery to his Heart, that's when he had that other Heart Surgery and Stents placed, Two of them that time. UPDATE: I took him to the Urgent Care, they're transferring him to the Hospital he had his Heart Surgery, he'll be admitted for observation. He didn't seem to be having a Reaction badly to the Sting, but had worked himself up into AFib and his Blood Pressure skyrocketed from Anxiety and Agitation.
So, they gave him something for Pain, something for Anxiety, did an EKG and Chest X-Ray, and will submit all that to the Hospital he's transferring to at Abrazo West. We should have a Punch Card for how many Visits and Hospitalizations he's had!!! He wouldn't be Calm so I'm glad they gave him something for the Anxiety and Agitation, anymore, once he gets Agitated, there is nothing you can say or do to Calm him Down or convince him he's Okay. I was concerned he'd work himself up into another Heart Attack. We never did find any Scorpion, I couldn't see any Sting Mark or Swelling/Redness, but it was on the Calloused part of your Foot Bottom, so, I dunno, that might have protected him some and the Doctor said his Size also helps. Princess T, even questioned if he got Stung or not? The Grandson too, and Honestly, I wasn't certain myself coz nobody else saw it happen and he didn't act all that convincing at first... 'til he worked himself up.
I do know people with Dementia sometimes hallucinate, he claims he saw a Scorpion and that it Stung him on the bottom of his Big Toe of his Left Foot, so, you don't wanna NOT Believe him. But the fact all Three of us were skeptical, was just Odd... and I couldn't ignore that he could have been, and with his recent Health Crisis you can't take any chances. I wasn't certain what the Medical Staff thought or Believed honestly, they were going on our Word it happened, I was going on his Word it happened, I was asked if anyone else saw it, we hadn't and I told them that. So... I don't know but the Observation will be important for his Heart and elevated BP if nothing else. The good thing is, if he did indeed suffer a Sting, he doesn't seem to be allergic, which is a relief.
He does exaggerate things a lot so it's difficult to discern what you can take Seriously and what he's exaggerating or even making up now. He tells you what he Thinks you wanna Hear or he Thinks he Should say, so his Answers aren't always consistent or accurate. And it's getting to be a revolving Door of Hospitalizations and setbacks now that are constant, it's exhausting, physically and emotionally. I'm glad I can Blog to Center myself when things are particularly Crazy and Stressful. You guys are still cheaper than Therapy. *Winks* The Forbidden Post still only has 14 Views coz nobody can get into it!!! Stats told me Hundreds visited that day, but only 14 got in or risked trying to, offput by whatever happens when you Agree to a "Warning". Nothing happens BTW, I visit many a Blog that's been put on permanent "Sensitive Content Warning" and 99.9% of their Posts have absolutely nothing remotely "Sensitive" about it, not what they Write, not the Visuals. It's all rather Hype and Oversensitivity by Blogger IMO. I did enjoy all your explanations, possibilities and Theories, they all made Sense and you all could be Right. Lotsa variables exist as to how or Why it happened?
Anyway, the Fact that Hundreds of my Visitors got turned away becoz of Blogger's Oversensitivity is something that did Piss me Off. Becoz I don't like any of you to come to Visit me and be turned away by someone else, ever... becoz of something they're making up that doesn't even Exist or they Imagine is Real, and is Exaggerated or Fabricated, Rules that are nonsensical to most of us. I'm quite Sure that the Word "Kleptocrat" didn't really bother any of you who showed up to try to visit or you wouldn't have even showed up, it was in the Title!!! Or a BJ? *Winks* And as far as The Man being Hospitalized, it didn't really matter whether he did or didn't get a Scorpion Sting coz they transferred him from Urgent Care to a Hospital due to his Heart being problematic again for being so worked up... or perhaps the Sting, like the Bee Sting before it, caused an adrenalin rush that identified another blockage??? We'll see. So many variables, I just know he damned near had another Heart Attack last Night, it was Scary.
