Martial Law And Lawn Dart Commercial Airliners

 

I LOVE this pix of one of the Great-Granddaughters so much I'm Sharing it Twice.  I feel like this most days now.  *LOL*  The Son got a ride with a Co-Worker after Work so he didn't have to stay as late as their Boss to get a ride halfway Home.  The Co-Worker got him a little closer in to a rendezvous point, so we stopped and got Barro's Pizza nearby after I picked him up.   To me Barro's makes the best Pizza, The Son agrees, we got one of their White Pizzas and a Pepperoni too.   The White Pizza is my fav of their Specialty Pizzas.  They also have a Cactus Blossom Iced Tea which is delicious and a fav flavor of Iced Tea.   It was 111 Degrees by the time I was picking him up, so Cooling Off with some Iced Tea was so refreshing.

So, here's a Slice of each for you to salivate over the Food Porn of Today, you're Welcome.  *Winks*   And Yes, it tastes as good as it looks.  I haven't felt very hungry coz of the Heat, so I really need to entice myself to eat with something I really, really like the flavor of.  When you're an Insulin Diabetic you shouldn't skip Meals but when you don't have an Appetite, and some of the Meds you're taking suppress it, that's not easy to eat when you feel no real Hunger.   I am a little bit concerned about switching to Ozempic, which I'll be doing in about a Month when the Trulicity is gone, due to knowing it suppresses Appetite even more.   Yes, Weight Loss for me is a Goal, but I'd rather do it with Exercise and eating Healthier fare, I'm not switching to Ozempic except to control and manage the Diabetes better.  I got to where Trulicity had become less effective due to how long I'd been on it now and building up a resistance to the effectiveness of it.

Pizza isn't great Diabetic fare, so I don't eat it very often and mostly limit Carbs, to behave.   But, for Today it went down good, since I'd had no Appetite and only eaten the Two Pork Chops very early and hadn't felt like eating anything else and it was past Dinnertime.   I probably won't eat anything else Today and won't feel Hungry at all until Tomorrow Morning sometime, or mebbe not even until Lunchtime?   I exercise a lot, mostly Walking for Hours doing Environmental Cleanup, almost Daily. Then going to the Gym when I can carve out time to during the Restricted Senior Hours I have the ability to attend and do a workout.  When The Man is in tow the Gym doesn't work out for me too much, but I can take him with me Canning and get some Mileage in while still Caregiving.   The Son did talk to me Today about his Dad's obvious decline with the progression of the Dementia, we Hope we can provide his Caregiving for as long as it takes.

The Daughter got given this great Macrame Swing as part of payment of doing some Work for Roy, she put some Pool Noodles on it to make it more comfortable.   She also painted Art on the Metal part that suspends the Swing Chair, which is very comfortable.   The Old Bowling Balls are just Yard Art now, they only last a Season before the extreme Heat actually cracks them in half!   We haven't Bowled in Years now, but The Man and I used to Bowl on Leagues and I was quite a Ringer in my day and had many Games with Scores in the very high 250's, my Average was always over 200, but never quite got a perfect 300 Game, came close tho'!   I only used an 8 lb. Bowling Ball so that was not expected and I could easily Hustle Guys who didn't take me seriously as a Bowler.  *Winks*

Our next Irrigation Cycle comes on Saturday Afternoon, at a decent enuf time frame this time, between 4:45 pm and 6:15 pm but we didn't get our distribution issue fixed for the Front and Side Yard to the East of our Property.  We need to dig up and replace the PVC Pipes and Faucets that run from our Pump to the East Side Yard and Front Yard where our Pine Trees are directly in front of the House that the Pump serves to distribute Irrigation.   The whole Back Pasture and West Side Yard is served by the Gates that run directly from the Main Irrigation Ditch and flow with Gravity.   I'd like to figure out a better way to distribute Irrigation to what the Pump and PVC now serve, since, it never was a good System but it's what the original Owners installed.   Over time it just needs a lot of repairs and replacement, so it's not economical or efficient, there is likely a better way.

