Desert Spring

Spring approaching is evident in the Desert already... everything is in Bloom and Butterflies are everywhere!   Princess T and I went to The Desert Botanical Gardens, had alfresco Brunch at Gertrude's by the Grinding Wheel Fountain, reveling in all that Glorious Spring brings to Life in the Desert!

  1. Looks like the weather is heating up already. Here we are finally cooling off a little.
I love that tshirt of Princess T and the Converse shot.
    Your hair has really grown.
    All those gorgeous butterflies!

    1. We had such a Mild Winter Jack that never really dropped below 70-80 degree mark so I suspect this Spring and Summer will be fierce. But the Wildlife and Wildflowers are abundant since a Warm Fall and Winter wasn't harsh upon them. Yes, my hair now it's in Dreads is growing so fast I can hardly believe it myself, over 3 inches in less than a year! My hair before Dreads never seemed to grow... clearly it's 'Happy' Dreaded! *Smiles*

  2. I'm stuck in the house, snowed in and unable to trade at the vintage fair. These photos are bringing much warmth and optimism - hopefully the British Spring won't be too far away! xxx

  3. I've always heard the desert bursts into bloom in Spring. These shots are amazing...looks like a gorgeous day!