And it's making Docs so nervous at the VA or Urgent Care Facilities that they're immediately Transferring him to a Trauma Hospital every time now! So, that's lotsa Ambulance Rides and Hospitalizations that I'll have to keep Fighting Insurances to Pay Out on. HUMANA is balking at paying for anything, TriCare won't Pay for what they say HUMANA, being the Primary, should be Paying, they're the Secondary. And so far the VA has covered what they did at their Hospital, but, they aren't a Trauma Hospital and don't have the Staffing for Serious Cases due to Budget Cuts by this Administration to all Veteran's Services. You know, becoz we can't afford it, since he has to Fund a War, a Vanity Arch, and a Ballroom instead. He has never given a damn about our Military, he's a Draft Dodger and considers Real Patriots to be Suckers and Losers. Rewarding only Criminals and Cop Beaters and those trying to overthrow the Government and try to hang his own Vice President!
Anyway, we'll be buried in Medical Debt like we were back when he had his Catastrophic Accident, and keeping him Home and out of the Hospital is becoming ever more challenging. Our Home Nurse, OT's and PT's all tell me to try like Hell to keep him out of Assisted Living or Long Term Care. Why? Not just becoz of exorbitant expenses, but coz they don't do anything to improve the Resident's Health and instead hasten the deterioration by keeping them Bedridden too long and not doing any Exercises with them to keep them moving or the least bit Mobile, Active and Balanced. The White OT John was a Social Worker before he went into the Medical Field and said he even Volunteered to Train Nursing Home Staff how to do the Simple Exercises with their Residents to delay deterioration and improve their conditions.
Whether they follow thru or not he couldn't say. He gave the Facilities that FREE Training tho', on his own Time, for the Benefit of those Residents. He said what Home Help does is really Gig Work, but he prefers it. He was so pleased with The Man's Progress that Morning too, so this whole Sting Thing is a real Setback again, we'll be starting from Square One with OT and PT once he gets out of Hospital AGAIN... and I'll have to inform all the Home Help that he's Hospitalized AGAIN. I dunno, is this the 5th or 6th time in only 2 Months?! Like I said, Staff at Urgent Care Joked that I should get a Punch Card and mebbe a Free Puppy on the 10th Visit or something. *Winks and Le Sigh* And I don't even know if anyone is getting Paid... yet... or all that they should even if the Appeals override the Denials?
I've had Dear Readers give me some Opinions of what could have prompted the Censorship of the previous Forbidden Post and each of them could be Right. There are so many variables and it could be some Bot flagging Words that are in it's Design to 'catch', just like I've always heard some Books checked out at the Library or Bought are 'Flagged'... and so I wouldn't be all that Surprised it's like that. A banal Post shouldn't have caused so much hoopla otherwise, but it did now spark Interest for those now dying to see what Forbidden Text or Imagery it held?! *Gasp, Anticipation... then Disappointment that it was a Nothing Burger... The Son made me Breakfast when I got Home from doing Environmental Cleanup and dropping his Niece off at Work this Morning. The Hospital Visiting Hours are later so I'll go after I take The Son in to Work at 10:00 a.m., he's got various Hours now he's in Training for various Positions there. He said Two Elderly Regular Customers complimented him profusely while he was Working his first Register! Saying he was the hardest Worker there they had Witnessed who was working tirelessly to provide Excellent Customer Service. That IS what he's all about on any Job he's ever been on so he is used to Complimentary Feedback and feels it Represents well whoever he is Working for, as well as for his own Reputation and Career Advancement. People do Notice, I've always told my Kiddos that... you never know whose Paying Attention to whatever you're doing, saying, behaving.
He was saying he didn't know how much I used his Store until he's now working there and notices the same Products we have at Home from there. *LOL* I CAN stretch a Buck and now he appreciates that all the more. I'm always Mindful of either Making Money or Saving Money on The Buy. It's Instinctive to me, I do it without even really Thinking about the fact I'm ALWAYS doing it in my Head, constantly. When it comes to Money it all clicks in my Head like an Idiot Savant Thing. I've been able to do it since I was a Toddler and Adults would marvel at a Two Year Old who could talk Financial shit and Deal Making, Negotiating Successfully, to them, so deeply, like I'd been some Guru in another Life perhaps and was now Reincarnated as a little Child? *Ha ha ha* The Older I became the better at it and faster at it I became and would just subconsciously always be doing it. I cannot NOT do it in fact, who knows Why? It's a Good Thing to have automatically happening in your Head all the time, so, I don't Care.