And speaking of there must be a better way.  There are more Troops deployed to one Square Mile of L.A. right now, an American City, than are deployed to Syria and Iraq!!!   And none of those Soldiers are trained to be put in the position they've been hastily thrust into without proper Planning to even Feed, Hydrate or House them, and against our own Civilian Countrymen!!!   There are American Civilians, including Women and Children, who are Protesting legitimate Concerns about what this Administration is doing.  And Protests are Nationwide and increasing in Numbers.  So, how many other Cities and Towns across America are going to be Militarized, to provoke the Protestors and intentionally Escalate the situation rather than Mitigate, Moderate or De-Escalate it?   Do we really want Martial Law all across America and put our Military in such a conflicted situation that is unconstitutional and reflects badly upon them following these Orders that are questionably even Legal or Ethical?

The Man remembers the DC Riots during Vietnam coz he was deployed to them for Crowd Control to protect the Capitol, after having returned from Vietnam.  He said there was nothing the Military really were allowed to do against Civilians at Home!  I remember all too well what happened to many Vietnam Era Veterans that followed Orders that harmed or killed innocent Civilians in Vietnam, and stained the Reputations of even those who weren't involved.   The Man had to Deal with all of that, being spit on and called a Baby Killer, when he came back and the Labels thrust upon even our War Heroes by the Public due to the atrocities committed against Civilians of another Country.  Can you only imagine if something like that happens to American Civilians at the Hands of our Military that are following this Presidential Psychopath's Orders and Alcoholic Hegseth's?   Do we even know if Hegseth has remained Sober under the pressure of being an obvious Nepo Hire that had to actually Promise he'd quite Drinking IF he was Approved for his Position!?!!!!!!  So that he wouldn't be Drinking on the Job again!!!  I mean, really, if you have to Promise that, you probably shouldn't be Hired for any Position at any Job becoz you got a serious Substance Abuse Problem and need an Intervention & Rehab!   Notwithstanding his Sexual Predator History!

Makes one also Wonder if so many Women have been Illegally Fired just becoz of their Gender, in order to Protect all the Sexual Predators that have been Appointed by this President?!   I mean, remove the Prey and perhaps you won't catch more Charges for Sexual Predation on the Job by the Sex Offender Predators, is their End Game?!?!!  So many Questions, so few Answers.  And, since Protests are breaking out everywhere, are we going to have Military deployed to every Town and City, Red States and not just targeting Blue States?   And, since Red States have ReTrumplican Leadership who've already Sold their Souls to their chosen Messiah, will they fail to support their Citizens Rights just to curry favor with their Orange Jesus?   Seems that's what's already happening in Texas... a stark contrast to Cali, just sayin'!

It's a good thing my Internal Natural Clock wakes up Exactly at the Time I tell myself to when I go to Bed, coz The Son slept thru his Manmade Alarm this Morning.  Had I not awakened him he'd of not made it to Work at all, and we barely made it on Time coz he couldn't find his Ass with both Hands when he's rushed.  *Eye Roll and LOL*   We were only 2 Minutes Late, which his Boss didn't mind at all, to rendezvous at the Convenience Store location we swap him over at.  And that's only coz I drive like a Maniac there to ensure he's pretty much on Time.  Hey, it's a 3:00 a.m. Wakeup Call, I have to Work Nights Tonight and Tomorrow Night, so, I don't want lengthy commutes to take more of my Asleep Time away from me, so, don't Judge.  I have to Wake again at 6:00 a.m. to get The Princess to Work too... so it's not uninterrupted Sleep either!   I sometimes don't even know why I bother to Sleep?!  *Winks*

I Woke Up to the Air India disaster where a Commercial Airliner went down like a Dart and into a huge set of Civilian Apartment Buildings in a huge Fireball about a Minute after taking off!!!   Almost 250 aboard and no telling how many in those Residential Skyscraper Apartments killed too... it's a lot of carnage and involved 4 Countries worth of Citizens from Portugal, England, India and Canada.   Planes are going down at alarming rates, I never liked flying, I like it even less now that Aviation Safety seems to be really questionable and compromised.   We know why it is here in America due to this Administration's cuts and disregard for Safety overall of Citizens and Non-Citizens, but Globally, seems they got some Issues to address too.  In India it doesn't seem to be a contained Scene, so it will be a sloppy and seriously compromised Investigation, no doubt about it, by the Images already coming out of there.  There's almost more East Indian Civilians swarming on the Scene than First Responders!

A "We're so Sorry about this...", is not gonna cut it for the Victim's Families, pretty sure.  Video footage of the Plane going down was taken and it really was a very Odd and Surreal Image.  Of practically no Lift and just going down pretty much like a Lawn Dart into a Populated Area of a Major City, that seems pretty damned too close to a Major Runway IMO.   Ahmedabad, India, where the crash occurred, apparently has a populated area near the Airport where the Plane crashed and was apparently on the site of a Local Medical College Campus.   And those Buildings it crashed into are the Medical College Hostel with Residents attending the College.  So, they'll also have to be accounting for the number of people on the Ground killed by the Crash too, which could be substantial, looked like several high rise Buildings were on Fire and completely engulfed by the Fireball Explosion, since, the Airliner was full of it's fuel to get to London, it's destination.

 

Large scale Catastrophes with a lot of Human Life lost is always a heavy and somber burden to have to cover and report.   There's so much of it now that the News Cycle almost can't keep Pace before the next Catastrophic Event hits.    And even here in America with the Cost of these ICE Raids and response to the unpopularity of them, we have to assess, is it really worth it?   The Estimated Cost to deploy the Military to L.A. alone is $134 Million of Taxpayer Dollars, let alone the Cost to the City of what the aftermath is gonna Cost it's Residents financially.  ICE detained approximately 44 Individuals in their Raid... and more than 450 people have been Arrested due to the Protests and those Bad Actors who took advantage of Peaceful Protests to commit their Crimes and probably don't Care one way or the other about The Cause being Protested.  That seems like a steep Price Tag for so little accomplished, and intentionally stirring up Civil Unrest of the Public, whose actually footing the Bill, don'tcha think?

And it boggles my Mind that we have had this Administration deploy more Active Duty Troops to an American City and about One Square Mile to "Secure" it, than we have in Two Theaters of Operation in Major War Zones abroad in Two Adversarial Countries, just WTF?!   It's not as if LAPD shouldn't be able to "Secure" One Square Mile of their City, they have 8,832 Police Officers and I think they've been appropriately Trained to handle this, whereas our Military certainly HAS NOT becoz it's not their Job to Police American Citizens at all, and their Training involves skills to fight an Enemy Abroad primarily, stark difference.  In fact, the Military is generally prohibited from Policing Civilians, the Posse Comitatus Act largely restricts the use of Military for Civilian Law Enforcement.   

They lack the Statutory Authority to Arrest or Police Civilians in Civilian Settings.  So, this Administration has put the National Guard and Active Duty they deployed, in a Real Situation, Ordering them to do what they are restricted from doing.  I don't think any of that is going to End Well.   Not for the Civilians and certainly not for the Military Personnel put in that predicament either.  And overall, not for America or it's Reputation Worldwide either.   Allies have to be expressing grave concerns if this Regime is willing to do shit like this to it's own Citizens, and Adversaries have to be seeing it as a definitely weakness of failing from within to manage your own affairs, let alone Foreign affairs.  