Anyway, he goes in at 10:00 a.m. Today and then I'll head out to the Hospital coz Princess T often gets off Work early on a Saturday too. Her Boss is going on Vacation for a Week, so he's trying to Square things away tho', so, she has worked longer Hours than usual lately. With not being with her Boyfriend anymore... and it does look like they've broken up... she has more Time on her Hands to fill. She's a Homebody, so otherwise she'd stay Home. But, her Gay Boy Posse, upon learning she and The Boyfriend broke up, and they all know Rusty too, since they all went to School together, are taking her out this Holiday Weekend for a Three Musketeer Adventure to the Lake. Matthew and Timmy will not have their Girl sitting Home Sidelined becoz of a Romantic Breakup or becoming despondent about it. So, the Band is back Together so to speak now. Girrrrrl, go Wash your Face!!! *Bwahahahahaha* It's Urban Tough Love Motivational Talk to Pull yourself Together, Shaking Off the Negativity, and Taking Control of Your Life!!! The Gay Boy Posse blew up her Phone once the Tea got Spilled that Rusty was On The Outs with her. *LOL* She was Laughing so hard she had to Show me the Texts and Emojis they were sending her... they are Queens and a Riot!!! Timmy has been doing more with his Posse than with his Boyfriend lately too, so that Guy may be On The Outs as well very soon? Timmy could do better, Matthew nor Princess T ever liked this Mister Wonderful that Timmy has been with now a long time. I met him and shook Hands once, they had come to visit my Showroom and ran into me there at the Antique Mall. So, Timmy made an Introduction... as T's Gramma. Apparently the Guy had Heard all about me. *LOL and Winks* The Boyfriend was Tall, Dark and Handsome, very Thin and Introverted, limp Noodle Handshake tho', which on a Guy, even a Gay One, I don't Like... I couldn't see him being a Love Match for Timmy tho', quite Honestly.
Matthew and The Granddaughters Tea Spilled about the Guy only confirmed my Gut Instincts and Intuition about him. Swipe Left Timmy, Swipe Left Dear! Mebbe the Sex is too Good tho', I dunno... But I'm Glad to hear the Trio is Together again and doing stuff, they always have the Best Time Out Together and it's beneficial to all Three of them to get Together more often and do stuff. Matthew is very immersed in University Studies, he's a Brainiac Full On Geek, on a Full Boat Scholarship he Earned earmarked for advancement of Smart but Disadvantaged Indigenous Students. Princess T said he's the 2nd most Genius Guy she knows behind her Brother being the most Genius Guy she has ever known. But Matthew is way more Functional Genius and Applied... not teetering over into Insanity Territory as The Young Prince is inclined to do walking that Fine Line between Genius and Insanity.
And Timmy can be a Wild Child, so those Two temper his Impulses and keep him on Track, coz you couldn't get any more Restrained, Disciplined, and Abiding than Matthew and Princess T are... Golden Children, and very Old Souls, both of them. *Smiles* Timmy found another Job, don't know where this time, he's Smart and Talented, but was a Special Needs Student like Princess T, so had Academic Challenges, and he was a Meth Baby too, also Raised by his Maternal Grandparents. His Mother never got Clean and his Uncle was Murdered during a Drug Transaction gone Wrong. So now his poor Grandparents are Raising his Two Younger Female Cousins that the Murdered Uncle was Single Parenting before he got Killed. His Grandparents own a Mini Farm here in the Community and are hard working People, his Grandpa owns a Construction Business, his Gramma is a Nurse.
They ADORE Princess T and would like her and Timmy to be a Couple one day. *LOL* If at Forty neither of us Marries, we'll be a Couple, Timmy and Princess T both claim. He'll make a Good Housewife she says, and he wants to be a Housewife and be Kept. *Ha ha ha* We ADORE Timmy too, he and Princess T have been so close since their Tweens, that her Brother told me that Timmy is her Surrogate Gay Brother fill-in, for all the Years he was Grown and had moved away. *Smiles* She and her Brother are very close, even tho' they are Yin and Yang personality wise, and couldn't be more Opposites than they are as Siblings, plus being Five Years apart in Age.