 

China definitely realized they have all the leverage they'll ever need, so they have little incentive to strike any Deals more beneficial to our Country than theirs.  Yep, he's cocking up pretty much everything he's involved with, just like he did for everything he's ever been involved with, except Illegal Acts to line his own Pockets and those of his Spawn.   Their Family has raked in Billions in Profits at the Expense of everyone else, but, so few seem to be agitated about that Fact and seeing all of this for what it is.   It's usually a Media afterthought to even mention the Conflicts of Interest abounding and how much it's lined the Pockets of his whole Family and many of his Friends too, using the Presidency to extort and pillage primarily, as the Main Goal.   Not to actually Serve any of the American Public or even American Businesses, except mebbe the Top One Percenters who pretty much already Profited by Billions and will just add more Zeroes to those Profits with curried Favor shown. 

You and several of your Generations behind you will be footing the Bill for it all for a very, very, long time, if not Forever ad nauseum now.   You don't have to be a Math Genius or Financial Jedi to see none of this is skewed in YOUR Favor at all.   How bad it will play out for each of us, I can't say for sure, since each of us has a different tolerance and threshold for the Pain and deprivation it will definitely inflict upon the Average Citizen whose not a Billionaire.   Just that it won't be favorable or good, and could get incrementally worse, and very soon.   And I'm rather weary by now of almost a Decade of sounding Alarms that this was coming and ushered in by far too many American Voters who either weren't paying Attention, too mired in Partisanship Party over Country, or were seriously deluded or easily Conned.   And, in all Seriousness, the opposing Party is leading a lot to be desired, which is exactly Why I loathe Partisan Politics and feel this very flawed Two Party System isn't Working for us anymore.

Anyway, enuf of that... I've been Pricing more Inventory to take in to Work Tonight, mostly Specialty T-Shirts since that's what's Selling well right now.   I've already Pre-Loaded all the Images for this lengthy Post before I even began Writing a Story or Topic for it, my Stream of Consciousness lately has been impaired by Manic Thoughts and Mania that has been Triggered of late.   So, Pixs of some of the Tees have been taken and loaded to my Book Of Faces to show what's in Stock and going in to Inventory right now, but, won't be in this Post, mebbe the next one?   I don't have a lot of Fresh Pixs since Life lately has been too hectic for great Photographic Moments.  *LOL and Le Sigh*  But, some great Events are coming up next Week and the End of the Month, so, stay Tuned, I Promise some Fresh Eye Candy is to come.

Walking around my House snapping Pixs only provides so much diversity of Eye Candy, and most Long Time Readers have already seen it all before... so... Yawn.   And after I get all the Kiddos to Work at a ridiculous Hour of the Morning, I know I need to take a Rumpelstiltskin length Nap in order to be Energized enuf to Work my Shift Tonight.  I thought I'd have leftover Pizza from 'Barro's', so I wouldn't have to Cook Today and have handy good Eats for myself.   But it seems the Resident Vultures descended upon it last Night, and The Son took some to Work for his Lunch, so I doubt any will be left for Moi?   When you have a Three Generation Household it amazes you how much they can Eat and Drink!!!    Lately we haven't had much Company coz I forbid it, there was just too many dropping by constantly and Young folks always seem to arrive Hungry and Thirsty!   Makes me Wonder, don't ya'll have Food and Beverages at your Homes?!   Don't your Families FEED you?!  *LOL*

I dunno, I've never showed up at anyone's Home either Hungry or Thirsty, I take Care of Business before I'd arrive.   Or, in the case of an Invited Pot Luck, bring something substantial with me to Share.   Some Guests of the Two Younger Generations seemingly have Food Radar since they just happen to show up at Mealtimes and we are a Family who extend the Gift of Hospitality.  I wouldn't feel Right just eating in front of someone and not offering them something, it's not how I was Raised.  So, anyway, I told the Kiddos, Listen, unless these Friends start contributing to the Household Budget, they need to stay Home or just come by and pick you up and Leave, Okay, I don't want people here all the time coz there's a steady stream of them, and it's just a LOT to Host that many different Friends of yours.  I Like 99.9% of them and the .1% I don't want here at all, don't have them here, AT ALL.   They now know who they are.  *Winks, I'm not Shy, you WILL know if you're no longer Welcome.*

Going thru my Photo Archives coz a Niece had asked any of us to provide Pixs we had of her Family, since she lost all hers during a Hurricane in Florida.   I had been looking for this one of her and her Oldest Son, I was her Birth Coach when he was Born and so he's also my Godson.  Grown now and Married, it doesn't seem that long ago I watched him enter this World, he was always such an Adorable Baby and has grown into a Fine Man.  He's an Emergency Response Helicopter Pilot now and his Mom is an Attorney for the IRS, so we're very Proud of her too.   She was able to come for a visit last Year to see us with one of her Younger Sons, she has Four Kiddos, Three Sons and a Daughter, and has Raised them all as a Single Parent.   She and The Daughter grew up together and are very Close.   I used to be very Close to her Mom too, but in recent Years we've drifted our separate ways, which is Fine, seemingly with both of us... it happens.

Here is the thing with Friends who are becoming Geriatric, many of them Change and in ways that makes it difficult to sustain Relationship.   The Son was joking about it the other day, that on a Serious Note it's tragic, like what happened to Actor Gene Hackman, in his 90's, after his much Younger Wife Died first and nobody knew.   So, poor Gene probably wandered around their big ole' Home now without a Caregiver, and a Dead Caregiver there, not remembering to Eat or Drink, not in Touch with how to sustain himself without her, until he too perished, a very tragic End.   Mostly, becoz with Age they had clearly Isolated themselves by their Circumstances, or Outlived most people who they knew and who Cared enuf about them to Check In.  And, with the Gallow's Dark Humor The Son Shares with me, he said even IF someone had tried to Check In, would they have asked for Gene and he'd answer the Phone and say, "No, Gene's not here, I don't know any Gene, quit calling and bothering me..."?????   Becoz The Man does that now and he's not in his 90's, but, has serious Mental Impairment now.

The Man races to any Phone that's ringing and he can get to before anyone else, even tho' he has to be constantly reminded NOT to.  Why?  Becoz he can't remember how to Answer anyone else's Cellphone and so the Call gets Missed.   And if the Call then goes to the Landline, since most Important Callers have both Numbers, he knows how to Answer that, but his Hearing is shot, as is his Patience, and his Understanding of what or who anyone is, so 99.9% of the time he instantly just hangs up on whoever it is!!!   Then he can't recall he even answered the Phones, or if he does, only recalls it might have been Important, but no further info will be forthcoming, he didn't write anything down and cannot remember who it was or what it was about!!!   My Express Scripts Rx Refills get cocked up all the time on account of him coz it uses a Bot to verify Refills by Phone.  I have to Answer, confirm Identity, then verify I want the Refill filled again or activate a New Rx the Doc Ordered.

So, if you don't respond to the Bot's Question initially of, is this Dawn?  Well, if you just hang up rather than giving a No or handing me the Phone to take over the Call, they only will try again Once and then just NOT renew your Prescriptions and you will have to start over with your Doctor Activating it for you and then go thru the Bot Call Process again.  Or, just not get your Meds on Time or at all!!!   So, when I hear the Landline say it's "Express Scripts" on Caller ID of the Landline, I have to Yell out DON'T to him as he's trying to rush to the Phone ahead of me, or he'll cock the whole thing up again.  I have to then remind him, for the Gazillionth Time, Honey, we've been thru this before, you can't Answer those Calls or you will mess up delivery of my Medications, Okay?  He'll agree, but then, next time the Phone Rings... rinse, repeat... ad nauseum!