We can't find the House Keys to the Front Door, we think The Man did something with them, he Hides shit now all the time then doesn't recall that he did or where it might be. Remember his Meds being Hidden, well, now it's fucking Keys!!! I don't wanna have the expense of Rekeying the Locks if we can't locate them or they're somewhere random anyone could access them, they aren't where they should be or the usual places he stashes them. *Le Sigh* I'm going to ask when I visit him, tho' that's futile as a last resort, he probably doesn't even know where he is or why he's even there? Let alone the last place he took the Keys and put them!!? He was the last one coz nobody else ever bothers with them, he wants to be the Door Lock Warden when we leave the House and it needs to be Locked Up and we give him that little Independent thing he can still do. But, if he's losing/misplacing the Keys now, it might be Time... not to. *Le Sigh* His World gets Smaller daily now. Which means mine gets contracted some too. UPDATE: Found the Keys, they'd just fallen off the Hook when he last took one of his Hats off the Hook to wear and they fell down. *Whew*
And, keeping him Home and out of the Hospital these days for the last few Months, is like being on a Merry-Go-Round you can't Stop to get off of. But, you bought the Ticket, so you're on for the Whole Ride... Wheeee, Throw Your Hands in the Air like you just don't Care now! *Sighs and Laughs, coz what else can you do?* It will be Interesting what the Hospital says THIS time for Inpatient or Outpatient Care? It's a Holiday Weekend too, not Ideal Timing for Staffing or Hospitalizations if you're really Bad Off, this I KNOW!!! *Grimace* It's certainly not how I wanted to spend our Memorial Day Weekend, that's for damned sure. I mean, I didn't have Plans, per se, but none of it would have included a Health Crisis so soon after the last one, Urgent Care, another expensive Ambulance Ride the Insurance probably won't Pay for or Cover either, and another Hospitalization. He's Touch and Go all of the time now, I don't even know how to Cope with it actually???
And you do get some Health Professionals that are Judgmental about how you're Coping or Handling nonstop Crisis and Near Death Experiences. They KNOW what to do and lose sight of the fact that those of us not in the Profession are fucking Winging it on a Wing and a Prayer! The ones that always pontificate on, you should always Call an Ambulance, regardless that Medicare no longer covers Ambulance Rides at over Two Grand a Pop, are trite with that Advice, when their Doctor Salaries are Three Digit Incomes... and ours mos def are not on Pensions and Disability Fixed Incomes. Listen, once Medical Bills are in the Hundreds of Thousands or approaching a Million Plus, Doc, I just can't keep adding to it to be more underwater and unable to Pay it, Okay! I'm already struggling to keep Gas in the Tank now it's over $76 a fill up {that's if I've built up a Discount at the Pump}... and to keep a Family of Six Fed and just Housed, providing the Basics and Essentials of Life. They're often so Tone Deaf and Out Of Touch with the Average American's Experience and Hardships or Struggles.
People don't sit around the Dinner Table talking about the fucking Stock Market or where they'll next go on their next lavish Vacation. So, don't be so smug about, you should do this, that or the third, when they don't have a Clue what your finances, exposure and Debt Load even is to just Exist... let alone Live Life Fully and be having your Best Days Ever. If Insurances would cover what you Pay them for to Cover and WHY you even have Insurances in the 1st place, well, we wouldn't even be having this Conversation, would we? But, they don't. And I spend more time on the Phone Fighting with Insurances than I do Blogging, if that gives you any Point of Reference and comparisons, coz I Blog every Day. It's less Time Consuming Blogging than it is Fighting The Systems, which is part of WHY I Blog... as a Release so I don't either implode or project outwards, with the Rage I often Feel about Fighting The Systems on behalf of my Family. Diffusing Rage is crucial, or, you go Postal and make the Ten O'Clock Local and National News Cycle as the last Person who just did.