 

And The Man was and is a big Beach Boys Fan, so the News about Brian Wilson Dying caught his attention.  He's telling me this Morning and saying, "And they don't know yet what he died of?"   And, I'm like, "Well, I'll tell you what he Died of Honey, he was 82, he Died of Old Age!"  Christ on a Bike, does it really matter what the Coroner will elaborate on when you're a certain Age?   After about 70 you've Died of Old Age as far as I'm concerned, needs no further Explanation.  That's what they used to say, back in the day, he/she Died of Old Age once you were fucking that Old, Okay!  *LOL*   I had a Friend recently who Lost a Loved One who was almost 100 and she said it was so Unexpected and I just had no Words!!!   UNEXPECTED... really, she was 98, you should have been Expecting this for Years already, mebbe a couple Decades really, it happens to Old People, they Die.   No, if what I'm about to say isn't an improvement over Silence I hold my Peace and didn't say anything in response to that.  *LOL and Winks*

Yes, you're still Sad and you will still Grieve the Loss and the Void of that Individual being Gone.   But when my Welsh Uncle Died at Age 90, it wasn't Unexpected.  He'd had a very good and long Run, so when his Son notified me, we mutually Shared in the Grief.  He of losing his Father and me of losing my Favorite Uncle I had been Close to all my Life, but, it wasn't as if we thought he was an Immortal.   My Cousin Video Recorded the Memorial Service since he knew I couldn't fly to North Wales, and he Shared it on my PM on Social Media so I could be there Virtually at least.   It was very nice, tho' few of my Uncle's Friends were still Alive, so it was mostly us 'Younger' Generations in attendance... and we're not that Young and dropping like Flies now too, it's Expected.

Princess T was being as much an Airhead this Morning as her Uncle, she forgot her Phone so now I'll have to Deliver it to her at Work near Lunchtime.  Coz, since I have to Work Tonight and be there by 5:00, coordinating picking her up after Work... and her Uncle, from quite a distance after Work... is rather a logistics nightmare of Time crunch that will be hairy no matter what time each of them gets off Work Today and Tomorrow too.   Sometimes The Son doesn't Work on Fridays so I'm kinda Hoping he'll be Off?   With so many quitting at her Work she's been having to work longer Hours than usual to cover the positions they haven't re-hired for yet.   The Son has been losing Hours so his Company doesn't have to do massive Layoffs again.   Due to the State of the Economy and Tariff Wars impeding their Supply Chain for Lumber from Canada they rely upon to build Cabinetry.  It's all rather a Domino Effect or House of Cards about to Fall, isn't it?

He who would be and wanna be King, is really the Emperor with No Clothes, and too many are still pretending that's Normal.   Someone whose very high profile that he's Suing, said that he had nothing to lose now by mentioning that Donnie Two Doll's Odor Barrier on his Depends isn't sufficient... which, that paints a rather vivid picture.  Of a Geriatric in serious decline and not changing his Diapers often enuf... not a Good Sign of Function to even look after himself, let alone make decisions for a Nation.   Anyway, I had urgent Spanish PM's from Two of the Three Granddaughters in Mexico and tho' my Translation isn't fluent, I knew it wasn't Good News and had something to do with School... and with their Dad... I wasn't Wrong.   I like to call it perpetual Crisis South of the Border since Saint Maria, the Paternal Grandmother, has Died.

She was the Matriarchal Glue holding it together and keeping it held down while she was Alive, even tho' by Age 90, she'd become spent and went on into the Afterlife.   Now the Oldest of the Three Grands there, who is only 18, but Graduated, Working Two Jobs and going to College, is also supporting her Two Younger Sisters who are still both in School.  The same Grade, coz the Middle One isn't a good Student and has Special Needs, so has been held back already, and the Youngest One is an exceptionally Academically Gifted Student.   And, they have to Pay to go to School there and don't have enuf for it... so... Princess T and I will have to scramble to Fund their final Year of High School for them.  The Daughter never gets sufficient Work to Fund it... and their Dad is in Prison again... which is where he should be... he was only Out for a Minute I guess.   So, we'll have to meet the Kiddos at their Point of Need, but it's never easy getting Crisis Texts at the 11th Hour of Need.  *Le Sigh*

   

But, after Maria's Death I was supposed to have all Three of them coming here to America to finish being Raised, so, at least that didn't happen due to Immigration Fuckery, which is Epic and ridiculous, as we can all see clearly now unless you are deaf, dumb and blind too.   Above, is the Youngest Granddaughter in Pittsburgh, I don't get many Pixs of her coz she rarely does Selfies and isn't a Pathological Picture Taker.  She's still Single and no Kids, I suspect if that changes, she might become a more prolific Photographer?   She's a Year Younger than The Grandson I Raised, The Young Prince.  But in many ways they are SO similar, that our Oldest Daughter, her Mom, says the Two are eerily like Twins in every way.   I noticed the parallels too as they were growing up.  This is also the Grandchild who likes just about everything I like, so we've bonded over many Passions and similar Interests.   She'd be most like a Younger Version of me, my Mini Me.  *Smiles*

Okay, so other than all of that everything is Swell.  *Bwahahahaha*  It's always SOMETHING.   I'll be delivering Princess T her Phone at Lunchtime and asking her about helping to Fund her Younger Sisters Schooling so they don't have to drop out again and fall further behind due to lack of sufficient Income.  I'm sure she'll pitch in, Family is everything to her too.   Even tho' she doesn't know any of these Younger Siblings... or most of her Older ones except for the Older Brother she was Raised with by us.   Tho' she's had a Relationship with Bobby, whose only The Young Prince's Dad and not hers, she has had nothing to do with her Bio Dad coz he's had nothing to do with her over the Years.  So, she's not Surprised that most of his Kiddos are estranged from him, and have nothing to do with him... and his baggage spills into the lives of the Kids who have had anything to do with him. 

I tried to have a Civil and Cordial Relationship with him for many Years, now I just don't Care to and he knows it and he knows Why.  Once I can no longer be Civil or Cordial towards you, then you only get Dark Dawn to Deal with.  *Winks*   But, that would have been your own choosing by how you behave towards me and towards mine.   I'm not a very tolerant person if you come with any Drama and a Headache that spills into the lives of me or my other Loved Ones.   So it is with him and so I no longer have, nor want, any contact.   The Daughter tried to for the sake of their Four Children they had together and knowing the Three in Mexico are Close to Paternal Family, which, he IS a part of, even if nobody much wants to have to admit due to his Choices.   But, she said he's still such a Hot Mess and wrecked all his Relationships, so she'd rather he not be around any of their Four Children and Two are now Grown and Two are almost Grown.

Family Baggage is always quite a Weight even to the Functional ones to be burdened with.    Anyway, we'll see what we can do on such short notice to give the Kids some Help.   Princess T still wasn't feeling good Today but went to Work anyway so she wouldn't miss Two Days in a row.  She has severe Allergies and Respiratory Issues she's had since Birth.  She used to be on 5 Breathing Treatments a Day when she was an Infant and Child, so she's doing much better with Age.  But, when the Air Quality is bad, which is commonplace these days, she has a hard time of it.  She has chronic Migraines as well.  She's a Trooper and Tough as Old Boots that Kid, so she's overcome more than most people would in a lifetime already and she's only 19.   Along with the Respiratory Issues she has Gut and Digestive Issues too, which is why she's so frail looking.  There's so much she just can't eat and she used to be on Specialty Formulas clear thru her Elementary School Years so that she'd thrive.

I dropped her Phone off at Work just before her Lunchtime, so now she can call me for pickup, whatever time she gets off?   I'll hopefully pick The Son up after Work first, or, I'll struggle to get them both picked up before I have to leave to get to my Work on Time.   His rendezvous point is a fairly long commute even via the Freeway and driving pretty fast without stopping.   I have some flexibility at Work with just being a temporary fill-in for Co-Workers who are ill.   But, if I commit to my Shifts I want to arrive on Time and not skid in by the skin of my Teeth.  And, speaking of Teeth, after my Tooth Cleaning I didn't feel good for a while, so now I know why they delay even a Cleaning for Six Months after a Stroke.  Your Body responds differently, perhaps your Brain does, I dunno, I just know after a simple Tooth Cleaning, I didn't feel so good for several Hours.   I did recover, but it was very Weird to feel like that after just a Cleaning.  There's a thing called Post Stroke Sensations you might have. 