I understand Why Luigi Mangione has such a Cult Following, don't Agree with it, but understand how folks are Feeling some kind of way about Vigilante Justice these days, when Injustice prevails in our Systems. And Justice is certainly not being Served nor evident... or is moving at a Snail's Pace and at the Speed of Death. And it helps if the Vigilante has a Handsome Face... so he has his Groupies, as to be expected. I mean even this fat Orange deranged POS has his Groupies, so, Groupies be doing Groupie shit like that... even Manson had 'em. LATER: Got back from the Hospital, The Man is settled in nicely and has a good Roommate, a Middle Aged Black Guy who is very nice, pleasant, funny, and has something Seriously Wrong with one of his Arms, swollen up bigger than my Leg!!! There is a Screamer on the Ward tho', making horrific Screams like a Scream Queen in a Horror Movie, it's an Older Guy tho', very unnerving. He's on the Escapism Cautionary Ward again.

He was weary looking, they're still worried about his elevated BP and Heart, not really that concerned about a Sting as much... which is probably fine, from what we talked about here earlier in the Post. Still don't see a Mark where he said it got him, no redness, no swelling, but I can't say he didn't get Stung either. Anyway, he was happily ordering his Pot Roast Lunch, he's on a Cardiac Diet but not a Liquid One this time. He has a Bed Alarm, Nice Nurses who are attentive even tho' it's a Holiday Weekend, he has Dark Red Circles around his Eyes, which I didn't like the Look of. But it is indicative of Neurotoxic Envenomation too, so, perhaps he was Stung and that's Evidence he actually was? He was saying his whole Body felt Tingly and his Muscles were jumping and spasming, which Scorpion Stings hurt like Hell and definitely do that, I've been Stung Twice and know. I did Hate to Doubt him.
He was watching the original "Die Hard" with Bruce Willis. After my visit I went to "First Watch" for Lunch, only ate about 1/3 of it and brought the rest Home for later. There's a "Trader Joe's" by it so I also did some light Grocery Shopping for perishables we needed. They have good pre-made Salads, Spring Rolls, and diced Veggie Mixes so I got some of those too, along with Fresh Shelled Edamame and Asian Scallion Pancakes. I'm gonna put the diced Veggie Mix {Celery, Carrots, Onion} into Stuffing Mix for a Side Dish. We Love Stuffing and I've been Craving some for an unknown reason. The Grocery Store and the Restaurant were packed for the Holiday Weekend. I got 30 Cents a Gallon off my Gas but it was still $4.49 and cost me $76 to fill the Truck up. Our Mall is having a Memorial Day Sale so I Hope that Stimulates Trade some? I didn't stop in, don't wanna risk them asking me to Work, I'd have to decline due to circumstances.
It was nice to have a good Meal Out, then do some leisurely Grocery Shopping without having to worry about Caregiving responsibilities. The Son, The Daughter, The Granddaughter were all at Work... The Man Hospitalized... The Young Prince had a Guest here visiting him. So, I had the Day to myself really after dropping in at the Hospital for about 30 Minutes to visit The Man and see how he's faring. He was only up for a short visit, he looked very tired and had been Sleeping when I arrived at around 11:00 a.m., he woke to visit with me and probably went back to Sleep after I left. It had been a rough 24 Hours for him again. I feel so bad for him and yet I get Angry too, becoz sometimes Coping is hard and Anger is Fear in Disguise. I am Fearful that we've had such a very rough start to 2026 with his Health, constantly, with no Breaks. And I'm feeling less able to Care for him as things progressively worsen. That scares me coz he will fare better remaining at Home, so will we all, coz Long Term Care isn't remotely affordable or covered.
Princess T got her 1st Write-Up at Work coz some 40 Year Old Newbie Trainee cited her as the reason the Woman couldn't handle the Job. To say that a 20 Year Old is responsible for someone twice their Age not being up to the Job is a pretty lame excuse to quit, but, Princess T said that the Woman looked like an Old Hooker and just wasn't gonna cut it and asked a lot of Odd Questions that she didn't feel she had Answers to and really didn't have anything to do with the actual Work. She defended herself in the Meeting, but said it seemed they Believed this Newbie over a longer time, but Younger, good Worker who is up to the Job. So, she felt this Woman just didn't Like her and was making Trouble for her on the way Out, which is highly likely.