It may include heightened Sensitivity and or altered Perception of Touch and Temperature in the Mouth.  So there was more discomfort than usual even as I had it done, usually there's no discomfort at all.   Luckily my Motor Skills weren't really impaired too much after my Stroke so I am still able to practice decent dental hygiene and my Dentist was Surprised and pleased about that.  Swallowing difficulties were a problem for me, but not too badly, it's sometimes hard for me to not gag now when taking my Oral Medications.   And a Stroke can compromise your Immune System and I do sense I have had more Mental Anxiety Post Stroke than I remember having before.  I can get Anxious pretty easy about stuff I know I shouldn't be Anxious about, but find myself being somewhat Anxious about and I can't even say exactly Why?

The Coverage of that Air Disaster in India has a Death Toll now of around 290, including Medical Students of the Hostel.  But there miraculously was a British Survivor, a Man who was in the 1st Row of Economy Seating near an Exit Row, in what Experts thought would be an Un-Survivable Catastrophe... quite Random.   He could also miraculously communicate what happened, and said he heard a loud noise 30 Seconds after Takeoff and then the Plane went down.   But a Survivor's Testimony might assist with the Investigation, with something having been audible that went Wrong?   I guess there were Survivors, more of them, in the Medical Hostel Buildings hit by the Plane, but Fatalities there too of coarse.   It hit the Mess Hall section of a Building where the Students might have been gathering to have a Meal and clearly Student Apartments were engulfed in Flames and destroyed. 

As for Work, I don't really know who else Works on a Thursday Night, I've usually been Filling In on Friday Nights for Richard.   Cristy had needed some fill-ins off and on, I don't know how dire her Medical circumstances are, I just know they have not been good either.   She has to carry around a portable Machine now to use and I think she came back to Work prematurely.  Richard wanted to, but Management declined to let him so soon after a Double Major Surgery that should take Months to Recover from satisfactorily.  He had a Liver Transplant and Open Heart Surgery together, so that's pretty significant.  And the reason he's in that Situation to begin with was due to not following Doctor's Orders about what he should and shouldn't do.  So, his decisions haven't been Wise ones already and just a couple Weeks of Recovery and trying to go back to Work is poor decision making on his part already Post-Surgery.

 

Richard is a Friend of mine but I've been scolding him for Years now about the Crazy decisions he's made about not managing his Diabetes.  He'd eat an entire Large Pizza and then go into a Carb Coma at Work in the past, shit like that!!!   I told him he was crapping out his Major Organs and sure enuf, that's exactly what happened, his Pancreas, Kidneys and Liver were negatively impacted and apparently his Heart too.  He looked near Death just before they did this Life Saving Surgery, so he really needs to Dial it back and not undo any of the benefits this 2nd chance he's been given.   I Wish him Well, but I do Worry about him.  Cristy too, since, she was already a Cancer Survivor but kept Chain Smoking and only since this new Health Scare did she allegedly quit Smoking, according to her Friends.  But, I don't think she has, I'm not a Smoker, never have been, so I can easily smell Cigarettes on her and often did when we worked together and she took numerous Smoke Breaks.

I did get a Call from Work, just now, that Cristy will be able to make it to her Shift Tonight.   So, Yay, I don't have to Work it and that's better for me logistically.   *Whew*   I'm too weary and picking Two Kiddos up after Work was gonna be tight.   I'll be working for Richard Tomorrow and hopefully The Son isn't Working on Friday, we'll see?  Sometimes things just work out alright in the End... and if it's still not alright, then mebbe it's not the End...   And the Below Tee of Bernie says it best and will be part of the Fresh Inventory going in to our Showroom Tomorrow then... *Winks*   Yes, if it had been in my Size I might have kept and just worn it, but, I won't be a Size Medium anytime soon.  *Ha ha ha*