If someone is gonna fabricate a reason for Quitting right away or has a personality clash from The Jump, there isn't much you can say about their "Opinion" given upon their Exit Interviews. Management was just really upset she Quit already... but, that's not The Granddaughter's Problem or Issue if someone chooses to Quit or isn't up to the Job. I think Princess T's inexperience, being so Young, is that she isn't Reading People well that she does not know and how to be most cautious around them in the Workplace. Some folks are Saboteurs everywhere they go or have Personality Conflicts with damned near everyone in their Path, but want to project Blame on everyone but themselves when things don't Work Out for them. She gets along with everyone very well at Work, is well Liked, and is an Introvert Personality and not confrontational at all. So I can't Imagine she wasn't Kind and Patient with Training this Older Woman and Respectful given she was the Age of a Parent.
She's Respectful to her Elders always. She just got the impression this Woman was very much Belonging to The Streets, and she was probably Right with that evaluation. She wouldn't Judge someone for that, but, she said that she really didn't think this Woman was gonna Last, and she didn't, and mebbe she hasn't Lasted at any place of Employment for all we know. Mebbe the only kind of Work she's been good at, isn't what she's trying to do now? To try to make an Honest Living. Just sayin'. If she's an Ex-Felon, or an Old Pro, working Retail in a Receiving Room might be a stretch for her to catch on to or tolerate, too Structured, too many Rules, mebbe she didn't Care if she kept the Job or not and it might have been a Parole or Probation Requirement? It's a tough Transition to make from making a Living doing something In and Of The Streets, to actually performing at a Traditional Legal Job. Not all folks Transition well or cut it and Wash Out trying. Its why Crime goes up around Amazon Warehouses, they Hire a lot of Felons cheaply, many of whom Wash Out and then resort to doing what they only know to do, Crime, now in that Community.
I had to Train a lot of Community Service folks when I did Street Ministry Work and most of them had an Attitude about whatever they were HAVING to do for the CS Requirement, but, didn't really wanna BE there. Of coarse my Grandchild would not know this Woman's Back Story... and it wouldn't be her Business to either. But it's sounding very familiar to me, given what Princess T told me her Impressions were of this Older Woman who made Trouble for her and she can't understand why she even would? Coz she did nothing Wrong. But if that Woman didn't project and shift Blame elsewhere, she'd have to look at herself as the reason she can't do the Job, many folks struggle with that too, Owning what their Outcome is. Blaming only themselves for Failures or Limitations they experience. She told her Boss and Upper Management, well, am I Fired then, coz I'm not gonna Quit becoz of what this New Person Made Up about me that isn't even True, and used as an Excuse to Quit. And really, that's all that Needed to be said.
The Son found out Today that his current Boss at Work, Elijah, whose only about 23, is going back in The Trades, Plumbing Work he used to do and Pays better. The Son is Happy for him, being from The Trades himself, he knows it pays way better, but can be off and on again Work. So, that Position will be Open as Supervisor of Receiving. It's the Brother of the Young Man that Princess T used to Work with, Sean, they look so much alike too, both very Nice Young Men. Sean got a new Job as well with more Hours, which was good to hear. Most of these Entry Level Low Paying Jobs are Transitional Jobs to begin with, nobody makes a Career of them or expects to, so Retention is always low. If there's little to no chance of Promotion or Full Time Hours, folks end up Quitting or getting Fired eventually. The Companies don't Value the Worker, the Worker therefore doesn't Value the Job.
And if you can't even make a Living at it, and afford the bare necessities like Food and Housing or Living Independently, why would or should you really? And I think AI is only gonna make that worse by eliminating better White Collar Jobs and Positions Students have Paid a Fortune to get College Degrees for! They were saying at Graduation Commencement Ceremonies the Speakers have been Booed if they bring up AI, coz these Graduates know it's compromising not only their Future and Employment, but they'll be on the Hook for their Student Loans and all that Work to Earn them, was for Nothing and a Waste if AI is gonna Replace them in the Near Future and Eliminate those Jobs for Humans! This is what the Younger Generations will have to Wrestle with... and Companies too, coz when Consumerism Bottoms Out coz too many People aren't even Earning an Income to Buy anything or Consume anything... everyone Loses. As we Die Off these Younger Generations will have no Elders helping them out either or Taking them In, so Society better figure something out, FAST!!!
